✓ Not enjoyable, stressful and frustratingDid not like this app at all, eventually the blocks pair up so you cannot move individual ones, making this ridiculously frustrating. After getting to block 12 or so it basically becomes impossible and stressful. I would not recommend this app if you are looking for an engaging app you can enjoy.Version: 1.3.20
✓ Fun BUT controlled outcome WARNING disrupts normal touch screen operation.FOUND THAT PLAYING THIS GAME HAS RESULTED IN A DISRUPTION OF NORMAL TOUCH SCREEN OPERATION ON MY IPHONE XS. Rebooting helps sometimes. Game advancement is partially skill, but after a while you realize that the program sets up so many progress limiters that further moves are impossible. Can go to being ahead of the game to game over in VERY short order. The game will throw up 2-3 new rows on each rotation, shortening the rotation time and binding numbers so completely that no additional moves are even possible. There have been times where the puzzle is locked up so completely that no moves further moves are possible and I just have to watch the clock wind down for nearly 2 rotations. EXTREMELY ANNOYING. There are other tricks as well which I have given my own names to, such as slippery blocks, invisible blocks, pass thru’s to name a few. So, play and enjoy but know that your end game is controlled and predetermined..Version: 1.3.4
✓ Glitchy with inappropriate adsThis game is one of my favorites and I play it at least two or three times a day. Recently, though, the app has become super glitchy! Whenever I have to spin the wheel, after viewing the ad, the wheel just keeps spinning continuously and won’t stop on a reward. I end up having to reboot my phone to get back to my place in the game. Such a pain! Then there is the matter of the inappropriate ads. I totally agree with the review that we shouldn’t have to be subjected to misogynistic content just because the app is ad-supported. I mean, I’m not sure what age group this game is tailored to but I would assume a lot of young kids probably play this. People get content like this shoved down their throats constantly; is it really necessary to promote sexual and violent situations, even in animated form, just to support this game? ✓ What’s the point in the coins??Fun game gets a little tedious after a while but it’s a phone game they all do! ✓ Ruined their own great gameThis could have been a great game if developers had trusted the game itself to make money. They obviously didn’t because they took the sleazy route instead. 1. After you pay for no more ads, you have to watch an ad every time you win a spin on the wheel for bonus prizes, which is often enough to be annoying. Congratulations on finding a way to ruin a bonus. 2. The ads are very repetitive, including one for a cash prize game that almost all of the reviewers say is a scam. After that, I don’t trust any ads on this game, so other (potential) advertisers may want to be aware. Fun game, but don’t even bother. The ads will drive you insane. ✓ SORRY BUT I AM DELETING YOUR GAMEI really HATE most timed games...this one particularly. I play games for fun and to RELAX - NOT TO GET SO TENSED UP THAT MY STOMACH CHURNS AND I END UP GETTING ULCERS OVER IT!!! That’s what this game is doing within only a few minutes of trying to play it. Players need more time to think out their moves and this game does not allow you to do that whatsoever!! When it popped up while playing another game, it looked like it would be a lot of fun. It was great for just a short while as I love almost any kind of match games but with this one I still have no idea of what I’m supposed to be doing...especially when the blocks start sticking together and can no longer be moved around freely. A lot of good instructions are badly needed!!! I do like challenges and my IQ is somewhat above average but how you can say this would be good for a 4 yr old to play is beyond belief. ✓ New update has ruined the game.I used to love playing this game everyday. My high school was around 148 if I recall. -Ads have gotten worse. Before I even moved my screen a bit (thanks iPhone 11🙄), id get an ad and would just turn on airplane mode or be very careful. Now even pressing the PAUSE button starts up and ad. The PAUSE button. First time that happened I was so confused I forgot what I was doing once the ad stopped and pressed the game to continue by mistake and had to repeat it all over again (Yes ad and all) -Difficulty level changed/raised for everyone with no choice. No one had a choice in the level of difficulty being raised (which coincidentally means more ads just to get through and I can’t even pay my way out with the coins anymore). There is no option for an easier mode or a harder mode. -The New Power ups weren’t explained, we were FORCED to use one and not compensated. It might seem nit picky but I gaurentee you they’re not free so to waste one of ours against our will without even telling us what It does was really frustrating. Just another excuse for the developers to make money. I have always wanted power ups in the game but this was a bad way to implement it. -Overall the Experience is more confusing, frustrating, and unenjoyable. Please fix it..Version: 1.3.14

