✓ Nice to see some new venuesOnly play occasionally as some levels too hard but please to find a new location. Lots of annoying pop ups that mean if you get free quick speed that has limited time you lose time closing all the pop up screens.Version: 3.5.1
✓ You reviewers must not be playing with a full deckI normally don’t review games, but I just wanted to respond to the plethora of reviews seen here about it being too difficult. It is not too difficult. Rinse. Repeat. It is not too difficult. Some levels certainly provided more of a challenge, but were easily beatable with a booster or two (of which I have tons banked...they are given out very generously). The key is to save up coins by overplaying earlier levels so that you can level up your hotel before getting beyond the first couple of levels. There is some grinding involved, but mostly it’s just common sense and strategy. I only came to check the reviews to see if others were demanding new hotels, because I have reached the end, and come back every day for my bonus and to check if a new hotel has been made available. Anyway. Your game is fun and provides a reasonable level of challenge. These players complaining that it is too hard just need to work on their strategy and coordination..Version: 1.9.4
✓ Good Game, Not like the advertI like the game, I don’t agree with the other comments about how some levels are unbeatable, even with all of the upgrades. I’ve been playing this game for like 1 one month now and I’m on the 4th hotel now. All you have to do, is keep replaying the old levels and collecting your daily rewards and you’re good. However (Big HOWEVER) You game developers need to STOP FALSELY ADVERTISING. Yes the game is good, but at the same time, it is SO ANNOYING when the advert is not the same as the game. ✓ Great Game but force you to purchase!This game is without doubt a great game; the downside I found was very disappointing; when you reach level 34; you have to make a purchase of the items like shows and cutting time; but even when you do purchase those; it’s merely impossible to pass the level; as you need to make more purchases like the fireworks and genie bottle which cleans the rooms and makes them available; I tried to pass the level without purchasing; sadly it’s just not possible; great game but disappointing they force you to make silly purchases in order to pass the level..Version: 1.7.0
✓ New Update Not SatisfiedI love this game before the update where I was able to receive plenty of boosts and gems after completing 5 levels but now, I get tokens and 1 measly gem. How are we to upgrade off 1 gem? I was geeked about how you had gems provided and didn’t mind purchasing extra gems on top of what was given but now the game make me feel like you’re only doing 1 gem per 5 level completion to force us to buy more gems and boosts. Please go back to the old way and I’m more inclined to purchase gems and boosts that way. Another issue is if I wanted to keep playing on an objective I did not complete, 20 gems is a bit much for only 3 players to complete the level. I can see maybe 3-5 gems to complete the level but 20 takes a lot of gems away and again, forces you to have to purchase gems. Good game, especially to keep my mind off things during this ‘demic we all are experiencing but it is becoming a bit like you only want us to play to spend money every 30 mins. ✓ Great game BUT…Great fun game BUT gems that are required for upgrades have now become harder to get. I used to be able to play the older levels and get a gem or two for every five levels completed but the developer took that away. I have coins that are useless without gems yet I keep earning more and more coins I can’t use - at least let me be able to exchange useless coins for gems OR give back the option to earn gems for older levels I’ve already completed. They’ve also started giving less gems for completing new levels in this great push to have you spend your money to buy gems instead. I definitely recommend this game but be prepared to be frustrated because of a lack of gems for upgrades. My daughter has stopped playing altogether and I’m ready to follow her lead. I understand the developer needs purchases to make the game profitable but at the same token you’re totally killing the user experience and giving us a reason to find alternative things to do with our time, which come to think of it, might not be such a terrible thing..Version: 1.15.1

