✓ Not as advertisedI liked the look of this game when a very repetitive ad kept popping up on Facebook. However the game is not the one advertised, I was expecting to have to choose which path to take to pick up planks of wood etc but all you have to do is press a button to make a bridge each time which is really boring. Also there is no skill involved in attacking another players “island” . Overall it is disappointing and dull..Version: 13.2.0
✓ Such a scamI had originally given it 3 stars. The developers responded and asked me to email them. I did. They keep telling me to use the “contact support” button to find my account (even though I’ve given them the user name I have) and unless I give them permission to access my email, the ability to send emails from my account, access and delete my contacts (this is all in the information section of agreeing to access the IOS) they “can’t find me” to make it right. I spend real money on this game and everytime I win big it freezes up and I lose everything. Just spend 4000 gems today to get to the top of jackpot Sammy, had 400 gems and 2000 energy to collect, it froze and kicked me out, so I have nothing now. ✓ App Stuck On Loading Screen :-(I actually downloaded and started playing this app yesterday, and found it quite interesting. However, for some reason, today when opening it, the app remains stuck on the loading screen (at 99%). This issue appears to have started after disconnecting the app from my Facebook account. The developer website displays the following message : “Error establishing a database connection” and I am unable to locate an email or phone contact for support/troubleshooting. Hopefully, after reading this review, someone can point me in the right direction, because I prefer not to delete/reinstall the app and lose all my progress data..Version: 12.7.11
✓ Funny games but it’s fixed, not randomIt’s all fixed. Don’t spend money on it. I have been playing this game for a while and it’s enjoyable if you accept the fact that the mini games are fixed. That’s why I stopped spending money on it. The Sammy’s game are fixed. For example: If the rewards are only coins, you can reach level 6-7 without a getting a snake. If there is energy involved, 99% of the time the third level is a snake. The shovel game is fixed too. You never get the reward up when there are one or two points left. App froze after winning rewardsETA: 10 hours later, the app was up again, but 5 days later, it’s not working anymore (I have troubleshot in every way suggested in forums, and can’t get it to load the app completely without it crashing. This has been the case for at least 5 hours this morning.) If this is a normal occurrence for this game, I won’t be sticking around. ✓ Second day I can’t playThis is the second day I haven’t been able to play because the game automatically opens up a “Pumpkin Tournament results” window which has a loading symbol that never goes away and I can’t tap out of the window. I’ll go back to 5 stars when this gets resolved. **UPDATE** Thank you so much for your response! I am still loving this game. One thing, could you make it possible to sell extra cards for coins and/or lightning bolts? Thanks! ✓ Work with better campaign placersI downloaded the game via Grab Points web site. Because it was saying if you reach level 68 you would be rewarded with 25 USD worth of points. Then I reached and passed level 68. I contacted Grab Points. They told me to get in touch with Revenue Universe who made this campaign through Grab Points. I contacted them several times but no one replied. If you want your mobile app to be promoted, not keeping promises is not a good way. I want my points that was promised..Version: 13.8.0

As a game developer to ignore your customer’s complaints and remove their comments is very low. My previous points were the following: Game feels rigged against the player. Sammy’s Madness has the snake on the third cup no matter what you do. Pop ups are a nightmare. They are irritating and slow game play down. There is no need for them. Prizes are unattainable and you very rarely get what you need to progress. How many coins you earn as you progress through islands hasn’t changed but now to purchase spots on the island costs 100x more? There is zero gratification with the island. What is the point of them? The characters being locked and unlocking as you progress but do not offer any kind of boost or prize? There is zero incentive to play. I will be deleting the same now. It is not worth my time. ✓ Can’t get into the gameFirst I’d like to say that until recently I quite enjoyed this game. I agree with other reviews that this game seems to be rather addictive and a good way to pass the time. Unfortunately it seems the high up in levels you go the less and less you receive bonuses. Also I’m not sure why but ever since I did the last update, (yesterday) I can’t get into the game. It loads to 99% and just stays there like the game froze or something. Before the update my game would freeze multiple times per day but would work again after closing the app and restarting it. Also after watching an add to gain extra lightning bolts it rarely actually gives them to me and for the last 3 days I haven’t received any shields at all. Last while playing the mini game with the owl and snake, no matter how many times I try I can’t seem to get past a certain level, (I believe it’s level 4) Hope the bugs will get work out soon but until then unfortunately I’ll be deleting this app. I would like to continue to play one day but I need to be able to get into it to play..Version: 12.7.5
