✓ Enjoying the slotsThe graphics are great. Payouts are great. If you like classic games, this is the one for you. People are complaining about the magnitude of coins lost or inability to reach goals in the daily dash…. Well, it’s a game, a game of chance! Do I lose? Yes! I have had dry spells that last for weeks it seems but during those times I collect my bonuses every day and just save till I can play again. Do I make purchases? Yes, I do occasionally make purchases and buy the bonus lotto round. If I didn’t love the game I would delete it but I have been playing for YEARS! I go to the real casinos but during the pandemic our casinos were closed so I didn’t go and this gave me a little fun! (I don’t always win there either) I sometimes get tired of all the negativity… there have been plenty times I haven’t completed albums but that’s ok too! I did win some coins from them! All the bonus games: I don’t always participate but when I do, I win some coins too! I didn’t mean to write such a long review but I am tired of seeing all the negativity and wanted to add some positivity to these reviews! After playing a few times, either the fun outweighs the redirects or they are occurring with much less frequently. ✓ Poor supportThis is the best slots app I’ve ever played. The variety of games is great and the payouts are pretty good. That being said, however, the customer support is poor/nonexistent. One of the side games is Plinkko, and as you play the slots, you accumulate Plinkko balls. There is an optional feature where you can purchase an extra chance to release all your saved balls. I have tried this twice, but the balls were never released. I wrote to the company 4 times now, but never got a response. There are no instructions that I could find as to how to access the saved balls (that I could find) and I’m frustrated that I actually purchased the chance twice for nothing. I’d have given this app 5 stars if the support was there, but they don’t seem to care. While the games are great, the support is not. If I didn’t enjoy the games as much as I do, I’d delete the app. Play the games, but don’t bother trying to play the Plinkko bonus game for money..Version: 5.18
✓ They just want your moneyIn fairness this app has the best, most Las Vegas style slots. But just like every on line casino apps, they give you a lot of free chips to start, maybe even let you win the first day. After that you rarely ever win, and there are days that you can’t even get one single pay out, I mean not even as much as you have bet, and they are constantly peddling for money. I mean nonstop! I never spend money on casino games, can’t afford it. So I will play 5-10 minutes until the chips run out and close the app. Too bad Update May 2022: it is now so bad that before you even get to the first machine you have to watch 3-4 advertising and another 3-4 “buy, buy, buy!” Regardless of what the company says there are more and more absolutely no pay out days.
