✓ HorribleDon’t waste you’re time. I have never seen the bad beats on rivers on all-ins in my life. Every all in I had the opponent beat. Every time they catch a card to win on the river. If you’re up on the app they rig it so you never win big pots unless you bluff them out. This app is the worse poker app on the market..Version: 7.2.5
✓ Crappy appApparently they only let you make a deposit if you live outside the state of Pennsylvania but she can’t bet anything or win anything if you don’t live in the state of Pennsylvania and you get in trouble if you try to do live poker or anything else that pays money. ✓ This app doesn’t work3 x’s today playing cash games I was in a hand and the app just stopped working, then it started working when the hand was done and I had to click on “I’m back”. ✓ MGM PokerThe app isn’t horrible but it isn’t good either. They need to have a hand history. After the hand is over you have no way of processing the final board if it’s a showdown. You also can’t chat within the table. You only have emojis and generic text such has nice hand, etc. This poker app could turn into something very good if they update a couple things.Version: 6.9.4
✓ RidiculousI have deposited 20 dollars on this account yet I’m not allowed to play poker. I was given 20 dollars that I’m not allowed to play with unless I bet with it. Also tried to bet with it but my money was used instead and I’m still not able to play poker. ✓ Awful!It’s legal to steal your money because you “agree to there terms”. Giving bad beats to all players equally is considered “ fair play” and very profitable for the corporation that runs it. Yes, Corporations do this all the time. And the “you see more hands” nonsense is “invalid” in tournament play because it’s about players eliminated not frequency of hands played. Whether it takes 2 hours online VS. 6 hours live it’s still about the same amount of hands to eliminate X players…….The amount of time is irrelevant. ✓ Fishy is an understatement!The amount of times there are four cards to a straight on these boards is absolutely absurd. Yes, I get it’s online poker and you see a lot of hands, but the only thing you’ll see are 4 or 5 cards to the straight/flush almost every single hand!!! ✓ This is not poker!The math and percentages are so far off it makes hand values different from actual poker. i encourage everyone to go through the garbage hand history this site provides and check this for yourself. See how many times 80%+ favorites lose post flop. If you don’t know the math you will have to use a poker calculator, because the video hand history does not provide the percentages. Also the hand history only goes back 100 hands, so you have to do this many times to get anything resembling a real percentage, but the more you do it the more you will see how off the math is. I get that the site makes money off of rebuys and bigger rakes, but i don’t understand how this can be beneficial. The argument that you see more hands and therefor you see more bad beats can easily be disproved when you go through your history and see how hands actually play out. Obviously hands that don’t get called to the river can’t be included and you can only use this calculation on hands that complete, but if you start keeping track of stats like how often 80%+ hands lose post flop, you will most likely see that it is not even close to the actual math. Also how is the rating a 4.2. Read the reviews, they are 90% negative, and the other most likely come from Betmgm..Version: 7.6.8

✓ Totally Broken Bad Customer serviceI created an account and immediately couldn’t log in. Waited a few days tried again couldn’t log in. Changed my password and tried again. Nothing, I contacted customer service and tell you to do something that doesn’t make sense and give no detail then just cut the conversation while trying to fix the issue had it happen twice in one conversation. ✓ Can’t even log inI created an account, didn’t get any kind of verification email. As soon as the account was created I couldn’t proceed to the next screen. So I closed the app and tried to log in but just keeps buffering until it says “log in failed”. So I tried making the account again thinking maybe it didn’t go through. But nope, it says my email address already exists. So I have an account I can’t log into. Deleted the app before I could even log in..Version: 6.7.9
✓ Worst app and customer serviceI was playing in a tournament and the app locked me out of a half hour of play. Great hands were folded and my opponents gained an advantage over me. The tournament was not fair for me. MGM refuses to refund me the $67 I put into the tournament. They said that because I was reconnected there wasn’t a problem. If you’re the kind of poker player that feels being locked out of play and having your hands folded for a half hour is no problem, then this is the place for you. I have been emailing them for over a week now. That is the only way you can get customer service besides a web chat. No other way. The web chat is incredibly slow. I have a feeling that this is a common occurrence with their app and they cannot give me a refund because in doing so they would be admitting there is a problem with their app and they don’t know how to fix it..Version: 6.9.2
✓ Changed buy-n and payouts.Used to be a great site, but around May 2022 they changed the payout structure. Then June 2022 they changed the buy-in for some of the tournaments. ✓ Lost tournamentWhen playing on my iPhone, if I put the app in the background while playing a tournament, I loose the game. I’m not logged on, when I try to log back in, it won’t let me. After repeated tries, it lets me log in, but I can’t get back to my tournament. If I log out and back in several times I can sometimes get back to the tournament. This has happened several times. Today I had 12,000 chips when I got a text message and lost my game. By the time I got back in I had 63 chips. They offer no help for this and don’t refund any part of your buy-in..Version: 6.9.4

✓ Basic computer pokerThink World Series of poker turned by ten. Every hand is a open straight. Or flushes being laid out straight. Hands set to wear you catch a straight only for the man behind to have the higher hand. Or every time you bet the man in the hand catches his card. How no one catches less than 2 pairs . How every promo features a team of players at the table that just raise and catch during the entire promotion period. Bonuses are bogus. $1 bonus on the casino needs to be played 20 times to make it yours. Anything won on the bonus money also needs to be paid 15-20 times the amount also. Not even enough players to be so blatant with the robbery being committed. Then they cutting everything on poker raises head ups. ✓ CheatingI have proof I was cheated on the site. Pictures and videos. It wasn’t for a large amount thank God, but even only for a measly $50 is still being cheated. And the help line won’t help me, in order the get help they give you 10 complicated steps to follow to get results even with proof. I guess you can’t trust even MGM. ✓ Is this Beta?Main complaints are that the Hand history is not functional. Plus there is no way to take notes on players. In addition, I sometimes get booted at random because it loses my location. There aren’t enough players, and often the tables I like are empty (not a criticism of the app, but maybe if the app weren’t junky, more people would play). Also, I don’t like that you can’t preview a table without buying in, and that you can’t pick which table, or which seat, when more than one is available. The only reason I use the app is because the desktop won’t verify my location (yes, I am in PA!). I hope they improve it. Until then I’ll probably go back to pokerstars..Version: 6.9.2