✓ Love this game but…I love this game and it’s my favorite to play. But now that I’m pretty high up, it is getting increasingly frustrating to play. I don’t mind having to work hard to get an extra gem here or there (play the lower levels, or try the challenges) but when you work so hard to get the amount of gems (sometimes days) to upgrade your hotel to pass a level, and then you have to wait on the time limit to pass is just awful. I’m ok with having to watch commercials but to just provide no option except for paying with gems come on. Example: (providing because I’m frustrated). To win the recent level I had to come up with 24 gems to upgrade a room. (You only won 10-15) at the end of the level, so for the past 3 days I’ve been working extremely hard to get the extra gems. I finally get them, purchase the room and it shows with a 12 hour wait. Ok, press play watch a commercial and it cuts it to 6… but then wait now there is no option to watch another ad, but instead come up with 24 gems just to speed up the delivery. Are you kidding me? These are the moments where I stop playing the game for a couple of weeks and try a different one. Developers, I understand trying to make money off the game, but let’s make sure it’s still fun for your long time folks that are on higher levels..Version: 3.4.0
✓ ...I’m in full support of all the other reviews that are giving great critiques to improve this game. It’s a great game however, having to use gems and money to upgrade gets annoying since were not rewarded that many gems. Most importantly what annoys me about this game is how the Green & Yellow mood meter moves slow by the red moves extremely fast. I see the developers responding to reviews, hopefully they can go beyond responding and actually make some changes to improve this game. It’s not supposed to be an easy game but sometimes it’s unfair. Has great potential. Updating and improving my star review because I love this game, the developers are understanding. I strongly believe that there are no other games out there like this game so despite the small changes that could be made; it needs to be recognized that this game is still amazing and in its own lane. ✓ Love the game, hate the ‘second chance’ set upI really enjoy this game. Engaging, entertaining, good to look at and nice quick game play. What I really don’t like is the way the use second chance opportunity is set up. This is the second time I’ve been distracted while playing and inadvertently hit the ‘use second chance’ OK button. ✓ Love this game! UpdatedThis is my all time favourite game. Super fun and challenging. Have to update this. I don’t see how to contact them but all of a sudden you need 30 medallions to get a boost whereas it used to be 10 medallions. I often play many levels of previous hotels to collect things that help me play the newest one and I’m happy to watch every ad possible to also get boosts. I honestly don’t have any money to make a purchase right now. But I feel really bad that it will will now take 3 times longer to get a boost or assistance to upgrade the latest hotel so it’s playable. ✓ First reviewHonestly I don’t be writing reviews I probably wrote one or none at all, but since I’ve seen the Creator of the game responding to most of the reviews I decided to speak on this , I see many people complain about gems but for me that’s not the biggest concern since I barely use any of them unless it’s to make necessary upgrades , I feel like the main “BIG” problem with this game is the smiles , I feel like even when you constantly do everything and put them in the right room , get the cab, and feed them everything you’ll end up getting a 10/11 smiles because those two people at the end of the game didn’t feel like smiling even though you did everything correctly I feel like the creators do this on purpose to loose all the “hot seasons” because after 40 try’s of doing the same exact thing I did the previous plays I’ll end up getting the 11/11 smiles , I don’t know cause I genuinely feel like there’s no morally, good explanation from this , but overall I adore this game , when I was growing up there was another game exactly like this so when I saw that they recreated it , it healed my whole inner child.Version: 3.6.2
✓ HOTEL MANIA RULES!!!Can I start off by saying I only downloaded the game by the cover at first, I was extremely intrigued by the characters and the animations of the game. After playing it and reaching “Re’Grata hotel” I had gotten rid of the game because it was too fast paced and at the time it wasn’t the type of game I was looking for. But later on I realised I made a big mistake in doing so cause the game was pretty decent after all there’s no other game like it honestly. Hotel mania also gives you bundles at random for cheap prices as low as “89p” I can’t say I’ve seen other games or heard of any other games that do that. Some may think otherwise but I definitely recommend you download this game. If you like quick tasks being thrown at you left, right and centre and the feeling of fulfilment at the end of every level. ✓ Love this game but ads are a scamFirstly it IS possible to complete without spending actual money. I’m on the 4th hotel and not paid a penny. Having to wait for upgrades is annoying but people need patience. My ONLY negative about this is when you watch an ad to speed up delivery or get a free gem 90% of the time the app crashes just as the ad finishes so you get nothing for sitting through a mindless ad. I’m convinced this is deliberate as my iPad doesn’t crash at any other point in this game or any other. ✓ Perfect!Firs5 of all, I don’t understand why people hate this game. The graphics and animations are good the levels are pretty engaging when