✓ Just went for the moneyI bet you just went for the money in this game. I think it is ridiculous that you have to pay for all the events and hardly ever unlock a new free sport. Also this game has a lot of ads so if your willing to spend money on removing the ads and getting all the events, this games for you. ✓ Forced me to double pay for multiple devicesI am giving this 1 star even tho I haven’t yet played the game bc the app made me pay the $2.99 twice. I put it on my iPad so my son could play it. Later, I added it to his iPad by going to “purchased” and clicking on my name (as we’re all grouped as one family by Apple). When he went to play it, tho, he could not access all the games unless we again paid $2.99. That is UNFAIR. When you buy an app as a family, you are supposed to be able to put it on multiple devices without having to pay again. ✓ Mixed feelings with this one..I have played this for a little bit now, and somethings not right with it. Very stoked to finally see the long awaited sequel to the athletics games, but it is not sitting right with me. The track events seem very delayed with the whole ready set go thing, and the 200m as well, the buttons caught me off guard with everything else, but I don’t know. In the 100m swimming I couldn’t get above 90% energy except for the very start when he buttons are already displayed on screen. I deleted it after the long jump training said I fouled when I stepped on the board. Apparently no one bothered to actually know the rules of these events before marketing. ✓ Scores for Competitions Need SortingLove the game overall and the amount of events you can do is awesome. Just one thing that’s annoying, the scores don’t tally correctly in the competition events. Especially the ones with more than 5 events, it appears that shooting, High jump screw the scores up. ✓ They changed the running 🤦The game looks better on a graphic standpoint, but doesn't necessarily make the game better than previous versions. The running in this game was the only thing i did the most. The running looked a bit more realistic in previous versions and a bit quicker. An example is when doing the 1500m event, in the game I cross the line in 3:31, but then the result says 3:35.. it’s extremely frustrating. ✓ Better play Athletics 2 insteadThis is such a downgrade from athletics 2 that it honestly seems like a half-brained cash grab. The graphics are essentially identical, the controls are abysmal with the buttons being smaller than your thumb and the 200m controls are just a ridiculous mess, and what are the coins even for?
