✓ Why?This game offers zero challenge other than trying to knock out colored candies before your allotted moves run out. But there is NO fun added to the visuals. Unless you just like staring at m&m’s constantly! Save yourself from having to delete it after you have played 3 or 4 rounds and just skip it all together! ✓ Fun game but now constantly resetsI have enjoyed this game for several months but every time I open the app, it tells me I have to download new data to continue and resets to level 2247. I have played far beyond this level into the 2260s but now the game has reset on me for the third time and I’m tired of it. The developers need to fix this issue. **Update** The newest update has now broken the game. You click on a level to play, but it freezes up and never loads. ✓ Keeps resettingFor over two weeks now I’ll beat a ton of stages and unlock characters only for the game to reset and screw me out of 500 gems, special moves, and characters I unlocked the green Christmas character 4 times and it still reset and then the week closed saying I didn’t get it. Now the same with the brown Christmas character. I’ve unlocked it once and it reset saying I haven’t even began the stages. Don’t pay out updates if it makes the game unplayable. ✓ No adsIt’s nice not to have any ads, but I find more recently this game is super glitchy and not always accurate. It cuts off at the end when you obviously could win and cheats you out of your win. It also glitches and locks up so you lose automatically. Update to add that I deleted this app. While it’s been my favorite go to for months I’ve been on one level for 3 days and won it twice but was not credited for it because it glitched. ✓ Fun game with some glitchesIt is a fun game. Entertaining but easy enough. Kind of mindless which is what I want. However, there are some annoying issues. First, I can not access settings. I see the cog on the top right of the Home Screen but it doesn’t work. So no way to control sound or haptics. Next, once I start playing I can not return to the Home Screen unless I completely shut down the app and restart. Also, it seems to be frozen on New York level even though I completed that quite a while ago. ✓ Game really does meltThis started out being a good game, but the M&M’S does more than melt in your mouth, because there are TOO many issues with loading, crashing, not receiving rewards and eating the crystals/diamonds for no reason. I can’t count how many times I have click on double the rewards and never received them because the game crashed or restarted. ✓ GlitchEDIT- I contacted support. Sent them screenshots and descriptions of what’s going on with the game. Logged in a couple days later to see if any progress was made. I lost my yellow Christmas character and I’m BACK 18 levels!!! Got a response from support stating my case is closed. Very disappointing!! I’m on Park Night level 71- there’s is no game to play. They screen is empty! I am able to still play the Christmas levels but have collected my character for the week. Please fix! ✓ M&m gameI had this game briefly. It’s way too expensive. I don’t play games where I “have” to pay and there is no way around paying and it’s very early in the game but my biggest problem is that the ads won’t clear after it plays during a game. 3 times in the few days l had this ad come up during a game and it just stays there. It will not leave when I click on the x. I have even left the game and did something else and when I returned, it was still stuck on the ad and does nothin when I try to clear the page. ✓ Fun, until Level 245Well, this was a fun, challenging little app for a time. I don’t mind using power ups from time to time, but level 245 was too challenging for me. I used all my power ups and tried for about a week to beat this level. Nowhere near enough moves to complete. Would’ve had to pay a lot for extra moves. ✓ Great game but…..I really enjoy playing this game but I’ve noticed a problem that keeps happening. Every once and a while I’ll get a level that is impossible to complete. By impossible I mean I’ll have one box to clear to complete the level. And I never get the box! It ruins consecutive streaks every time. Then the next time I complete the level. ✓ Booooorrrrrinnnnngggggg!!!At first, this game is fun. My favorite candy, in great graphics. However, you see the mouths moving, but NO voices !. Plus, I am am at level 70, ad for the last 10 levels , there is a glitch in the game. When you complete a level, a screen comes on , after you press to go to the next level, it says “ loading”. ✓ Fun but lots of glitches and more glitches as time passes.I have played for a while and the glitches end up costing not just in game earned boosters, but money. When you contact the company they ask you to send a screenshot to show proof, and when you do they don’t ever contact you again. For all the bonuses and boosters that you waste because they don’t care. I’m to the point of getting rid of this app. It is so sad that they have such a terrible customer service team, And I know mini smaller companies have 100 times better customer service team than this one. ✓ Fun but frustratingI like playing this game but seriously, I’d prefer more chances to earn more moves. I’m pretty good at puzzle games like these and the game demands you meet some arbitrary goal but purposely does not give you the tools, opportunities or enough moves to meet that goal. This is on multiple levels. I get that they want you to make in-app purchases but many games allow you to make it up by watching ads instead. It’s a fair trade. ✓ Needs bug fixes.Everytime I pass a level I have to close the app completely out to move on. It will never load to the next level without doing that. It will not let me change settings because it makes you go to what it’s pointing at and then to move on from that you are right back to having to close the app out. NOT worth the download. ✓ Fun but glitchyIt really is a great game. I love that the ads are very few and far between. But there are some serious glitches in the development, causing occasional crashes and sometimes affects the game mechanics (can’t use power ups, level won’t finish even though you hit the goal, etc). I hope they take a look into it, as this review would be five stars otherwise. I also hope they develop a way to get lives without using coins. Why not use videos? ✓ Annoying GlitchesI loved this game at first. It is a lot of fun and doesn’t require a lot of brain strain.I am currently on level 817. I realize as the game progresses the levels get harder, and I have no problem with that. However, the game is rigged so that you almost win, but don’t, and of course they want you to spend money to buy extra moves. There is an option at the end of each level to watch a video to obtain three extra moves to help complete a level. Often times after the video is watched, the same screen appears asking you to watch the video again. The screen does not go back to the level of play and provide the extra moves. At that point you are forced to close out the level without a win. Then you must start all over again. I contacted technical support about this issue in the past and got no response. In addition the same thing is happening with the option to watch a video and receive an initial boost before starting a level. I complete the video and get the same screen. I either have to close out the app and start the level again, or just play the level without the boost. This does not happen all the time, but more times than not. I have reached level 2252 return to Paris I have reached level 63 only to have the game reset overnight returning me to level 2252. I’ve contacted the resources and get a generic response.