✓ Con energyI haven’t been playing the game for long but do buy energy every 4 to 7 days. I bought 200 energy this morning which gives you 200 free (as stated in the game) for £2.99 but I did not receive the 200 free ones, there is no way I would pay £2.99 for just 200 energy as that doesn’t really make that much of a difference in the game. ✓ RiggedSo the game is fun to an extent, but at a certain point you notice things are rigged. Sammy’s Cup game is a scam. I chose the same cup every time. Never got snake on level 1 or 2, but ALWAYS on level 3. It gave the option to watch a video to redeem yourself. After that if you got the snake again it would be 100 gems, then 400 gems. One time, just one, I got to about level 9 in that game. I had already hit the snake once at level 3. Watched the video. Kept going. Had 500 gems so I was prepared to spend 100, then 400 if I got the snake. Of course I got the snake, but it asked for 600 gems. Scam. The card collection task is also a scam. You can draw each card multiple times. But once you have each card from one set, you get the prize and the set is closed. You can still draw cards from that set, but don’t get the reward ever again, even if you get the full set again. If you can’t get the reward again, the card shouldn’t be drawable. I’m already up to the Money Heist island when I unlocked all the items & got short of cash to unlock 1 more item. So I kept on playing till I collected enough cash to unlock the last item. When I unlocked the last item, the game froze & stopped! I knew that I have unlocked the island ten if it didn’t freeze. Then I decided to close the app & restarted it. After I restarted the game, I realized that the Animal Kingdom app stole my income cash to unlock the last item! Now I have to collect another $478 something coins just to unlock the last item! To the developer, please fix this game & give back my lost in-game cash! Everytime I reached a higher level, the game keeps lagging! ✓ Glitches losing energy and coinsSeveral times now, while playing jackpot Sammy, I’ve won big on coins, gems and energy. Next thing I know, the game glitches and freezes. When I restart, I’m back down to very few energy and coins. Basically this game is not worth anyones time and energy, unless you have the disposable income to waste. If you can afford to drop 30 or 40 bucks every time you play, you should be fine. Because that’s what it takes to keep yourself full on energy and winning the competitions and completing the islands. EDIT: So I’m reading the reviews and every comment about how expensive the game is gets the same reply from the app developers. “The game can be played 100% free” blah blah blah. You get 50 energy. Which is nothing, you can’t bet high enough to get any real rewards. End you only get 5 energy every hour. ✓ RIGGED!I hate this game soo much! The developers are greedy, and there’s zero consistency. If you have recently won something you’ll notice the game purposely wasting your winnings on low value coin awards. 8 levels, complete scam. You will get the first level every time, the after that it’s snake. It doesn’t matter if you go into the game with diamonds, because they will purposely make the cost to recover the level higher than any diamonds you have. What it will do though is promptly show you an extremely over priced in app purchase you can pay for that will give you enough to pass. I’ve been stupid enough to waste money on this game before, I won’t be supporting these greedy developers no more. There’s much better games out there that are actually fair to their userbase and won’t try to con them out of money. In app purchases won’t help you succeed, the game will find ways to waste your energy and you will never complete the final stage of the jackpot challenge. ✓ PredictableWhile I liked the game, I find it predictable and derivative, mini games such as Sammy’s madness get to level 3 of the game the snake appears, you have a choice spend 200 jewels to play on, watch a video to play on or quit and lose everything, only for level 4 to have the same thing happen, there is no randomness, there is no skill, only computer generated cheating, secondly the constant ads pandering to buy as many items as possible is a real pain, third and final, the cards to collect are in no way a random pick up as I have experimented on not progressing through the levels in order to collect one card, and guess what another predictable outcome occurs you don’t get that card, I feel that in order for this game to be played by anyone, you will find yourself predicting how your game plays out and be right and you will also find yourself no longer playing this game..Version: 13.6.0

