✓ Good but not enoughGuys, it’s good app for everyone ( especially teens ) I like this app but after a week I got back pain and I couldn’t do it for 2 months so if you have bad posture, I recommend do posture exercises first then do this, this app is really great for you but I’m just recommending if you have bad posture..Version: 1.0.4
