✓ Update mess up 😕This game is so much fun, I was on my third hotel and really loving it! It is a challenge because it does get difficult, you will lose a few times, but you don’t have to spend real money to beat the levels, just have the patience to keep trying, and trying, and trying! Lol Upgrading your items helps a lot too. What I’m frustrated at is this last update seems to have messed with the gameplay. The doorman runs around grabbing 2 of each item and doesn’t have a free hand to do anything! If I send him to grab a tea, he grabs 2 now doesn’t have a free hand to do other things! I end up losing the level because he can’t just grab 1 item like he used to before. Please fix this problem! This is a really fun game but this issue makes it impossible to play now 😕.Version: 1.3.5
✓ LOVE this game!!!I have never written a review for a game before. I felt that I needed to write one for this game. This game is awesome!!! I hate that people are putting it down so much because you have to buy things. You DO NOT have to buy anything. I bought nothing and finished the whole first hotel. I passed level 40 and got the new hotel and didn’t spend a thing! If it was super easy, it wouldn’t be fun! The only issue I have now is that it won’t let me put the first guest in a room and it won’t let me upgrade. So I’m stuck at the first level of the new hotel and can’t play. I will just be patient however because I know that the new level just came out. There’s bound to be bugs. I can’t wait until I can play again!!!! Great job on this game! ✓ Issues with updateSo many issues with new update. You click on something and it doesn’t register, the laundry bit never takes and the refilling the cake mixture. Sit there clicking for a good few seconds before it does anything. Nice idea having more things to do during each level but very problematic actually playing.Version: 1.5.1

✓ Fun gameFun game and they give you quite a few options for free boosts. Annoyingly there is a glitch on the forest lake hotel that says to continue and add more guests to try and finish the level just pay 149 coins but then it doesn’t work - this is sporadic but annoying. The employees also hesitate on this a few times which means you end up spending more crystals - again I think it is a fixable big. Also you can’t give feedback - I tried twice and it crashed so I had to close the game. All in all it’s fun but you do need to spend quite a bit on crystals on the harder levels..Version: 1.7.0
✓ Enjoying but higher levels costing $$Really enjoying this game and in the fourth hotel, but the main thing that is driving me mad are the “photo booths” in each level. Only way to buy them are with real $$$ and you cannot use coins or gems. I have nearly 200k coins which are useless. I bought the booths in earlier levels but the cost of the booth in the current level is so expensive! £7.99! Simply not fair, especially as once you get to level 60 on a hotel, you can never return to it and the $$$s you paid for the booths just vanish.Version: 1.7.5
✓ Level 56 bug?I’m not sure if it’s a bug overall but I’ve never had this issue until level 56 - I click on an item to pick it up but it says I’ve clicked it twice? ✓ Like it!I’ve really enjoyed this game since getting it. It’s challenging but not too time consuming (especially since lives are limited). A lot of reviews say you have to pay to move on but that’s not really true. I haven’t payed any real money and I’m on level 28 on the second hotel. One problem I having though that just started happening this morning is that my doorman is picking up two items every single time. I’m only taping once. But he’ll make two steaks instead of one (wasting time) or grab two towels, or two drinks etc. And after he grabs however many he can get, he stops and does the confused thought bubble thing (wasting more time). Last night I was playing this same level and this didn’t happen but this morning something must have changed in the app. I don’t know if I should delete and download again or what but I’d love to keep playing since I normally really enjoy the game..Version: 1.3.5
✓ Great game but has bugsSo far I’ve enjoyed playing the game but as I got to the fourth hotel there were some delays in tapping on guests and food. There was also a level where I couldn’t tap on guests and when I clicked on the cleaning cart he picked up two straight away and each time I had to throw one away. I deleted the app to see if the bugs were really there or it was my phone only to re download it and see that the same bugs were there and that I was back to level one on the first hotel. ✓ I love it but...I just want to start out by saying I love this game and play it all day. The thrill of it is just amazing. I see everyone complain about the levels being too hard but that’s the point of the game, I’m not going to say I don’t get frustrated with it sometimes but it