you get used to it and love new elements to be added throughout levels! This game deserves to be loved more and I don’t know why people hate it. The difficult levels are pretty easy if you get the hang of it and you pay attention and they are not too hard you can’t beat it without power ups unlike other games! The one thing I want you guys to fix is that on Re’Gretta (hopefully I spelled that correctly) is that the items are waaaaayyyyyy to far from eachother. Example: I’m making pasta and when I deliver it to a guest, a different guest walks out of the room for check-out. Then I have to go all the way across just to get the cleaning supplies. ✓ It’s fun if you don’t mind playing foreverThe game is really fun to play the only things that are really annoying is the fact that you can’t replay any levels to reach some of the goals, you don’t receive enough boosters to get through the levels, after playing for a certain amount of time your upgrades take hours and it’s like the game is rigged to make you fail so you come back to play again the next day.. I suggest never using your boosters unless absolutely necessary and I think they should initially start off with 2x as many than originally offered to keep people playing. Also one more thing, there are not enough rooms for all of the guests and most of the time they don’t leave the room that another guest may want so when needing to earn smiles I keep getting 10/11 over that stupid fact. I’m currently stuck on level 49 of Regata and I play a lot less now that it takes so long to earn gems and boosters so it’s not as fun as it was initially. Hopefully this issue is fixed and more rooms are added or at least more boosters and gems are earned to make the game more enjoyable..Version: 1.16.5

✓ My most favourite game EVER!!!I’ve been playing time management and strategy games for over 10 years now - and regularly - so that’s ALOT of games! I’ve got to say - for me - this one hits the nail exactly on the head! the graphics are brilliant - they really show the individual characters of the guests and workers! it’s the perfect balance between not being too hard or easy - just challenging enough for me! I’ve found that if I fail a level to keep trying because the same level changes each time you play it - so it can be easier or harder etc. Everything is great about this game - thanks very much - I super love it! :-).Version: 1.6.0
✓ Love it!I absolutely love this game, really challenging, really fun and definitely recommended. The only problem is that I can’t get past one particular level - you need to earn so many coins to pass but they don’t give enough people or those people buying things to be able to pass the level which is really annoying, despite having plenty of time left, everyone in the right rooms, no one going into the yellow, nothing. The only way to pass would be to spend diamonds and I don’t think that’s fair. Tried contact app support but there’s no option in the game for that and when you press app support on here, you’re taken to their page but again no contact details. However your recent update (August 2022) has reduced the ability to get gems - log in gems have gone from 2 (at 5+ days) to 1 with the possibility of an advert to get the second, but this mostly stays greyed out! The makes profess too low! Also, once levels are completed, they generate $$, but this cannot be used anywhere! I have so much saved in previous levels that it is useless! I suggest a game improvement where the previous hotels earning can be used to purchase in game element (including gems and power ups) - even if these purchases can then only be used in that level!. ✓ I liked but it has a lot of problems1st i am waiting for the new area (3rd) around 2 weeks. 2nd there is a level (1st hotel apple) which you need to play 3 times because the first 2 times it gives 447 coins and the goal is 450. 3rd the gems are not a lot( we need something to exchange coins with gem (4 or 6 gems for 15 levels is nothing)) 4th there are a lot of levels which there customers inside to the room (probably they died inside) and new customers waiting outside until someone from the died people resurrection. ✓ Just a cash grab by developersPlease read all of the reviews before you play. They are not lying. This game is almost impossible to advance in unless you spend money. I took this as a challenge and played anyway but everything everyone else says in their reviews is correct. The developers simply say to take your time and you will advance but it’s not true unless you spend money over and over and over for every single level on boosts. I’ve played lots of games where I also spend money but the game also gives lots of free stuff in return. The developers of this game really need to listen to their customers. ✓ Can’t reach level 80 without paying real money for Highlander CastleI’ve been playing this game in a regular basis for 2 years now and to be honest I’m really enjoying playing it, it’s one of my favourites. I haven’t really been struggling in the previous hotels but the Highlander Castle is extremely