Some of that is acceptable, I understand devs need to get paid, but it’s just ridiculous. The game is basically pay-to-win. It’s plain to see that the first playthrough is considerably easier than the following games you’ll play - hence the name of their coin bundle, “record breaker.” No less scummy than a casino - but not near as fun. ✓ I watch ads but promised rewards aren’t givenI enjoy this app a lot except for issues with the ads. The ads in the free version were very frequent and disruptive, and would sometimes pop up in the middle of a game. I decided to pay for no ads, which has helped a lot. However now I am frustrated almost every day because I will choose to watch a few ads to remove the bottom three rows when the blocks reach the top of the screen, or for extra rewards in the daily challenge. The problem is, literally almost half the time I watch the ads and it doesn’t remove the bottom three rows (it just gives me an extra few seconds with the blocks still at the top, so of course I die again). Or for the daily challenge, I will watch an ad to get the extra reward (you can get up to three rewards for each challenge) and after the ad, nothing happens - I don’t get the reward and I can’t click on another ad. I just have to close out and lose the rewards. It’s extremely frustrating. If that glitch is fixed, I would give this game 5 stars..Version: 21.0222.00
✓ Great game....until it freezesLove playing this game. Very addictive. Lots of ads but I expect that from a free game. The issue comes when you agree to watch a 30 second ad in exchange for a game perk, like getting rid of several rows of blocks. After you spend your time watching the ad, the game will just randomly freeze. You can’t get back into the game, you can’t end your current game and start another—nothing. The only way to unfreeze is to restart your device. In the beginning this would happen once every day or two, but lately it’s been happening at least 50-75% of the times I play. The game is essentially unplayable because of the frequency of this bug. Very sad because I love the game. An option is to just not agree to watch the ads but then there is zero chance to beat your high score, so what’s the point?.Version: 20.0910.00

✓ New update=app deletedAdds everywhere, at inappropriate times so they interrupt game play and concentration. If you spring for add free, be aware it is not add free, to get more lives you must listen to adds. Add free means just that, it does NOT mean more adds. Apparently the developers need a dictionary. The game itself speeds up way to fast, along about the time you get about 15-16K points the rows add up so fast you are lucky to get a couple moves before another row, and linked blocks add up to 6 or 7 links. It is not a game I would want to play for very long, there is no incentive to continue to restart the game after a couple of tries, knowing it is impossible. There are a lot of one line 5 star reviews that are suspect, mostly earlier reviews. The new update totally destroyed the game, not even sure what the boosters do, it was all to quick to remember. The game seems to have gotten much harder in the update, before I was able to get to 21k now I am lucky to get to 8k. Not fun anymore, and after all when a game gets to be work instead of fun it is time to delete it!.Version: 1.3.15

✓ Needs other game modesI love this game and want to keep playing it, but there’s no incentive to once you get your best high score possible. It’s always time based short form games that end the same way every time. I’d much prefer an endless mode, maybe some puzzles, hell even the (not real) game mode they show on their ad that always comes up on my sudoku app looks fun! Something other than beating my high score again the same as the last 20 times. Number puzzles seem like they’d all be repetitive eventually but I played 2048 for months and months without getting bored. I just wish I could say the same for this game.Version: 21.0222.00