is rare. The only problem I have with the game is the coins and gems you’re supposed to get every 4 hours sometimes glitch. I’ve waited all day for my timer for my upgrade to get to zero but it won’t. It ends up going into negative numbers. Right now it says I have unlimited lives for 40 hours, may sound like a good thing but I can’t upgrade or anything. And I have to just wait. ✓ Cant play anymoreI love love love this game but for some reason when I pass a level it won’t register that I passed it just stays stuck there withOliver dancing. Now It will not go past the main screen for me to play at all now. It just sits there stuck on the intro screen. I have uninstalled the app 2x and still same thing, as soon as I login. It works fine just when I log in with my Facebook is when it stops working. I have uninstalled, reinstalled then singed in right away then it just stayed there on the intro screen. So I uninstalled and reinstalled again played the first 2 levels, Then logged in now it’s stuck on the intro screen again. PLEASE FIX. ✓ Fun and addictiveFun and addictive little game - you do have to watch ads in order to proceed. Spin the wheel daily, you get the gem jackpot pretty regularly because you do need certain power ups to beat some levels. I was able to beat it in a couple weeks. They either don’t close automatically or don’t give an X to close the window and just sit there permanently. You end up having to close the app and hope that next time you get a different advert. ✓ Great Game but I need more levels!Love this game but I’ve finished the 4th hotel and I’m waiting for another. I would love if I could go back to the old hotels and play more levels there while waiting for a new hotel. Especially since I didn’t get to upgrade all the rooms, drinks, food etc while in those hotels. 3 issues I had- 1) the bellboy needs a twin or the option to watch an ad for the fast shoes in the more difficult levels so you can get more done. AND/OR he needs to stop stalling when his hands are full. I’ve seen this complained about the most in the other reviews. It wastes time and the customers patience runs out while the bell boy is wasting time shrugging his shoulders at me. 2) The last 3-5 levels of the 4th hotel I had everything upgraded yet I still needed to use 1-3 boosters just to get the level accomplished. With upgrades the level should be able to be accomplished without boosters. 3) Customers should not arrive at reception unless other customers are about to check out or rooms are empty. There were too many times that I had a customers patience run out at reception because I didn’t have any free rooms! It’s not a challenge for me as the player, it’s something I have no control over because it’s something I can only fix with a booster which I don’t always have and sometimes when I USED the candy jar booster it STILL didn’t help me and the customer’s patience ran out. ✓ I want more!This is a wonderfully addictive time management game. The objectives are difficult enough to challenge you and makes you want to keep playing one more level! You need diamonds to upgrade things but the app is generous with daily bonuses & option to watch an ad so I never felt like I had to “pay” to progress in the game. ✓ I like this gameUpdate - they did an update not long after this review and it fixed the game and restored it to my progress that I had before the update. I have changed my stars to reflect that. After the most recent update it won’t even load up just stays on the load up page. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling but lost everything have to start over. Even synced it up with Facebook and saved progress before deleting to uninstalling but nothing. It was fine until last update. Unless there is a way to get back the progress I lost I don’t think I will be playing this again even though I really liked it. Would’ve given this 5 starts as well beforehand.Version: 1.5.4

✓ Amazing!I’m more than a little addicted to this game. It’s a ton of fun to play, and keeps me going. I feel like I am able to really step out of my own world and focus on the game. There are moments of disappointment where I feel like the game is 100% against me BUT there are more satisfying moments of completely the levels with all the stars or likes required. I really love this game ❤️ The only issue I have today, is that there seems to be a bug. I’m trying to play but every time I select the salmon or tea, the game tries to select too much or do twice as much as what I asked and then when I try to throw the trash away, my character will pick up the trash, it will again try to pick up too much, but the trash bag will still be there, so i can’t even get through a level. I’ve restarted my phone and closed out of the app, but I’m still having the same issue. Do you know of any bug or glitch in the game?.Version: 1.3.5