While it's entertaining, the free bonuses are far and few between, with purchases necessary to unlock more free bonuses. Most lightning bolt bonuses are not obtainable within the timeframe allotted. Also, the point system makes no sense. No matter what you attack it's the same amount of points. However, each item to build your islands are individually (astronomically) priced. You need to dish out £££££ or €€€€€ or $$$$ if you want to “upgrade” your game experience. And not one time a day, but multiple times a day. If you do decide to purchase more energy it will not last you long, and inevitably it will not get you what you needed ie that “free” energy target in the game. Do not allow your children to play this game as they will not understand when you say “No” to yet another request for more energy, which is vastly overpriced and much more difficult to earn in the game than gems or coins, and as stated previously, would be required multiple times a a day..Version: 13.0.1

The game also freezes like crazy so even if you manage to get a free turn you’ll lose it since you have to exit the app and restart it. I downloaded this game as part of the Swagbucks offer and thought it looked fun. However this game is impossible to play!! After days of being stuck on a level, I got a lucky round and was able to level up to a higher level quickly, but now I’m stuck. You only get 5 energy per hour so at 2,400 coins per energy, it’s almost impossible to pass, unless you get one of the higher coins things which is practically never. For example one do the buildings I have to build is 37,000,000 how are you supposed to level up when you barley get coins. ✓ GlitchesGetting super frustrated at the glitches. Every other time I play you click the pay 20 Gems to do Sammie’s tree house (or something similar) and it says loading, only it stays loading indefinitely so you re-load the game and then it doesn’t let you play the tree house but takes the gems out of your account and your turn away. Sometimes you win money then close the game come back and it has taken the lives away but not credited you the money you had won. ✓ Way to EXPENSIVE $$$$$ and too many FREEZESPlaying Animal Kingdom was a “nearly instant” game play addiction. I say nearly instant because the cost of Lightning & Coins needed to continue playing are by comparison very expensive. Other games allow you purchase individual game play items that start at 99 cents; $1.99; $2.99; $4.99 and then higher for larger play packages. Animal Kingdom has a minimum play package of $4.99 then $9.99 (special $7.99) and up which is by game play purchases disappointingly higher. Disappointing because to get to larger prize wins you need to play for higher amounts which depletes your Lightning & Coins faster. So it’s very difficult to play for prolonged periods cause (1) the $4.99 minimum of 75 bolts purchase won’t usually get you enough extra play to reach big prizes (2) Lighting renewals are sparse 5 every hour which in order to play or score higher will roughly translate into only 1 yes one free play per hour. Yes, one could argue that technically you can get 5 plays per hour but that would be a 1 for 1 play that won’t amount to enough to “win larger pays” nor to be competitive in tournament competition. While I can and do appreciate that you offer other options to win Lightning & Coins your price point is a definite deterrent for purchasing extended play packages. ✓ Algorithm is predictableEvery 1 time- when you get lightning moves- a snake comes. Every three moves- a snake comes. If you move quickly without snakes- after the ‘no snake move’ a snake comes. Doesn’t matter if you purchase- no incentive for purchasing!!! I have been playing for 8 months and since they updated with more lands- no incentive- it slows you all the way down. Another money hunting game while you are reduced to maybe 1-2 lands at a time daily. Whomeever created this algorithm should be fired. It is predictable- yet kept me here- but only being able to play once daily- is hardly worth your time. I love the game with the exception that you run out of energy to quick, ads always popping up for you to buy more energy when your low, and it takes so long for the energy to work back up to where you can play for more that one spin. For instance, when you play the Jammer game, if you loose and want to pick again, it gives 3 options to continue, watch a video, use 200 purple diamonds, or quit. If you choose either of the first 2 and you want to continue again the game jumps from 200 diamonds to 1.6k diamonds. That’s a HUGE leap. It should go up in increments of 50 or 100. The jackpot Sammy crashes out once a day as well at least on a good day and I’ve lost so much coins and could be several levels ahead if it didn’t happen. Lastly I spend money on this game and paid for more energy coins etc I have lost my money twice now I won’t be making anymore purchases til I’m notified it’s fixed!!!