difficult and it makes you spend real money to pass the levels. I was in level 68 and I barely made it to go 69 it took me more than a month and i made it because i used 2 power ups, and 2 firecrackers. I’ve got all the upgrades in the catalog except the lamb and the Duke’s room, which is ridiculous the lamb doesn’t affect the speed of the characters, it only affects the money you earn. So my question is, if i have all the features upgraded to their fullest apart from Duke’s room (talking about the speed of characters while serving customers) how am I going to reach level 80? I don’t think will be much difference if I upgrade Duke’s room which i will do but i’m sure nothing will change. I’ll have to pay real money as I understand which I already do pay few times. The previous hotels didn’t demand real money to reach level 80 because if you had all the upgrades you could at least reach level 80. What’s wrong with Highlander castle?.Version: 3.6.3

✓ Grand Mania HotelI love playing this game, I really enjoyed it. When this was recently update, before update, I normally watch reward to collect 2 gems every 6 hours which I love it. Now I have go to reward folder to earn the gems, I have to fill in the survey e.g win £100 gift card Argos etc then I can claim the gems so I can upgrade the hotel service but unfortunately I got phone calls and emails from the survey saying that I need pay for postage fee and I won the prize e.g. iPhone … I am so fed up so I have stop using the survey which is mean that I can’t earn the reward. I will earn 2 gems every morning which is takes longer like I need 9 gems for room upgrade which I have to wait for 5 days. Please bring back to watch the reward so I can earn 8 gems per day so I can enjoy and carry on playing then game..Version: 1.15.1
✓ Impressed!Probably the fairest use of coins/gems I’ve seen in a game. They’re both easy enough to get if you go back and play previous levels. I also enjoy how each new hotel introduces new challenges, but always achievable. I never spend real money on games and games which require you to do so in order to progress get the immediate delete treatment from me - I was expecting this to be one of them, but I’ve been playing for a month or so now and I’ve been pleasantly surprised. I also love games which only require you to watch ads if you request it/are rewarded for it. I vary rarely give reviews (and if I’m honest, that’s mostly to suggest improvements/to explain why I’m deleting in a moment of frustration), but I’ve been so impressed with this game that I was inspired to say something. Love the creativity of each hotel, and the challenging play. Fun game!! What is the point of continuing to collect coins in lower completely upgraded levels since there is nothing to buy and the coins don’t transfer to higher levels? Going back to play lower levels at some point you don’t get gems anymore. Getting rewards is kinda dismal, many times it isn’t a complete reward, it is 1/30th of a reward. That makes getting any kind of reward take forever. I’d like to see complete rewards given or another way to earn rewards like choosing to watch ads or a store to redeem those coins from completed levels or connecting to friends to pass out rewards. But seriously, what is the point of collecting coins from previously completed levels since there is nothing you can do with those coins??.Version: 4.2.5

✓ Love it!Been playing this game for almost a year and I love it! It took me just a little while to kinda understand about the window that appears when you don’t complete or have enough time to pass a level, it says if you would like to spend some gems to continue that same level and they give you few more customers so you can complete that level and if you don’t want to spend your gems, just click on the “x” to close that window and start the same level from the beginning. About purchasing, comparing to others game apps, you don’t really have to spend a lot of money to buy gems which you need most for your hotel upgrades even tho, I did have spent just few dollars just because I wanted to. What I love the most of this game is that, you can go back and play at the previous hotels you passed already so you can keep earning more coins, gems, etc. What I personally dislike was that, when I went back to my first hotel, I kept leveling the hotel so I can earn more gems and stuff. At the beginning I was getting 2 gems but, once I reached over level 1100 or so, I was getting just 1 gem but, still ok. There is a new update which I just updated it like couple of hours ago. ✓ Disappointed about diamond quantitiesThis is a fun game but it is too hard to get diamonds. In order to make upgrades to progress you must have diamonds and money but diamonds are hard to come by. I have never spent money on a game I play on my phone but I have for this game however I will NEVER spend money on this game again. I will be uninstalling if you do not make changes soon because it is impossible to progress without diamonds because they are needed for upgrades. We should be able to win diamonds after each