✓ Cheaper than episodeIt’s basically episodes, few different things. The gems and passes are cheaper. There is less gem selections in the story, well the one I’m reading. Which is nice because it doesn’t crap up the story. There are simpler ways of getting gems and passes. I do like the option to watch 15 ads to get more gems ( they’re much quicker ads than episode) you can also watch an ad to gain a reading pass their vip is also cheaper with more stuff. There are ads in game, but they’re not really bad, but you can black ads if you want for. Week or month and it’s not expensive either. I am thinking im enjoying this app more than the episode..Version: 1.8.2
✓ DiamondThis is really cured my boredom but the only problem I have with it are the diamonds the way you need to play is 20 diamonds or more are you can’t get good optionsThat will end up writing you down the wrong path if you don’t have enough same with outfits to get hot and sexy outfits you will need lots of diamonds at the start you get to watch ads to get diamonds to get free options but after you’ve played it to 6 chapters it stops and I find it irritating please fix this and it’s cured my boredom so I like it.Version: 1.7.9
✓ Amazing, add a couple things!!This app is truly awesome! I’ve been playing it for a couple days now and I absolutely love it it’s such a great idea. But there are a couple of things I’d love to change even though the app itself is great: I would like more hearts more quickly, because I don’t want to pay, but I also want to play the game without waiting like an hour. Same thing with gems, I get gems sometimes but once I spend it on one thing often times I don’t get a lot of gems for a while. But I also understand its buisness and money is important to you guys so I appreciate all that you do and keep up the good work. I mean I understand why, but everything is overpriced for example the outfits, if i’m (my character) going to a photoshoot, I get two options, something plain and unattractive for free or something sexy that will wow the judges FOR 18 DIAMONDS! Though if you’re lucky you can watch an ad, I personally don’t mind ads so I’ll watch it, but if something costs over 15 diamonds, i think that you should be able to watch some ads to unlock it, instead of getting lucky and watching 1 add to unlock something over 15 diamonds, it should be like 4 ads for EVERYTHING over 15. If you (the creators) do that, then i would play the game more and not wait 24 hours for the box of diamonds to refill! Please update this!! It would make the game more appealing! ✓ This game is great but one thing…It has really good stories with a lot of drama! figuring out what happens in the stories as you progress is some of the most exciting parts for me. The only reason I’m reading this one star is that you start off with zero gems and you have to complete a chapter to get more. I feel like you should get gems when you make a good decision and when you end the chapter, maybe you should get more.. i’m not sure if this sounds like a good idea to the company but the piece on how you get gems is kind of annoying and disappointing. but other than that this game is really great, and I would recommend it to anyone!.Version: 1.8.2
✓ Loveeeee it but little suggestionsI love spotlight it’s just like episode it’s Greta in my opinion but I do have some complaints / suggestions. First of all the chapters are too expensive there are close to 20 gemstones at least put them at max 8-10. 2nd of all when we have the options on what to say to somebody the best choice is only able if you pay, and when I don’t have enough of the gemstones it takes me to a place where I have to pay real US dollars to get more, what I would like is an option to see an ad for more gemstones. Which takes me to my last complaint / suggestion when we go into the next chapter I mentioned that you have to pay like 15 gemstones we’ll the option the to watch an add is like 30 second add that just gets you 1 single gemstone and that really frustrating if you want to get to the next chapter . ✓ Why I want new improvementI downloaded the game to have fun stories, but mostly I wanted some of the stories to involve pregnancy and a baby. I hope I don’t sound crazy, but having a baby in some of the stories would be nice I know there might be some stories with pregnancy because I haven’t checked them all out but other than that five star it’s very cool. I think it could use some improvements but I also think that this game is very cool and I like how you have to make a life decisions that feel like if you make the wrong move in the story, your whole life will crumble, I love this game but I also sometimes have questions of the creator. ✓ Pretty GoodI’ve got to say although i’ve only read 5-6 chapters of one story…It’s a close call to which one is better this or Episode. In this app, It gives you an opportunity to watch ads to pick premium options not all of them but quite a bit of them unlike Episode and so far the story is just as good as one of Episode’s. Also, the character customization is a lot better layers out and for things like skin tone and eye color along with hair and lip colors have a lot more options and you can actually see what the colors look like before actually trying them. ✓ Amazing but…This app is absolutely amazing. It is just like episode but on certain stories you can watch 1/2 ads depending on the price to unlock a diamond choice which i personally love. However i have knocked off one star because recently the game has started to lag a lot. Especially after i have watched both ads, it lags for ages then resets ot to zero which is frustrating for me. In Episode and other games there are constantly adds, so when I downloaded this are realized there weren’t any I was so happy. On that note, I would like to recommend community stories. Community stories is where readers make there own and share them in the app. It would add so much to the app and the community. Besides that please don’t get adds, and don’t make new readers play a certain amount of stories to unlock everything. Those were major problems with Episode and