✓ IS THIS SOME KIND OF JOKE!?It takes me back to the start of the first level when I have already completed some of the levels. I got to level 5 and took a break. When I got back in. I forced to back to level 1.Version: 1.1
✓ Short and easySimple reason for why it’s bad: It’s way to short and can be beaten in less than half an hour, and it’s pretty easy..Version: 1.11
✓ Good, but...The overall concept of the game is awesome and I’ve really enjoyed it. On the other hand, there is the fact that you have to go through all the levels in one session, no respawns. I, for one, do not like this feature. If you get to the higher levels of the games and die, you have to, through frustration, play all the levels all over again. I feel like the fact that you have to pay $2.99 to be able to choose which keel you play is a bit far fetched and seeing as there is another game mode It doesn’t feel necessary. You could at the very least have it so that to respawn you have to watch an ad, and I’d accept that. I don’t, however know how the console version plays and if you get respawns in that or not, I’ll check it out. Overall it’s a fun game it’s just got a few little bugs but seeing as it just released, it’s to be expected..Version: 1.1

✓ EhAll this game does is make me want to play the original again, sure it’s fun but the games core has been dumbed down a lot for the mobile platform. I would probably like it a lot more if continuing from a checkpoint wasn’t locked behind a paywall, i get its to support a one man team but it would have been nice to start from the beginning of a chapter instead of having to start all over again unless your toss 3 precious dollars away. Overall fine game if you never get hit or have 3 bones to spare.Version: 1.1

✓ Broken ad platform on iPhone 12 miniFun game and all. Would be great if the "close" button would appear for more than 0% of the ads you watched when restarting a level. Pretty sure ironsource (the ad integration this game uses) has a bug preventing it from displaying on certain screen sizes, because it happens in other games I play which also use ironsource. Odd thing is how the iPhone 12 Mini's resolution is identical to the iPhone 12's, so you'd think it'd manifest there, too... Anyway, yeah. Broken ad platform; you watch ads expecting to be able to keep playing afterward; instead you get trapped in an unending commercial hellscape with no hope for survival outside of closing the game and hard-restarting it (no quick retry for you!) 😢.Version: 1.12
✓ Would be an easy five stars butI love this game and this would have been an easy five stars but I don’t like that you have to pay just to go back to the level you were at before you closed and instead have to restart all progress.Version: 1.1

✓ My expectations were proven wrong ! … howeverI practically grew up with the flash version before devolver digital had picked it up and I loved the game on console and while I expected the game would’ve been subpar, but it was actually really charming and I felt like I was playing a subway surfers/fruit ninja or angry birds era game and it felt so nostalgic and fun none the less it was a breath of fresh air for the mobile games industry everything from the controls and simple but fun execution down to the cute little squishy wobbly mitch jr is great I have one problem and that is the game could be beat in Literally an hour and an a half it’s been out for two days as of publishing this review and I’ve beaten the the story mode and I beat it in very small sittings I’d assume that they might be adding more levels possibly but otherwise it’s a great game and gives me hope for this franchise.Version: 1.1

✓ Paywall ruins the gameThe game would be fun if you did not have to pay to play continuously. The second you close the app you are automatically brought back to the beginning of the game, and the only way not to keep repeating this cycle over and over is to pay for premium. There is no cosmetics or any type of upgrade system which would be ok if there was anything more to do than repeat the same missions over and over. If the developer was to fix these crucial issues, this game would be able to entertain people for hours and then would be worthy of 5 stars..Version: 1.1

✓ Fun game but terrible “Levels”What I mean by “Levels” is the level select menu, which is terrible. Yay you created a free game with good mechanics but to select the last level or any level for the matter you must buy the PREMIUM, I’d be happier buying the game for 4-6 dollars than paying a monthly premium. I don’t have a lot of time in my day to play games on my phone but pausing games helps, it also helps to not have to restart the entire game from the start..Version: 1.1

✓ Horrible compared to the pc and Xbox versionNow I understand that this is on mobile, and mobile games are usually bad but for pretty much no reason, it now looks like a cartoon, you have to pay three dollars to not restart the entire game for dying once, and you can’t even use a Bluetooth controller which would make the game playable, if I had to go back like three levels or even something like 4 when I died, that would be fine. But right now it’s disappointing that this is the sequel to an amazing game, even if it is mobile, which I kind of liked the idea of until I played it. I recommend you add Bluetooth controller compatibility and I wouldn’t even care about the other things. Five stars for the other game though!.Version: 1.1

The games movement and combat play really well but the need to pay for premium to restart the level you died on makes it a blatant cash grab. I haven’t seen any other mobile game need to pay for a premium service just to restart a level. Instead those who don’t want to spend on premium have to start from the VERY beginning.Version: 1.1
✓ Pay for everythingGame makes you pay to replay a level like you if you die you don’t restart from checkpoint you have to restart from the beginning of the game. Although the reason I give this a 3 star is the gameplay it’s still has fun gameplay..Version: 1.1

✓ The fun comes and goes within a heartbeatThe game is pretty fun but ends way to quick. I thought this was gonna be a spin off that would have endless amount of levels and updates but just like the original it ends way to quick. I beat the game with 3 stars on each level in about 3hours. The game ends once it starts to become more challenging and fun so keep in mind it does have an end to it and you will most likely reach it quickly. Also keep in mind they do ask you to pay $2.99 to be able to continue progress if you die but if you do not wanna pay you would have to start from the beginning each time you die. Overall I had a fun time but im sad its over within a flash would have loved for this to be a game were you just keep on getting more levels and different lands and enemies. Hopefully this game will get future updates but from the way it ends i highly doubt it. If you want a quick and fun game to pass Some time this would be it but if you are looking to have a game for a long time I recommend looking elsewhere..Version: 1.1