level. It’s so frustrating to finally beat 5 levels to only get 1 diamond and one lamp. Also, boosters like the timer, fast feet and the rocket are hard to come by. It is also ridiculous that hot season ends if you lose ONLY once! Hot season should be a day long event or last multiple days so that you can continue to try to beat it. ✓ Totally addictive time managementOne of the best time management games out there without a doubt. Some levels are sooo hard you think you can’t beat them even with a booster and then you get the sequences just right and smash it without any help at all. I’ve spent either one or two pounds on a couple of occasions for a few gems and boosts. The rest I’ve achieved through bloody-mindedness and I’m halfway through second tier of hotels. I do question my sanity...my r/l job is in takeaway food and I play THIS GAME to relax??!! Sanity aside, it’s a fun, achieveable game that rewards skill. If you’re good, you’ll go far without needing to spend a penny. Apart from that, I just really like the overall feel of this game. ✓ AddictiveThis game is truly addictive. I do agree with the other reviews. I’m only one person and sometimes you are having to go back and forth with Tom and receptionist and it makes it too hard to be able to beat the levels. Like one level, not only am I cleaning rooms, delivering food, etc but I’m having to checking, check out, and call taxis. Seems a little extreme. More gems for beating levels needs to happen. Lastly what is up with getting the genie lamp? It does absolutely nothing. It’s supposed to clean rooms automatically for you but it is useless and doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. So if anyone knows or has clarification on this, please let me know cause I keep getting it as a reward for beating a level, but it doesn’t do a thing for me. Is that more for upper levels?? I would ask on the game, but the settings doesnt have a faqs section either. ✓ Recent Power Updates Are Unfair!I’ve been playing this game for over 2 years and I love it. However, the recent updates to the power up is a joke!! Before you need to have built up 10 points to get your power up which you can only get by passing 5 levels in a hotel at a time now its been changed to 30 points!! The recent Savannah hotel is also too hard, to have 3-4 levels in row that require you to beat the spend target is so unfair which means you will most likely be tempted to pay money for diamonds to upgrade the hotel. This game is now starting to feel like it wants to push the users over the edge to spend more and money!!!.Version: 3.8.1
✓ Almost 5 stars, totally addictive and so fun!I would love to give 5 stars but was ripped off of 20 gems very early on by falling for the old press-the-big-green-‘OK’-button-to purchase, rather than the tiny cross in the corner. Would love that to be changed. Other than that, I’m really appreciative of how you can actually enjoy playing this game without the need to ‘purchase’ lives & gems etc. It’s been designed mostly fairly and has got me completely hooked. I really enjoy the challenge I face approaching each level and deciding which booster I want to sacrifice in order to pass a difficult level. ✓ Purchased goods not deliveredBeen playing the game for awhile now it’s pretty good, but I’m annoyed the below has happened to me twice. I purchased a deal with gems and bonus supports like the fast shoes. The money comes out of my account but I don’t get what I paid for. Either non of it or only part of the deal has been delivered like the fast shoes without the gems. Makes me not want to spend money on the game as there is a chance I won’t get what is advertised for the $$.Version: 4.4.0
✓ Love this gameI really enjoy playing this game. I’ve currently completed walk the available levels and still playing while waiting for an update. It is challenging enough to keep you engaged, but I can still move through the levels with a bit of work. I do like that you can go back and play in old hotels after you’ve completed them and moved to the next level. It can take a little time to get the hang of just where you should tap an item, but otherwise it doesn’t seem to have dead spots on the screen. A couple of suggestions for improvement: as you move into a new region, the coins earned are too low to make the necessary improvements. The coins earned don’t really go up from level to level, but the prices for upgraded items really goes up. That can be frustrating as you repeat a level over and over, hoping to earn enough coins to make improvements. Also, the rate at which you earn the special powers (speed, time, coins) could go up after 80 levels have been completed, since you aren’t earning many gems anymore. Lastly, it would be great if the “continue” function (which costs 20 gems) could have an “are you sure” feature. I’ve lost many gems by inadvertently tapping on that. ✓ Good game but restrictingI had beaten maybe 15-20 levels and was given a bonus for every level I was to beat... all of a sudden as I waited for a delivery I was losing by 4 coins yet every customer was happy didn’t miss orders etc... so I lost the bonus all because my delivery had t arrived to upgrade something... which is pretty much rigged! I beat the level without issue if not for the 4 coins... of course with the arrival of the upgrade I completed it without problem 😒😒other than that annoyance enjoying the game.Version: 1.9.2
