✓ Loses its shine.Firstly, let me say Forsaken Media are a top notch crew. Heroes and Castles 1 still remains my favourite ever game (please remaster and release again) number 2 was also good. Here they are again releasing an initially ‘good’ game that I was happy to spend a little money on. That being said there is absolutely no need to do so, and that is one of the things I like about this crew. So, why three stars? The game simply doesn’t evolve and just becomes v repetitive. Now, I’ve ‘only’ got to era 7… but I’m already thinking of not bothering anymore. The maps are bland, there is no terrain to use, and I don’t need to change my troop selection at any point to win a level. It really is a case of simply levelling up. There feels like there is zero skill or need to learn this game. H&C 1/2 were amazing examples of what FM can do, but this is way way below either. CONS No coop, no pvp, no map to navigate or conquer, no learning curve, no challenge. Arena mode is pointless, boring, repetitive and for the time, rewards are v poor. No leaderboards PROS Great looking game. Runs smooth. Great sounds. No need to spend although I did (they deserve it) FM. IF there is more to this game… I will rewrite my review. I will also continue to support your talent, but guys, the creativity, gameplay and longevity in this and war tortoise etc… come on, you can do much better..IurfehVersion: 1.2.7

✓ Repetitive grindAfter i found a bug that gives me unlimited resources (gold and premium in game cash), i was able to beat hundreds of levels. However it just has nothing new to offer. ✓ MapsThis game is one of the best mobile games I have seen in a while in terms of it has a wide variety of weapons spells and so on. As well as being able to upgrade all these things. However the maps. Small maps and almost no maps. You need more maps. And you need to make sure they are good. Good and lots of maps are very important as you can get bored very quickly when playing on the same map over and over again. Please add more. ✓ What happened guys?This first paragraph is so juicy! Post apocalyptic factions! I was so excited for a dark and gritty story that’s got layers and characters who actually do stuff. Sadly, that’s literally all the plot I have found… and it’s been hours of play now. I actually love these developers N.Y.Z is a scary and intense game with such a brilliant gripping story and perfectly delivered! Bug heroes has also a deep and rich story that kept me invested not just in the gamplay but I cared for my Spider assassin renegade. At some point you guys dropped the story and went all in on making grinder games. Again, not a criticism, I grind with the best of them when there’s some decent incentive and content. Knights and castles 2 had the urgency of the world map and although it got repetitive (nowhere near as bad as Nobelman, but still) updates and challenges kept it lively. Then there was War Tortures (autocorrect hit the nail on the head) and it’s pure battery draining tedium. Here we even see the same paragraph! Loosely recycled albeit. Post apocalyptic event…. So it goes. The games sure look prettier now, but who really cares if you just stand there and spout spells and spawn mechs until it’s over. There’s no strategy and very little difference between factions or even fighters past melee combat. Wish I could say more but this is just disappointing all over. I’ve a few in depth content ideas that would suit your style perfectly. Hear me out, what’s the worst that can happen?.ShaunusdannVersion: 1.3

✓ Controls Do Not WorkI would have liked to give this game a try. However, the download was riddled with bugs. First, I choose single hand control and the app would not load from that. Then, with two-handed control the app loaded. However, the attack on my base started and I was without defense or attack controls. When options for defending and attacking finally appeared, I could not properly choose a target. After being defeated in the battle (obviously) the app would never transition out of the “Defeat” window and locked up. I tried loading it several times and checking ways to get this app to work with no joy. I used the latest version of iPad Air with a ton of free memory space. ✓ Very disappointedThis game is both crazy grind and expensive. First of all, there are 6 heros from 2 factions, each faction play different levels and have different currency. Yet each hero need to be independently upgraded (weapon, monster and level). There's around 20 paid skill for each hero that can only be obtained through gacha, and IS NOT SHARED. Its more like playing 6 account in parallel instead of having 6 heros. Furthermore, this makes maxing out heros nearly impossible. This game have a lot of areas that requires paying with little hero control (move or gun, not both). There is so many games like this with more fair price. I would suggest this: 1.Have the same "deck" level for all heros, with each "pull" giving 2 awaed, 1 for each faction. 2.Be able to select another hero as "backup" or summon card. So people have incentive to train multiple heros. 3. In the future, other than adding more card, add more heros to each faction. 4. add some sort of paid levels where you can select Any factions's card you like with fixed levels, call it something like "chaos" stages and write some story like aliens control Unit to attack both factions. 5. 4, but rogue.Dark K-nightVersion: 1.2.8
