✓ Amazing puzzlesThese puzzles are an amazing variation to sudoku! The rule is so simple, yet it adds so much fun complexity to the game. The user interface is pretty good now that I’m getting the hang of it, but I would give this 5 stars based on the puzzles alone. It’s nice to feel excited about solving sudoku again..Version: 1.0

✓ Amazing gameWhile I haven’t had this game for very long I’m a huge fan of it, only done about 10 levels so far and still chugging. I’m only concerned that there are 40 levels but who knows how long they’ll take me :). I’m not even a huge sudoku fan and I’m addicted. ✓ Thermo sudokuThis is the fourth app I have now downloaded on my iPad/iPhone and enjoy everyone of them. The sandwich sudoku seems to be the hardest of the lot and the classic one is just that - classic. I have just done a few of the thermo sudoku and again wish the hints would not totally overlay the puzzle itself. I wish it were just in one of the corners with smaller font size. ✓ Great Sudoku Variant!I’ve been following Cracking the Cryptic on YouTube for the last month or so and have their other sudoku apps. This app is great I love the thermo variant! Each puzzle is very different and gets progressively harder, I needed to use a couple of hints on some of the hardest puzzles but these are hand written and aimed at where you’re likely to get stuck and thus helps you to improve you sudoku logic with more advanced techniques. I would recommend this app to any one who likes sudokus!.Version: 1.0

✓ Bad updateLove the content of this app, but I liked it more before the latest update. The look and feel of this new version seems like a step backwards from what it was before. The actual gameplay is great and unchanged from previous, but it’s the menu layout that I find unsatisfactory. ✓ Fantastic AppIncredible app. Full of beautiful puzzles, and you can tell each one is hand crafted to follow a logical path. The hints are well written too, giving you just enough to get back on track, but not spoiling too much and allowing you to feel like you’ve still cracked a tough one! ✓ Fantastic GameI just recently discovered Thermo sudoku and this app is great for solving simple to complex puzzles. The hints are a great feature as it helps you solve the puzzles without giving you the straight forward answers, they make you think logically on how to solve step by step. Worth every penny spent. ✓ Extremely intuitive to use; really professional appearanceI’m really impressed by this app. More difficult puzzles are unlocked by beating easier ones (which I guess could be frustrating if you’re really good, but I’m not! So it’s fine). The app will alert you of illegal placements, so you don’t waste too much time, and you have real variety in how you can mark each square - not only with pencil marks of possible numbers, but with a different style pencil mark for set pairs and triplets but also with x’s for focusing on single digits (and where they can’t be placed) and highlighter colors to identify key squares. ✓ Very good, a few points to improveI like this app, the way you can interact with the board is excellent. The tips are very useful too, however it would be good to be able to read the tips at the same same time as looking at the board. Also I like to play on different devices, but there is no synchronisation, so you have to repeat puzzles on each device before you can unlock new ones, this is frustrating..Version: 1.0

✓ Excellent puzzlesMuch like Cracking the Cryptic’s other sudoku apps, this has a clean interface, and does a good job of steadily increasing complexity in the puzzles, introducing new concepts at a good pace. All of the puzzles in their apps are human-constructed, rather than machine generated, and as such, should be fully logically solvable, with no guessing required (you won’t see any pairs that can’t be disambiguated without arbitrarily throwing a number in, for example). A solid sudoku app for any puzzle fan..Version: 1.0
✓ My favorite Sudoku variation so farI have loved every app put out by Cracking the Cryptic so far, and this one is my favorite. Having the sandwich clues outside the regular grid adds a new dimension to the usual Sudoku puzzle, and despite my usual distaste for arithmetic, I love it. The fact that options for which number combinations can make which result are available by poking the sandwich clues makes this easier than having a hand-written list in front of me. (Hand writing a list wouldn’t have been a dealbreaker for me, but it’s hard to hold the phone and a paper list while on a commute!) Thanks to Cracking the Cryptic for their fun apps, their informative and delightful YouTube channel, and for brightening our lives with both..Version: 1.0
