✓ Has Some IssuesI love puzzles and I love decorating so, of course, I love this game. My only problem with it is that it freezes during almost every puzzle and randomly crashes, which is very frustrating. I’d just won a total of an hour and a half of free time and was trying to complete as many quests as possible during that time but, due to the issues with freezing and crashing, I only got 40 minutes of actual playing time. If these issues are resolved soon, I’ll change my rating to five stars. If they aren’t, I’ll have to delete it and move on to something else and that’s really a shame because the game itself is a lot of fun to play..Version: 1.0.4

✓ I love this game BUT….It’s almost impossible to play with it constantly freezing on me! Not one other game I have does this and I haven’t even used half of my storage, so that’s not it. I also don’t have a vpn and I’ve tried both data and Wi-Fi. I also have no other apps running while I try to play. I read some of the reviews and this is obviously a problem within the game. It’s a shame that everyone is having this problem and it’s not getting fixed because it’s a great game. It’s challenging, but not too hard and it’s equally relaxing and enjoyable… or at least it could be if it gets fixed. I will definitely give it 5 stars if this problem is fixed. Graphics not appealing (furniture and paint/wall paper are horrible so you don’t get the satisfaction of creating something nice) and don’t get me started with the cat 2. It’s not user friendly. You get the puzzle in tiny sections (if you pick a size puzzle that would be challenging) and have to gain access to each section by completing the first one provided 3. You get the puzzle in distorted sections, blurry old graphics and you can’t zoom out to see the overall effect to understand what you’re creating 4. Seems to be outdated. ✓ Battery drainerI did love this game, the design element combined with jigsaw puzzles is great. I also liked that you could set the difficulty of the puzzles. However my battery was being drained like crazy just with me doing one puzzle. Also there are just way too many adverts, and I mean excessively so. You could watch 7 adverts doing just one jigsaw (630 piece). ✓ More ads than play!I would love to rate this 5 star. The puzzles are great, the way they are broken up into sections, good. The story line and side quests are engaging. However. HOWEVER! I understand that to keep games free, there most likely will be ads, but COME ON! When every little puzzle section plays an ad, when a puzzle is interrupted in the middle to play yet another ad, and all of this on top of the extras you have to play an ad to get. Nope. Just can’t pick up the puzzle pieces, till the game catches up. I know this could be my iPad, but usually if I restart it, things straighten up. It didn’t with this game. Plus it just seized up and dumped me right out of the app twice in the two times I’ve played. Honestly, though, it was already going to be deleted, because too many of the ads automatically opened the App Store. That is an absolute no-go for me. However I am extremely not fond of the way I have to watch NINE ads for a 630 piece puzzle. I am also VERY unhappy that your game takes over the sound in my phone despite having everything muted. I like to listen to music while doing my puzzles. Every time I open the app, it shuts my music off. Fine, I can restart it. But what I am having the biggest problem with is the fact that while I am putting my puzzles together, there is an ad on the side that IS PLAYING. I’m not saying it’s making noise. ✓ Puzzle piecesMove the add off the available pieces On the right side of my screen, there is a long strip of advertisements which block 1/3 of each puzzle piece so each puzzle piece have to be moved out to see the complete piece. Additionally, with a 12.9 iPad dividing the puzzle into 4 or 6 pieces is not necessary and aggravating. If you moved the pieces to the bottom of the screen, instead of running down the side, we could see more pieces. ✓ Jigsaw Puzzle VillaThis app recently began adding to the original story with an outdoor stage scene. At first I thought I would enjoy adding another venue to the villa. Then I realized that the creators of this app have added a time constraint to building the new scenes in a shameless attempt to force players to buy more time and tickets to complete scenes if we do not finish before time runs out. I am a retired person on a fixed income. You can keep your new scenes. What makes you think the scenes in your virtual villa are worth my real money?? Received the not at all helpful response to my complaint. The responder does not even know proper English. Where DO you find these people? My complaint was that you are charging real money for tickets to finish a scene in a virtual game. You made the original amount so high I would have had to play almost continuously to complete all the quests on time. Not worth my time.…. ✓ NopeAs other users have said, after a short time of play, my phone starts heating up and then there is delay/lag on moving the pieces. I have to close out the game completely and open it back up just to have it do the same thing again. I’ve seen where the developers have presented a list of things to check or do, most of which I’ve done. But I have played a lot of games on my phone and this isn’t an issue with other games. So maybe they need to work on it some more. I will be uninstalling.Version: 1.10.0
✓ FrustratingHonestly, the game itself would be good, except for all of the ads that keep making the game crash! I have played it up to the kitchen space and already deleted it, I can’t deal with having to refresh the game every 5 minutes to be able to use it..Version: 1.4.0
✓ Good GameWould love to give this game a 5 stars but it has too many ads… like I get it’s free but the amount of ads to just try and enjoy gets so annoying I have only had it about 2 days but the amount of ads is ruining the fun of the game… candy crush, Manor Matters, Matchington just to name a few is free and they have ads but at least they allow you to play so many levels with out inputting an after every level or cutting your game short for another ad.. on top of the annoying ads you can’t just watch the ad to click out you have to close the game and then reload the game…. It’s really can be a fun and really great addictive game but with the amount of ads it’s more annoying then fun… hope this game can see yes ads is beneficial but an overwhelming amount just makes people not want to play…..Version: 1.3.0
✓ Okay puzzles, shame about the constant crashingThe graphics and story are good, the puzzles are fun, though the picture choices are a bit bland and generic. But the real problem is every 2nd or 3rd ad I had to sit through - and there are A LOT of ads - to finish a puzzle caused my iPad to freeze and the game to crash. Free space isn’t a problem. I had to delete it. There are plenty of jigsaw games out there where you don’t have to sit through 4 glitch-riddled ads to finish a medium board..Version: 1.6.0
✓ UnplayableThe game itself could be enjoyable, but it sadly is ruined by too many ads. Ads occur before, during and after puzzle games. Some of them are so heavy that they will freeze your iPad. The price asked to get those ads removed is way too high and on a weekly basis. Don’t bother download, it’s not worth the time..Version: 1.5.3
✓ Many developers issuesVery glitchy game. I love it, but it is frustrating because of the many issues that are present. It crashes and closes quite often, after completing a puzzle the points or coins are often not given. When you open the game it gets stuck while loading. Many times you have to open the game several times to get it to play. When you scroll through the puzzles, it glitches so bad that you can never see all of them, it constantly skips backwards. As far as the variety of puzzles , they rely heavily on landscapes and places, which can be boring. However, the puzzles are quite beautiful. When the game is working correctly it’s fun. I’m a daily player and wish for more variety..Version: 1.8.1
