✓ Played for a long timeOverall the game is fantastic, and a great way to kill some time, however the current Halloween zone does not open, when you click on it, the game just displays the three other zones and does not allow you to open them or go anywhere, having to close down the game and reopen it. ✓ Made me restartI downloaded this game late in the evening yesterday and was enjoying it because it doesn’t take long to progress in this game like it does in other games but this morning I opened the app up and I summoned the boss and then it took away all my plots so I had to restart the plots I spent about 2 hours last night upgrading. I still have all my souls, gems and apples earned previously but I’d every time I summon the boss I have to start over, then there’s really no point to this game..Version: 2.10.0
✓ Crashes after videos not giving rewardI played this game for 2 years. This was a fun stupid waste of time game. Yeah, there was a lot of ads. However, it is now junk. After last update, things went downhill and developers got greedy. Prior to update, there was no limit on idle income. After update, the game only gives 2 hours of idle income and you can buy 10 addition hours. I understand a developer wanting income. However, this game forces players to watch a lot of ads. These ads include ones that increase idle income. If I have to pay for idle income, I sure as heck am not going to watch addition videos to increase it. I have deleted this game..Version: 2.22.3
✓ Where’s my demon?Fun game. WHERE ARE MY PURCHASES?!? Some time ago, I purchased the $.99 ad remover, got a new tablet, and after re-downloading the game discovered that I no longer had ads removed. Your team responded, telling me that I could have it back by logging in with Facebook. That makes NO sense, but I don’t use Facebook and took the hit. About ten minutes ago, I purchased the “insanely hot offer” directly from the App Store. The purchase was successful, but I still have pop up ads, the extra guard is not in inventory, and there are no extra gems. I have tried closing and reopening both the game and the App Store with no change. I have NOT deleted and reloaded the game. I don’t need my purchase to disappear (again) and have to redo all of my progress. I DO NOT USE FACEBOOK!!!.Version: 2.12.2
✓ Fun but no instructionsGame is fun doesn’t take much time to collect stuff during the day, love the animations they kill me... only thing that disappoints me is lack of direction on how to play, I keep seeing puzzle solving screen shots but have no idea how to find them I checked all over, first time I clicked the boss it wiped me out, Leary about clicking him again because I don’t want to loose my progress.. it would be helpful if there were some instructions also when you launch the game sometimes it gives you the option to double your collected souls but the button to do it works 25% of the time that’s frustrating.Version: 2.9.0
✓ $0.99 ad for removing ads is priced at $4.99I had the $0.99 ad for removing all pop-up ads and I clicked it so fast. The problem was that I paid using my thumb and I saw the $4.99 price tag a split second before paying. Now I am out $4. I would mostly like to make devs aware of this problem. I’ll send screenshots if that helps, but i would like my $4 back. Overall, though, it’s been a great idle game apart from the ads. ✓ Keeps locking up.Live the game by but keeps locking up on adds! When you summons a guard add comes up plays the. Can’t get out of the ad. Same thing when you try to double you souls! ✓ Love this game!I downloaded this game about a year ago and have been playing it ever since... it’s a good game to waste time and such. However, I am having issues with opening the game at times. I have had to delete and start over three times now due to when I open the app, the UPDATE window pops up and I click to update but when it brings me to the store to update, it says it cannot connect to the store. So I go to update it a different way and there is no update. I like playing this game a lot I just don’t want to keep deleting and starting over again. ✓ Was a five start but having problems.This game was a five star, but now it’s a two star as, I’m having problems with this game, I have 145 unopened chests that I’m afraid to keep on opening as I have guarantee chests for new puzzle pieces in there. I have opened up probably 20 of them here and there to see if it had worked yet and nothing to be able to fix it. Iv got 5 gems for duplicates of a guarantee new puzzle piece. Lol it shouldn’t be doing that. I have contacted the app developer and no response yet. I think I might have maxed out on the game to where they haven’t developed it past that. But there is that legend at the bottom of the puzzle page that shows how much you got per type. I got 0 out of some of them still. ? ✓ Maxed out diamond puzzlesSo each week it has that bonus area open, I spent $20 in gems each week to boost through the day off increments and now I have all 27 puzzles at diamond. It feels like the bonus area giving like 55 of the yellow instant puzzle piece chests got me to complete too quick because now I have 27 chests to open but all 27 puzzles are finished. A note to the creators, giving 55 yellow chests each week maxes out the puzzles to diamond way too quick where maybe lots of gems and only 3 chests could stretch the game on a few more years.Version: 2.11.2