My critique on the game is that it becomes “unfair” at the higher levels (after 16): the way the pieces come up and or connect to each other makes it impossible to win. Moreover, the ads are way too long: having to wait 30 sec and on occasion even 35-36 sec for every ad to be able to continue the game is delusional. ✓ Great Puzzle but crashes a lotI really like this game because it really gets my brain thinking. It’s like Tetris mixed with puzzle challenge. My only problem with this game is that after every ad the game basically crashes. The screen will go light grayish color and when you click on it nothing happens and if you wait awhile nothing happens. I literally have to reload my game after every ad. Since I play a lot it is really annoying to have to exit it out all together to restart it. If I wasn’t into games that challenge my brain I would probably have deleted immediately. ✓ The 2020 update ruined the gameThis was a fun game where you used strategy and a little luck to strive toward your highest score. Now with the update it became so impossible as to destroy all the fun of the game. I can barely reach 1/7 of my previous high score. They screwed it up by adding bombs and scissors etc to advance in the game. I get it, they want you to spend money on the game. But even with the buffs to advance the game is impossibly difficult and all the fun sucked out of it. If they needed more money it should be a paid game not in app purchases. ✓ Design FlawsWhy do you not fix the bug in the game where it causes blocks to merge together that defy game rules? I had two “15” blocks side by side that were conjoined with other pieces so I could not merge them together. I got another “15” block from the other side of the board and dropped it DIRECTLY OVER one of the locked “15” blocks. Instead of going directly down, it defies gameplay rules and becomes merged with the “15” block in the next column over which is blocked and stacked under multiple other blocks. This only starts happens once you advance in game play. It’s like the game throws off its own logic in order to get you to lose. What are you guys doing about this?.Version: 20.1221.00

Now the times are significantly shorter making it nearly impossible to get the scores I was getting before the recent update. They give you more “tools” to use, but that means when you run out of tools, they will need to be purchased with coins that you are likely going to have to buy with real currency since you only get a small handful of coins after each game, even with a large score. Setting mindless games like this up to where getting decent scores is based off of money you put in, rather than skill, is such a turnoff and creates such a high turnover rate, which in the end just creates another failed gaming app. Nice goin..Version: 1.3.14

But when you’re in the middle of a good streak, all of a sudden a wheel is spinning and you have to select an option. As soon as you do, before you know what you’ve won, you have to watch an advert. Another example are boosters. Again, having a good game and boosters keep highlighting. Even if you skip this option, before your game resumes you have to watch an advert. Or the reason that has just cemented my choice to uninstall, no booster, no wheel, just playing and an advert popped up right in the middle of playing. I understand that creators of such apps make money from advertising on games but when there are more adverts than actual gameplay then you have to make a decision, mine is to uninstall. One thing I very much dislike about this iteration is that the program stops registering gestures a full second before the "you are taking too long"screen comes up. If you've okayed this type game, you know how many moves can be accomplished in a second. ✓ Fun ... Except When You Get Stuck In That One AdThis was a pretty fun game and I was enjoying it a lot. That is, until the Solitaire Tri Peaks ad came along and wouldn’t go away. Most of the ads just play and you can X them after 30 seconds but not the stupid Solitaire game. The only way to get rid of it is to play the trial. That was annoying enough but now after the trial it sends you to the App Store with no way back to the game. I refuse to download this garbage so I guess I’ll have to delete Merge Blocks to get rid of the spam. So disappointing. I started to give a second star for the enjoyment I used to get but really being held captive is BS so it’s back to 1 Star..Version: 1.3.13
✓ Bad updateI was enjoying this game (even though it makes me tense up)...it was a doable challenge. And then you went and got greedy on me. The speed at which the blocks are added increased so you lose a lot faster now. The cure? Buy coins with real money or watch a boatload if ads in the middle of your game. I paid for this game, right? Why am I still watching so many ads??? I’d like to see a mode of gameplay that is less about speed/time and more about strategy. Just my 2 cents..Version: 1.3.14
✓ Used to be my favorite gameThis used to be my favorite game, but a recent update has added in all of these adds and more links between the tiles, forcing you to spend coins/money to break them. It also gives you an ad for every action. Now, for some one who enjoyed picking this up and playing, every game takes 5x as long. My scores went from 20,000+ to 5,000. Need less to say, this is about how much my enjoyment has decreased as well. Thanks for taking a great game and ruining it. Ps- I would have paid to get rid of the adds!.Version: 1.3.20

✓ Okay but problemsI downloaded this game from a pop up add started to have a go shortly after it finished downloading, I was getting into the game but after getting to block 12+ it was becoming very stressful so I don’t really recommend this for anyone that suffers with any type of anger related disabilities. Another thing is paying for the harder levels I think that is a bit wrong to do if someone wants a challenge and you get hardly any coins at the start for the harder games..Version: 1.3.8

✓ Coin errorsSince recent updates there seems to be an issue with the coins. If you have a balance it doesn’t show it in game. Watching videos says it awards coins but then none get added to account. I wouldn’t risk paying for coins if I can’t trust it. Game was great before the past couple of updates..Version: 1.3.15
