✓ Great most of the timeUpdate: was happy to see an update but disappointed to see many of my pet bugs not fixed. Adding page numbers works if you want to start at “1” or a low number which you can get to quickly by just using the “+” function … the keypad ’number selector’ function does NOT work. PLEASE FIX I do depend on WPS for my daily work but still need Microsoft Apps as a backup as, from time to time WPS will crash as it did again today. Had to remove (delete) the App and reinstall. My main complaint about WPS is the search function which is very unstable and usually will crash. I have a few work arounds but lately even they crash. I’m updating my iOS tonight to 16.1 so maybe that might fix my WPS issues but maybe not. I like WPS but I wish it was more stable. I have reported bugs numerous times over several years but they always reply with many questions … like they don’t have any ability to replicate my problems sadly..JimmyodashVersion: 11.33.2

✓ File folders hidden from the iPad File folder appJust downloaded it and took a long while to figure out a way to get WPS to load a file. I actually had to do it by highlighting the file from the file app and then opening the WPS. WPS does not recognize nor store files in places the File app can see. So when you finish updating a document, you then have to remember to share that document back to a place the Files app can see. Huge flaw in the system. ✓ Strange rearranged text when doc sent via email.?Hi. Have finally change the app over to the new version. Was happy with the last one though. Now for some reason when I sent a photo with a text box over it. Once sent via email the text box moves off the picture. Is all fine in ‘read mode’. But once sent and opens in email it’s changed.? Any idea at all why this is? The yes the doc was fully saved first, closed, both re opened and unopened and sent various ways, checked about four times, sending to various emails and it happens each time. Any help would be great. Thanks. I actually really like the product. I do all my quotes, about 40 so far, make my advertising flyers etc on the app via my iPhone. Worked great untill now. Thanks. ✓ Don’t have issues and you’ll love itI have tried reaching out multiple times through email since there’s no other support system for WPS office and have never received any response. I have used this program for four years and would say I am almost completely happy with it outside of the fact that when I have started having issues I’ve had no help. I have deleted hundreds of files with no change in my cloud storage and now that I have finally reached my max with only 10 files in my cloud I have absolutely no room and I feel almost as if I am being forced to upgrade my account because there’s literally nowhere to go to delete these supposed files that are holding up all the cloud storage space. I’m very unhappy as there’s absolutely nothing I can do now because every file that I delete doesn’t even free up any room for myself..GfsjlnhyVersion: 11.20.1

✓ App is not great, computer program ISI use this suite on my computer and I’ve loved it as an office replacement. However the app is not super stable. If your document is open, regardless of whether you’ve saved it, and the app closes or refreshes for any reason, you will lose everything you’ve typed in that session. It happened once and I assumed I hadn’t saved. So I made sure to save after every single sentence. Then the app froze and closed on me. ✓ Cannot transfer old version filesI shouldn’t have to transfer files from one version of the same software application to the newer version. Not only does the new version not offer or automatically transfer the files itself, but there is no mechanism I can find to do so! I can’t even go in with the new version to a file list and upload them. Only files saved in this version are visible to this version. ✓ Not HappySo I found WPS Office looking for an alternative to MS Office on the iPad. For the most part it’s great and affordable but I’m a bit disappointed. After working on a file converted from PDF to Excel and fixing the formatting a bit, which is fine, the app crashes and all my work was lost. So I know I should’ve save, that’s the first thing everyone say, fine. But then after doing it again, I go to add a simple SUM function and it doesn’t work. There are a lot of stupid things that preventing WPS office on iPad from a good replacement of your laptop. For example, when you are using the pdf app and want to make some comments on a specific punctuation or a letter, apple seems to do its best to prevent you from picking it right. If you just need a free app to read or do some simple changes on your ipad, then it’s a good choice. ✓ Absolutely Terrible File ManagementI have lost multiple files trying to move from an older version of WPS to a new version. There is no simple way to move to the new versions and take the file/folders with you, without your having to jump through “iclouds, transfer programs that cost money, etc. I have name apps that upgrade without affecting the folder/files that remain. ✓ File transfer problemsI followed the directions for transferring the files from the old WPS to the new WPS. The only problem is that it created copies of the files in the old version, not the new. I tried again and got the same result. I now have 3 copies of each file in the old version and none in the new version. Aaaargh! It is confusing trying to determine on the iPad which icon is for the old and which is for the new as they appear identical. It would have helped tremendously if somehow the developer had changed the icon color, image or added something to the new one to differentiate it from he old icon. I’m guessing that may be the problem as only one WPS icon comes up when I try to save the zip file which I assumed was the new version. Help! ✓ All of my work … goneAfter being ill throughout the holidays I was finally ready to sit back down and write using WPS Office. I have my phone set to offload unused apps, so of course, since I hadn't used WPS Office since the beginning of December it was offloaded. Now, I do to use WPS Office and discover that it will not download as I get the message, ”Unable to Download WPS Office. This app is unavailable in the app store.” So, I download the new app thinking maybe, just maybe there's an explanation. Except there is NOT. Months and MONTHS of work is gone into thin air with absolutely ZERO way to recover it. ALL of it is just gone! Even messaging the help center within the app and emailing them is of ZERO help. My message in the help center conveniently disappeared and my emails have gone unanswered. I suppose the next step is reporting WPS to the app store which is unfortunate as their original interface was fine just the way it was. ✓ Overall Good, some frustrating software defectsGenerally, it is a good PDF note-taking tool. I give it one star rating because I would like the develop team pay more attention to improve software performance. Two frustrating issues I encounter: 1) At the zoom-in mode of a PDF doc, sometime i want to drag it to the left part of a page, the page view always slide back to the rightmost of the page EVERY SINGLE TIME. It is just silly. 2) When I tried to close the doc using the cross button on the top left, the tap was mis-identified and the entire doc just scroll back the page 1. What‘s worse, the `return to previous page` is not guaranteed to work every time, sometimes it failed and I have to locate back to the previous page manually. Why are my documents so outdated and missing everything I use regularly? I save documents the same way I have been for years. ✓ Beware WPS Cloud storage…All my files disappeared from their Cloud folder. Stored them there as I thought it would be safer than locally on the device. Also stopped saving to other cloud servers because it had become over complicated. Support has known about this issue for 2 weeks now and no resolution or hope of restoring from their servers! Made the mistake for the first time in my life by not having a duplicate copy stored somewhere else, because I trusted them. These files were not removed by me or file cleaning software as suggested.