✓ Issue with chests in Halloween event:I managed to get the final Halloween gift on Sunday for collecting 10ee souls, but the special chests wouldn’t open. I received 30 but wasted 7 thinking the screen had frozen, before realising the chest numbers were going down but they weren’t opening or giving me puzzle pieces. I’ve been trying to email you since Monday morning & have lost more chests now, but it keeps bouncing back & saying my email has been marked as spam. Other than this issue I’ve really enjoyed the Halloween event up to now, it’s great & on the whole I enjoy the game. 😊.Version: 2.8.4

✓ Fun game, devs love the ads thoughGreat game, highly addictive. However it’s unfortunate that all devs it’s seems, have taken on the mentality of “pester people with ads and offer them refuge for a few dollars” to make a profit now, and these devs seem to follow the trend. Every few screens you get a 30 second ad, then the notorious “go ad free for $1.99” banner. At this point I make it a goal to never spend on these types. Better yet, make a game that makes ppl want to spend rather than ad-trap people into spending..Version: 2.23.1
✓ Keeps crashing?Personally I love this game, it’s addictive and easy to play. Recently, however, it keeps crashing and I’m losing all my progress. I open the app and it works fine for a few seconds so I go about my business collecting souls and upgrading my pain stations before it freezes and the app closes. When I open it back up again, the upgrades I made previously haven’t been saved and yet I’ve lost the souls. I thought it was just me so I rebooted my phone, updated the software and freed up storage like google suggested but I’m still having the same problem. ✓ Used to be 4-5 stars- now 1 star max.New update is ruining it. There are more ads not less. Hiring guards now brings up error message “something went wrong” why the change in guard mechanism. It was simple and worked. Now it doesn’t. Won’t connect to ad server without 3-4 tries. Doubling up souls reports wrong numbers and always says something went wrong. Also double up takes up to 30 seconds to appear. Nothing else on my phone has this many connection issues. It’s not my phone, nor my internet at home. It’s only been like this since the updates. The game was fun, simple and quick. It suited my work breaks. ✓ Its fun & addictingI love it. Soent lots of real money for it the halloween one is a challange but i got to my 10ee 😀. Adds are a bit ridicules since i paid for no ads. My only real complaint is when i accumulate a lot of chests they don't open you just tap and they go away so i don't know if I'm getting the gems or a card or if its just being thrown out all together. I had over 40 and go around to opening and most didn't open. Also their seems to be a glitch with the boss. I have a quest to summons him 3 tomes and I've summons several times and its not saying my quest is done Ive played idle games before and this but this one is fun lol. The plots are too funny. ✓ Good dame butI love this game, it’s enjoyable to me because I don’t have to be on it every single minute everyday day, the game collects as you are away, it’s fun and you’re not forced into spending money, unless you like moving quicker through the games like me😂 the one thing I wish it didn’t have was so many ads! I’d happily pay a $2.99-$5.99 app download fee to avoid it but unfortunately the game runs off a lot of ads. But the puzzle where you get 10 Diamonds is the same thing every time and it may just be an easy way to get diamonds, but it’s boring. Switching up the puzzle will make it more interesting and will actually get the player to use their head instead of constantly doing the same thing. ✓ Good game if you buy offersHonestly I’m actually a big fan of this game. I like the simplicity of the game and how it doesn’t take much time. I’m in double kk. And still find it fun. I have spent a lot of time working on all three of the plots and love the golden trials. It makes the game seem fresh but also familiar aswell. Few things I think should be added. I think that when you go t on switch plots we should have the ability to swipe on the islands and collect the souls for those plots. And if we could have a command to hold down on a plot and upgrade all of the pain stations that would be really nice. Because as much fun as it is to be on the app. Sometimes you don’t have time to be tapping and swiping. Also one thing I’ve noticed as if you do an add watch for more souls. ✓ Pretty good game but a little buggyI’ve been playing this game for a little while and it’s pretty entertaining but recently there was a challenge island and after winning the last piece of it part of the app’s timer became buggy. It was supposed to give 30 gems (60 if you watched an ad) er day for 30 days. Worked for 2 days now the countdown timer is stuck and not giving gems but the days remaining timer is working just fine. I have it on my phone and it works perfectly fine, however, on my iPad, it’ll let me watch the ad videos for the guard and to upgrade the training, doubling the income when high first log on... etc but it won’t give me the reward at the end of the video ad. Update 8-29 For the last 2 days this the game will not let me exit some adds after they are done running. On occasion after I watch an add and exit it a error message comes up and won’t let me get the manager 2x for 6 seconds.