they were the reasons I left. ✓ Just one problem.I’ve been playing this game for a very long time and i love the stories. they keep me engaged, they’re fun, exciting and i can never stop playing. i recently got into playing this game again and it’s just as great as i remember but oh my gosh. the amount of ads in this game drives me up the wall. it feels like i can’t play more than 45 seconds without being met with unskippable ads or a very important choice that requires ad watching in order to avoid the sky high diamond price. i’m grateful that there is a free ad option for the diamond choices, but sometimes i will watch all the ads to get it and after i’m done watching 3 or 4 terribly long ads, it says it failed. so i try it again and it fails again. this has happened to me 3 times in a row now and it’s frustrated me enough to make me write a review. don’t get me wrong, i truly enjoy this game but the ads are blocking me from getting all the enjoyment out of it that i know i would without them, or even with a little less. so please. ✓ I fun but…Okay so I would recommend this game if you LOVE being able to make your own choices in stories. It’s super fun and unlike others you can close the app and it will save all your progress. The only down side is the value of the gems when you are making decisions during the story. The value that I keep getting is 29 gems to be able to make a choice that impacts the story. I think that it’s a little to high of a value maybe if it was like 20 gems or 10 gems. You also might be thinking like really you want it to be 10 gems that’s way to low. I know but if your a player like me that only has 10-17 gems you can’t really do on with the story and have it be fun when your forced to pick the options you don’t want to do. ✓ ReplacementI found this game literally 3 days ago and I have gone broke lol . I love this game. I was playing Episodes for years but they kept screwing me. I saw this game and downloaded it and was so shocked to see how much like episodes but waaaaayyyyy better it was. The graphics are amazing and the stories are great too. They have ways for you to earn diamonds all day. The only problem I see is with the ethnic aspect of it. All black people don’t wear braids or dreads and there should be more color choices for eyes and lips and stuff like that but overall a very great and addictive game. So basically, in the story “waking up pregnant,” I really loved the way I designed my characters, and I kept adoring the way I designed my female lead and male. But on the 8th chapter, I was confused because it was lead were not the same anymore? But the storyline was the same, like the female leads name was different, but the male leads stayed the same, I was pretty bummed because I didn’t know how to change their avatars again, and even if I did I would’ve already forgotten how they looked like. Can u plz add another story plz! This really inspired me to look forward to my future and be prepared for my spotlight my success in life. To be carful in what I choose not to be mean and most importantly I learned life is a long or short movie a good or bad one. This game is just so inspiring and it’s a beautiful life lesson and it’s not about the money it’s just everyone gets a second chance to improve or change. ✓ Comments, complaints and updatesI really like this game so I rated it a 4 star because I think it’s really good and I have tons of reasons, first, there is not that much ads and mostly in these games there’s like loads so that’s a good start. Second, you can choose your actions and what you say and there is a range of games to choose from. I have more reasons but I want to get on with the complaints. I would have gave this game a 5 star but here are the reasons I didn’t, First, diamonds, basically every good thing costs diamonds witch is sad because I never have diamonds I don’t know why but I never do. Third, games, I know I said there was a range of games and there is but there is not that much actually, I have played every game and I don’t know how often you add games or I you actually do add games but I would love a wider range of high school and reality show games. Update: I only played the story that it started you on when you first open the app that doesn’t give you the option to watch ads to chose the diamond choice. I still think the amount of ads on the app are just insane. I did try to purchase the VIP pass but it just loaded for what felt like days so I’d close the app and try again. I tried that a few days in a row but still never loaded so I couldn’t get the VIP pass. I do like the app and the stories. But again, the options that you get that aren’t diamond options are just terrible… the clothing, for example, you could have a good option and the rest beautiful options that you can purchase with diamonds, instead it’s mismatched clothes or something elegant. The only three things I am iffy about is the diamonds, it’s really expensive to buy them and you only earn one after each story, I think you should add ads where you can earn about 5 diamonds each ad! ✓ Spotlight loverHi. I love this game and all the choices. They’re really fun and sexy. I have a few concerns and suggestions. I’ll start with suggestions. #1 Add more spicy choices for free. All the Ads are boring and play over and over again. Every time I want a choice I have to watch add. #2 if you still want to have ads. Every time you open the app you get a gift of 5 diamonds free. Any extra you watch a video. #3 When the characters take showers their clothes are off and the “parts” are blocked. When they lay in bed together they have clothes on. Make it the same as in the shower. Concerns. #1 Usually I can watch adds for extra choices(premium yellow) and get them without using diamonds. That stopped working. The adds won’t pop up and I don’t have enough coins to choose them. And then I get bad choices and my characters are now not together anymore, in love, cuddling, etc. #2 I tried watching a video to get an outfit free for my character. After the two adds usually the choice will be unlocked and have like a black line across saying I unlocked or so like that. So after the video I hit the choice expecting it to be unlocked but it didn’t register and it cost me 19 diamonds.