✓ Issues have been fixed!Update - The chocolate fondue issue has been fixed! I don’t have any other complaints. This is the only game I waste my time on. Love it! I’m at the Silver Pike location and currently on level 15. The receptionist says we can now serve chocolate fondue to our guests, and they keep asking for it…BUT there’s no way to get them chocolate to make fondue! The boxes under the stairs are closed up. Some people said to upgrade the kettle…so I did that, and still nothing works. The boxes are still closed up, and the upgrades still say that you have to PASS level 15 to get the chocolate fondue. What?! How is that possible when I’m currently ON level 15, and the customers are asking for it, yet I don’t have the ability to make it?? Seems a lot of people are having this same issue, and it’s been going on for weeks. Not sure when or if it will be resolved..Version: 3.2.1
✓ EnjoyableIt’s a really enjoyable game and I have been playing for a few months now. When you get to around level 60 on all hotels after the first two, you have no choice but to either buy gems, or re-play old levels over and over to get additional gems and power ups to complete the levels. It can become tiresome and repetitive. However, I’m still playing it so can’t be too bad…. Would be better for future development that not all upgrades have to be purchased to complete levels…...Version: 1.18.1

✓ Enjoyable and challenging gameI’ve been playing this game for a few weeks now and have already progressed to the third hotel. It was fairly straightforward to complete the first hotel, then it gets more challenging as the game progresses with harder requirements to complete each level. Sometimes you need to make a certain amount of money, match customers to the right rooms, or gain enough likes or smiles (when a customer is completely satisfied with their whole experience). And often without losing a customer or dropping an item. I often find it hardest to get enough smiles or money. The chance of passing each level can be improved by making improvements to the hotel, and to do this, you need money and diamonds. It’s easy to make money as that builds up as you do each level. Getting diamonds is a bit harder but you get rewards as you progress which often includes diamonds and other boosters, like increased speed, and fireworks to improve customer’s happiness. As long as I keep making progress I will continue to play this game..Version: 1.11.2

I would just maybe add ways that you can buy the fire crackers and fast feet little things make sure it is not an in game purchase though because some people can’t afford it so maybe make that you use the game coins instead. ✓ Really fun but would like more interactionI really enjoy this dash game-makes you stay on your toes and can be challenging, but challenging in a fun way. Only thing is that I wish that I could get more gems when I go back to play previous levels, it gets repetitive after a while trying to play Golden Apple or Regrata dozens of times only to get a handful of gems. I have a ton of coins, very little gems. Also for the developers just an idea-what if you created mini games? Like ways to redecorate the hotel (besides the appliances, like wallpaper, lights, maybe new decorations like paintings or statues, etc) and maybe options to change the outfits of the woman and bellhop? Also it’d be cool to upgrade the guests either by changing their outfits or having new guests to unlock all together. Just a suggestion! ✓ Latest update took away the gems!!! 😡I’ve played this game from the beginning and I have played some levels over 500 times. All of my hotels are upgraded to the absolute. But I’m not willing to play through levels if I can only get 1 or 2 gems for like 30 times played. It’s not worth the time I have to play it. Guess I’ll just stop playing it and wait until I can just watch two ads and get two gems every six hours. I’m very disappointed in this latest development. The achievement thing is great but if I have to spend more like 100 gems to upgrade a hotel and then the “reward” for that achievement is only one gem, it will take FOREVER to upgrade my hotels. Not only that but I’ve already upgraded all my hotels so I can’t get the gems for those achievement ive already met, but you’ve really lessened the gems given when playing older hotels. It’s dumb! Maybe that’s your point 🤷🏼♀️ so you can keep up with the demand. But in the end I’m just frustrated and it makes me not want to play it..Version: 1.14.1
