✓ Glitchy app but decent tournamentsApp is super glitchy. Whenever you are moved around for table balancing, the sound from the original table will keep playing. You then have to close the app and restart it while in a hand otherwise when you restart, it will fold the hand you are holding. Very annoying while playing deep into tournaments. Also, some promotions do not work even when offered and the customer service team is suuuuuper slow and not very helpful. They are clearly outsourced to ppl that aren’t familiar with the actual poker app. About the play, games move very fast compared to wsop and pokerstars. Time to act is much shorter and you don’t have to confirm choices. You hit the button and it bets/folds. They have a slider and you can preset bet limits to help. Not a ton of players but a fairly weak player base and pretty easy to win tournaments compared to wsop which has more variety. You will see the same ppl every single game. The app style is very bare bones which I didn’t like at first bc you can’t add notes to players but I kind of like it now bc it simplifies everything. I hated it at first but I’ve been winning a lot of tournaments and the game moves quickly so I appreciate it now. Not good for cash games as there are rarely any in play. Also difficult to play multiple tables bc the timer is so short. Two is the max I can do on the app even though it allows up to 4..Version: 7.5.7
✓ TerribleWhen you play the dancing drums, the drum gets filled to the top, then many hands go by and not another one to fill it!! It fills just enough to let your money run out. This has happened many many many many times !! There’s no way it’s a coincidence once it is filled you can’t get that one more to go to the bonus round that many times in a row!! I must have spun at least a thousand times and not once ever was able to get 5 drums. Not even sure if there is a bonus for that, but it never happens anyway. Also I play this game at the casino daily and the pot never resets to empty. Why on this game, when you run out of money and want to play again do you have to start over with a empty pot? I thought this was going to be a good site to play casino games, but definitely not looking like that anymore..Version: 6.9.4

✓ This is not poker!The math and percentages are so far off it makes hand values different from actual poker. i encourage everyone to go through the garbage hand history this site provides and check this for yourself. See how many times 80%+ favorites lose post flop. If you don’t know the math you will have to use a poker calculator, because the video hand history does not provide the percentages. Also the hand history only goes back 100 hands, so you have to do this many times to get anything resembling a real percentage, but the more you do it the more you will see how off the math is. I get that the site makes money off of rebuys and bigger rakes, but i don’t understand how this can be beneficial. The argument that you see more hands and therefor you see more bad beats can easily be disproved when you go through your history and see how hands actually play out and how often bad beats(80% or greater) actually occure. Obviously hands that don’t get called to the river can’t be included and you can only use this calculation on hands that complete, but if you start keeping track of stats like how often 80%+ hands lose post flop, you will most likely find the math and percentages are not even close to where they should be. There are so many anomalies in this game and i’m just pointing out one that can be tracked. I will also add that the customer service is a complete joke..Version: 7.6.8

✓ Horribly awful experienceThe players are obnoxious arrogant jerks that go all in on a board that is an obvious chop pot. Little do they know that we all lose money that way. The play field is unrealistic. The odds are from another realm of possibilities. Every session is full of quads and straight flushes every 30 mins. The app is total crap, and I’ve been robbed out of the money I payed to play and win poker: Can’t get back in, and customer support has access to my account, and yet can’t help me. Lots of Money being spent to play poker. I make final table at least 75% of the time and win my money back plus more, and I’m recently unable to play because there’s something wrong with their app?