✓ Fun but issue with in game upgradeI really like the game, the only issue I have is when I purchase upgrades (using the coins I had earned in game) when they reach the end of the length of time it will take to receive the upgrade, the time stops counting down and instead starts counting up?? ✓ Awesome game, but...I’ve literally been hooked on this game since the day I got it. The hotels are amazing and the difficulty increases the more you play at each hotel level. I hope they had more hotels because I never want to stop playing! The only issue is that for me the longer I played the game the less sensitive the game got to my touches, meaning and I would click for the doorman to go somewhere or to check someone into it it wouldn’t work in there how many times I clicked it and the happiness level of the customers will go down before I even had a chance to check them in! This was on the underwater hotel. A waste of my lives when you have to get a certain amount of likes to pass the level LOL. ✓ New hotelI am loving this game and was waiting patiently for the new hotel to come out and I am enjoying being able to play again but there is some glitches going on with it with customers not coming out of their rooms at the end of the level so having to quit the level and lose a life. Customers asking for one thing then when I go over they want something else altogether and even when it’s given to them it won’t work. ✓ Love it, but...The game was fine until the service agreement came up and when I agreed, something went wrong with the game. When I go get the tea on the third hotel, it looks like I got there too early and it takes a lot of time to get the tasks done. The gear appears like it’s still making the tea even after I pick up the tea. It wastes time. Plus when I pick up one bag of trash, two appears. It’s very glitchy now and it wastes lives because of it. Please fix it. Update the next day: PLEASE FIX BUGS!!! Can’t finish the levels if the game thinks his hands are full! ✓ Fun and challengingGreat game, graphics, music. I have not spent a single dime on this game. I do watch ads for gems. To everyone complaining about how you can’t progress without spending money, you’re not doing it right. I’ve beat the entire game twice now. Yes, it will take you a couple tries to beat some levels but that’s the fun part. It’s challenging, what do you expect when playing a game? I’ve also read many reviews about the bellboy getting “confused”. Please do not change this. It’s all part of challenge. If you don’t want him to get “confused” and waste time, play better. One issue I do have with this game is each level is inconsistent. For example, if I can’t beat one level because there’s too many requests for a certain colored room, the next time I replay the level the demand for that room is nonexistent. The challenges and the variety between levels are sophisticate enough that it is not mere repetitiveness like all the other games in this genre. There are actual strategies involved! The only pity is the game was too short. I accidentally deleted the app when there was a bug a few months back but was very happily replayed the whole game all over. ✓ Lots of fun!Honestly, this game is super fun! I’ve been playing it nonstop and really like how challenging the levels can be. I guess my only complaint as far as the gameplay goes is the inability to play levels in the motels/hotels you’ve already beaten. I get that there’s not really any benefits that can come from playing at the other locations, but it would be more interesting to add an initiative. Gems are hard to come by, so by adding achievements that award the player with gems/coins/boosts from all the different locations would make the gameplay more diverse and would give the players a chance to revisit the locations they have already beaten. ✓ Love this game.Brilliant game I have been playing it non stop. I do however, have a couple minor issues that could do with updating to make the game even better. 1. Making the previous hotels a constant playable thing. I would have loved to go back to the first hotel and upgrade everything and play through again. 2. I have encountered a minor glitch that makes the levels overly hard. On the 2nd hotel golden coast level 49 it started. Whenever my doorman picks up an item he automatically picks up 2 at the same time. I have closed app and restarted but so far no change. ✓ Good To Pass The TimeFirst of all I would like mention an issue where the customers on forest lake started showing colour cards like grand hotel instead of room type(I think it was level 45, hard level) Review: If You like this kinda tycoon themed games. You will enjoy it. Sometimes you will be frustrated cause levels became hard or need upgrade but in the end it’s a lot of fun. For easy going on the levels you need watch ads for double rewards or buy some packs. I have no option to pay so I watched the ads(it