✓ Excellent gameExtremely enjoyable game. Some of the hotels are very challenging, for me Royal Flower was very difficult, but that just meant it took longer to finish the levels. The only two criticisms I have is the change to how many diamonds you can collect when playing older hotels and the length of time it takes for a new hotel to open. ✓ Problems with gemsLove this game. Some of the levels are quite hard but it’s great to have a challenge. But I do have a problem with the gems. I collected gems daily to help with a difficult level but, when I failed the level, accidentally pressed to pay 20 gems for more guests thinking it was just a replay button. Please can you change this notification or add an extra notice when spending gems. Also, since the last update when paying gems for 3 crackers or room cleaning, it uses one straight away. ✓ Unfortunate change to gameUpdate: the developers were correct, and they’ve added new levels. Unfortunately, they also recently changed how you get jewels and thus how you can upgrade. I see what they’re trying for, but it doesn’t work as it is. There used to be an incentive to continue playing earlier levels. (Something the developers touted, btw, which makes this change even more irritating.). Now there’s virtually no reason to play earlier levels, and very little incentive to play later ones. I still play, but considerably less frequently and with less pleasure. Suggestion: if you’re going to keep this new incentive, add some for the earlier levels and make some that are less ridiculous — eg, serve 7,777 people with guitars — so that there’s a reason to play. You’ve got a great game here. Not clear why you’re doing this. I really enjoyed this game. As the developers said in response to another review, you have to be patient, go back to earlier levels, get some diamonds, and then improve the level you’re on. You also can’t play this game standing in line at the grocery store. It takes concentration. But that’s why I liked it. Challenging enough that you felt pleased when you won. ✓ I really enjoy the game but…I really enjoy the game but I have purchased A LOT of boosters in this game. I never those I’d be one those those people, but I absolutely love this game. However, it is hard to upgrade your hotel when you’ve finished 5 levels and all you receive are maybe 1 or 2 diamonds. And I’m talking about the levels that are AFTER the 80 levels, not the ones before. You would think that the higher levels you go, the higher the diamonds you would receive, but you actually only receive like 1 point towards 1 of your boosters and 1 diamond after every 5 levels after you’ve reached your 80 levels. That’s the most frustrating for me. I want to keep playing, so I just log in everyday to get the coins and a diamond or 2, but the lack of diamonds are what’s keeping me from playing right now since I can’t update anything and my bank account has taken a punch in the gut. ✓ Super fun!This game is awesome, it’s super fun and challenging but not too much. I love progressing through the different hotels, makes the game more interesting! The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that there are these mini challenges where you have to collect certain things (i.e. likes, smiles, etc…) that pop up about once every 3-4 days. There is no way to turn off the tutorial for how the mini challenge works, which is incredibly frustrating as someone whose been playing for over year and knows how they all work. I wish I could stop it from showing these, especially since it blocks you from hitting play on the next level or from going to the hotels map..Version: 4.2.5

However, on this recent update you have taken away almost every opportunity to obtain free gems…there is no daily bonus when signing in the first time, no ads to watch every six hours, and even more importantly, there is no incentive to go back and play older levels since the 1-3 gems after playing 5 levels has been taken also. I know that there is the new awards book feature, but 1 gem for going back and serving 500 drinks? Or the system where you have to download other apps and make purchases? You keep telling people that the game is designed for free-playing, and it WAS before now if you were patient, but the amount of patience now required is no longer enjoyable. ✓ Grand Mania Hotel reviewI love playing the games and can not wait until the next hotel is finished and I can move on to the next one. I have a customer service related query. I am currently enjoying playing your game I am on the Regrata hotel level. I have a problem I can not progress on to the next level without getting more diamonds. I need more diamonds so that I can buy the necessary items to help me in these more difficult levels such as the Genie to clean the rooms, ways of increasing the customers patience and the making Monica and Ted be able to move around the hotel faster. When I first started playing your game I noticed that I could get them for free once every few hours or so. For some reason though, I have noticed that this has stopped happening in the last few days. I don’t understand why this is happening at the moment and I do not think it is very fair. There is another similar hotel game that I am playing which is called ‘Doorman Story’ where I can get free diamonds and coins from my hotels once every few hours.