(all I had). Can I please get a refund. ✓ Just one problemThe game is great, has romantic storylines, it’s not horribly cliché, and has me on the edge of my seat the whole time. But I HATE that you have pay for the good decisions or the ones that are more romantic, or basically just the ones you want to pick. you have to use diamonds for mostly every good option and after each chapter you only get two diamonds, so they don’t add up quickly. Mostly, the good options are about 17 diamonds, sometimes they’re only 12 diamonds though. Still it makes me mad that you can’t just enjoy the game without them trying to steal all your money. But hey they got to make money somehow right? They don’t play ads during the chapter either, which is nice, overall the game is pretty good. ✓ Pretty good game but..I like this game, it has customization options (not a ton like episode does), but still good! I just wish that.. For one: not so many diamond options in just ONE chapter. & For two having the options truly impact everything, to the point that you can’t even get an ending you want! If you don’t spend the diamonds, then you can’t even get to see different things, pick a different “fate”,that part isn’t fair, I think the diamond option for things should be way lower than what they are. I say this because there are not any options to watch ads for these diamonds, you just get to claim your daily diamonds, but that is not much at all! The only other option would be purchasing diamonds, which a few are cheap, and then some of its truly high. It just like jumps from a cheap options, (to buy diamonds or hearts), then to really expensive options. I understand that money is needed to keep the game going/funded, but having so many diamond choices in one episode & having each choice be a lot, considering we only get ONE diamond after completing a chapter, is not okay.. It like makes you not want to play sometimes , because of all the diamonds that are basically required to be able to have what you truly want as a choice. ✓ Spotlight Is A Great Story GameThe title gives it away. Spotlight is a very good game and similar to most story games as well. I find Spotlight another version that’s better than Episode. Obviously, Episode has been around for more time and is used by most readers as well, but nonetheless to say, Spotlight should be the highlight now. Spotlight really has no issues at most. It’s really entertaining, keeps me at my edge to keep going and I find the ads that you have the choice to skip, splendid. The only minor issue Spotlight can have are the diamonds. I have no issues with the diamond’s whatsoever, the diamonds are only used for the stories choices and sometimes we should be given the option to choose choices that don’t really need diamonds, or at least make them cheap. I’m glad that at least in the end of a chapter you get a diamond and three bonus diamonds. Overall, the app itself, is great and amazing. ✓ Love this game!Wow, this game is so good! I love how u can dress up character and your love instrest. I do wish there were more options when you dress up character and more clothing options. One problem that bothers a lot is that you have to use diamonds on a lot of choices. And most of them are literally 17 diamonds! That needs to change. One example is when I was playing one of the stories there were to options, one was “ask him for help.” And the other one was “your trying to get me away from jake.” And of course, it cost diamonds! I personally don’t think it’s fair that most of options cost diamonds. I don’t want to say something mean to somebody I’m trying to get with! I think some of options should at LEAST be 5-10 diamonds. ✓ Great!❤️I want to start off by saying this is an amazing game! The ads may be a little bothersome, but it’s revenue and I understand that. I love how you can watch ads for a diamond choice instead of straight up spending diamonds for it, saves a lot of time and makes me want to play more! The graphics are super good and the character customization is a little bit limited but it’s good, my characters always slay anyway💪 it’s fairly easy to get diamonds too, I got 50 diamonds in 5 minutes from doing surveys and watching ads. ✓ New Ideas and Tiny Glitch?I love the game, it’s a great alternative to episode but there’s a couple suggestions i would like to make.I believe you guys should have a game to earn diamonds instead of buying it. I’ll give you a couple reason why. We only get 2 diamonds from each chapter we read. We get at least 10 diamonds if we do a task from the list which takes time. We can claim one diamond at a time from a 30 second video. If you guys had a game, people wouldn’t spend money on it etc. A couple suggestions for a game is like, match these, figure out the problem, something simple but not too simple. And each game will have a couple few levels at least 10-15. So if they finish the whole game itself. They’ll have to wait at least an hour to play it again and earn diamonds. Because some of your premium choices are 15 or higher. Knowing that not everyone gets that much diamonds on a daily basis. Your lowest option was 8 diamonds. Like i said it’s a suggestion to have people enjoy the game more and be able to choose the best options without spending money on it. I don’t know if it’s a glitch for me but i don’t receive daily diamonds anymore..Version: 1.6.5

✓ By Far Top Tier Story App….ButI have to say, as an avid reader and original fan of the Episode app, Spotlight takes the win in story telling apps. The animations and character customization alone is far superior. My only complaint and suggestion would be in regards to only diamond choice stories. There should also be free stories especially ones where the reader can also be a creator/writer of stories. This would put Spotlight far above the rest! I have noticed that most of not almost all stories are written by Spotlight. Let your readers be able to show their creativity in your brilliant app!.Version: 1.7.3