also supports the devs as I can’t pay :( My only issue is there is no ability to replay the earlier levels which is inconvenient for games like this. I really would love to grind the old levels again and hope devs add the option to replay when all levels are done. Now the all the locations done and I have nothing else until new content arrives. ✓ The best game like thisYou can actually play and win the game without having to buy extras. No “energy” so you can play as long as you want if you keep winning. And the wait isn’t too bad once you run out of hearts. My issues is that I’m not sure if they updated it recently or somehow my internet is messing up but I can no longer watch ads to earn extra diamonds or coins. Normally they make it so every 4 hours you can watch an ad to get diamonds but now it’s been 15 hours and the times change so they will sometimes reset the timer or it will be 4 hours waiting but when I hit watch ad it won’t pop up and it’s doing the same with the hearts normally they are 20 minute wait but lately it can be hours and hours before you get another heart to play again. And then they have after you win around you can double your rewards but it’s no longer loading the ad to do that most of the time. Again maybe it’s somehow my phone and internet but I’m not sure how my phone could cause the hours to go up on the diamond ads and heart replenishing... 🤷♀️ but I love the game. ✓ Fantastic Time Management Game!I love this game! As a big fan of time management games, this one ticks all the boxes. Challenging yet addictive. Also very generous with gems (paid currency) so it doesn’t feel like it’s impossible to advance in the game unless you spend money unlike many other time management games I’ve played. If there’s one thing I slightly dislike, it’s that you can only have a chain of 4 actions at a time, I wish it was at least 5-6. I also kind of wish I could replay some levels because I’ve competed all 3 hotels and now there’s nothing to do but wait for more to be added. ✓ Love this game but...First, I think it’s unfair how we don’t have the option to go back to our old motels/hotels and continue playing but we do however have the option to go back and upgrade rooms and such from the old hotels. That doesn’t make any sense. Why would I waste my coins and diamonds upgrading old places that I can’t go back and play. I think it’s cool that we can still collect money off of them but I also want to have the option to play a couple rounds especially while I’m waiting for a new hotel to open up. When I’m done playing all the levels to the new hotels it just feels like I have the app taking up space on my phone since I have to wait weeks maybe even months after finishing for a new update/hotel to be available. ✓ I love this game!I’ve almost beat all the levels and hope there is more to come. I took down a star because in some of the worlds you have to click certain objects an exact way, or the pay object is in the way which causes you to lose your flow. ✓ Upgrade Page GlitchThis game is really fun and really enjoy it but the upgrade page for the hotel equipment began consistently waving an exclamation point to alert me I can afford an upgrade even though when I check it I don’t have enough. I thought maybe it would go away if I kept upgrading but it hasn’t and I’ve just moved to the third hotel on Canadian lake and finished some upgrades but the exclamation point is still rather annoyingly waving for my attention. ✓ Bit addictiveI like this game but it’s a bit addictive. Some levels can be almost impossible to win. Glad there is an option to get free bonuses to help win the level. I do watch a lot of adds to get the free coins and diamonds but I have been able to win the levels without having to pay anything. Please put the “garbage” button somewhere else as it’s sometimes in the way of an “action” that needs to be done and I accidentally throw out my cleaning supplies or food I have just made. ✓ 👍The forest level is very glitchy. Sometimes I have not been able to select the bbq so the little dude just stands there. If the boat is passing the bucket of fish you cannot select the bucket. ✓ Fun but glitchyI really like playing this game. It’s quick, easy to pick up but feels fun. My only problem with it is that it has a few technical glitches. The receptionist won’t press on the customers, arrows showing availability with rooms don’t appear or carry on appearing after you’ve designated a room to a customer. The recent update won’t even let me open the app! It says I have to download the new version but I have and it now won’t open! ✓ Great gameI’ve loved playing this game, although at times frustrating because some levels are so hard, and the lack of diamonds you get is annoying because everything needs so many. ✓ Like the game but....The amount of levels in each hotel is too much. 60 levels is too long. I find the game is not responsive and quick enough. Sometimes I have to press the coin or food several times before it connects. I have been stuck on forest lake, level 52 for ages with no way to progress further as I have maxed out on the bonuses. I don’t want to have to pay for bonuses as it soon adds up. Why can’t I buy these with the mant coins I have collected. Memory of collecting food is not good. It remembers only 4 things. ✓ I actually like the gameWhen I’m bored and just sat there I play it and it bothers me when they make it harder and harder but it’s like a challenge and it makes you play until you get to the next level and the hotel ideas are pretty cool the way they are all different and how you have to work your way up into upgrading everything is cool. ✓ Fun! Addicting! ChallengingThis game is very addicting and equally challenging! I will have to admit I’ve spent some money, (had an iTunes card) :) on jewels and boosters. You do get rewarded each time you pass a level and earn extra money, profit, from the hotels you’ve completed. the one negative I have, is in order to pass some levels you have to use boosters to get through! The level I’m on now for example, you have to check in according to key color! Well you cannot complete that challenge because blue rooms are full and the next person has to have blue! They order sushi and tea so aren’t vacating the rooms in time to be cleaned for the next person! So I have to keep using the candy jar pleaser to calm the customers down while they wait, only to fill the blue room finally and the next customer wants blue also or another room color that’s full and not vacating quickly til it piles up and you lose! I’ve tried all the boosters and now empty and cannot pass the level! Can’t earn any boosters cause I can’t pass a level so I’ll have to purchase and use in hopes that I pass! ✓ A great game, but...Now this game is really good- great in fact. But it does have a few things im not fond of. One thing is that, i wanted to go back to my old Hotel (the first one, the motel) to gain more coins because the second one im playing in, is not it 🤦🏾♀️. Well i couldnt. It wouldnt let me. It said i had more, or other levels to play in the other hotel. Which is understandable i guess, but i dont like being “forced” (or ”pushed”) to play the other map(s), especially since im struggling and cant meet the meets. The second thing was that he, the man who does MOST of the work, gets so mixed up in errands that it annoys me (i dont think i said that well 💀). Because like whenever i click on something in which he doesnt have the materials in hand at the time, he shakes his head and is like no (or whatever he does). And just that, takes up time, which i could be using for the other customers that need stuff. And the third one, this really isnt really a bad thing, its mostly just a preference so ta say, but the music. ✓ Great game but bigs are annoyingWas great for first two areas but when it got to Forrest Lakes it is so hard to click on the right spot on the bbq. So if they want fish and customers at reception you can’t click on the bbq. I have reported but only response was what system do I use etc and then never heard back. I had to spend money to get the bubble gum machine in the first hotel otherwise you can’t pass a certain level secondly it glitched he would grab two of one item I had to delete the app and reinstall it and had to buy the bubblegum machine again and im pretty far into the third hotel and it glitched again every customer has a preference on which room they wanna stay in and you need to have 12 preferred rooms to pass a level and in the second hotel there were green pink and yellow rooms I’m in the third hotel with clover fishing and hunting rooms and they are showing up pink yellow or green for there preferred room and it’s annoying because now I can’t pass a level I’m hoping it’ll just fix itself because I do not want to have to start alll over again but other than that it’s really fun game.Version: 1.3.7
✓ Awesome gameI love the game. It is a great way to pass the time and has an amazing blend of good quality graphics, music and the level of challenge. Bought a pack of gems just to support you guys for the awesome job. In saying that, is there a known glitch in Level 64 or so? I can’t seem to clear the garbage or anything else. ✓ Fun, but not enough levelsI’m nearly through all the different hotels, so guessing this is reasonably new - new levels please! It’s a fun game, although I have noticed on the Arabian Nights hotel tapping on a customer or a product won’t give a response, although the update I’m installing now may have just fixed that. Only other negative is that the ad which brought me to the game in the first place involves a lift and getting food and customers to the right floor, but this isn’t actually something you do in the game (yet?)..Version: 1.7.3
