✓ CalmingI really enjoy this game. It is repetitive, but that is kind of what makes it calming. My only complaint is it takes so long compliance raid. Especially when you level up. It takes me over 20 min for one raid… if I just hit attack, so it will auto-attack, it take 3-4 times as long. And you can’t just set your phone aside to finish while you do other things because the phone goes to sleep and you have to start over. Please make it so that the raiding can go faster..Version: 2.10.1
✓ Fun game BUT..The game is kind of addicting but the ads are pretty long and pretty frequent. So I bought the game to bypass them. Only problem now is that it randomly crashes sometimes. Wasn’t that big of a deal until they came out with survival mode and now it’s super annoying when I get really far and it randomly crashes bc you’re starting over from the beginning.Version: 1.9.4

✓ Why all the complaining?I’m not sure - perhaps luck, but this game has never frozen for me. When you pay the few bucks for no ads, you can still watch ads for bonuses etc but you can play one board after another without a single ad. It’s a really fun game :). ✓ Addictive gameGreat game, but need to play regularly as the score drops if you have a few days off. Have been playing for over a year and am 6th from the top. This ultimately is the issue with the game, is there a winner? Or do you eventually gets bored and leave the game? Is there an end point? I have billions of points so am never prompted to spend money on it. I feel that once the player reaches a million points the game is over, which would encourage others to ‘finish’..Version: 2.10.1

✓ Great game if you’re boredIn Victoria Australia, where I live, we’ve been spending the last 3 weeks in lockdown to fight band the corona virus and I was bored so I just found this game and played it way too much and I’m not at the top of the leaderboard and it took me like two weeks, it was much easier than I expected. There’s way too many adds and some of the levels are so annoying, they make me want to punch a kitten, but it’s a great game if you’re bored and just want something to do. No way am I letting you overtake me on the leaderboard though..Version: 1.8.8

✓ Love itThis games a great time killer and survival mode makes you prioritize your path to beat the level. That said you start with 20 troops and have 3 choices pass through a 3x block and get 60 troops then a -40 to get 20. Pass through a x2 block to get 40 and a -20 to get back to 20. 3rd path no + or - blocks. They all end up at 20 so the choice is pointless. ✓ Fun little gameI paid for the ad free version, which I felt was very reasonable in price. There are still ads, and to really make decent progress, you need to watch them, but at lest it’s optional. Other than that, I am enjoying this game..Version: 2.6.0
✓ That last starI love this game, it’s entertaining and stays challenging. I paid for no ads and it is worth it! The castle is pretty fun, a little boring though with just building a wall, towers and houses. I am excited to see what the upgrades look like. The last star was not given because of this glitch that keeps happening. I will play 2 or 3 rounds, then the game will just glitch out and when I make it all the way to the end with my warriors and beat down all the red guys, the gate will NOT OPEN!!! ✓ CheatingI was playing the game for a little bit but just like how I get bored with every other game I decided to cheat and change my time zone so I can get the gems much faster but I wanted to see how far back I could go. It looks like the game will only go back to the year 2000 I am at -134 million gems so yea I’m pretty much not playing anymore cause now I can’t buy anything. ✓ GoodThe game is super fun and addicting. there were SO many ads. like 30 second ads. i turned on airplane mode so i don’t have to get ads. turns out there’s offline adds which only last five seconds but there’s one after every level and one of you want to restart. like come on. i turn airplane mode and you still give me ads 🤦🏼♀️ and another thing the game lags so much. it always takes me back to home screen and i’ll have to restart the level. and other times the game itself is just laggy. but overall it’s a fun game. but please make changes..Version: 1.9.1

I work in marketing and the media world myself, so I’m genuinely impressed with every creative and simple game they come out with, along with their marketing tactics. Secondly, I’d like to address the other reviews, as they mentioned “too many ads,” and “you have to pay to remove them.” If you like the app, support your developer and pay for no ads which is under $10. Don’t be so cheap! How would you like it if you did your job just to constantly hear “you should’ve provided us more work and for lesser of the cost or for free.” Well unfortunately good things aren’t free. ✓ LISTENYou’re probably here because you saw an ad for this game while playing a different game, so yes, there will be a bunch of ads. In between most levels, and in order to get free upgrades or lives. With that being said, the game is simple, fun and addictive as hell. Not a “pay2win” kind of game at all, in fact I haven’t been asked to pay for anything, not even once. ✓ Great game, but…It’s addictive, fun, sometimes just the right amount of challenging. But at least in my case with the latest iOS and all updates to the game, there’s a super annoying bug. Once in a while, I just won’t be able to finish a level. After I defeat all enemies and have some of my men remaining, they’ll just keep chasing invisible enemies and the castle door won’t open. ✓ Too many gems taken.Love the game and building up the castle area but to add to the total amount of soldiers you have to earn gems and when it says “+255 soldiers” would cost 2810 gems it will take half of 10,000 gems or all the gems earned to just get those 2810 soldiers. It should only be taking what it says to upgrade and no more than that. It’s just frustrating when you work for 10 or 20k gems and they disappear way faster than it took to earn..Version: 2.2.1

✓ Amazing game and so additive!! ❤️❤️Ok so I really love this game!! The only problem is it is a bit repetitive. It’s also additive! I’ll spend hours playing and kill my phone playing. The ads are truthful (As far as I’ve seen) and I really do enjoy ranking up and raiding! I like the powers and how you unlock them (My fav power is fire!!) ✓ SuggestionsI’m number one on my app, level 6506, and with 428,873 total castle raiders. I have maxed out upgrades, and have more than 2.3 million in useless gems. How about an upgrade to the game, let us upgrade armor and weapons more? How about buying extra raiders at the beginning with gems? How about making more levels? Create new stronger foes? I only kept playing so long to become number one but I’d like something to freshen it up. I paid to remove the ads and it was worth it to me.Version: 1.9.2
✓ Brilliant conceptI love this game, the concept is genius, so straightforward but really addictive. Now if only the issues with the game were sorted such as the ad at the bottom of the screen removed so it’s not impacting gameplay & an option to pay for less/no ads. A little glitchy at times, had the game freeze a few times & had to repeat levels annoyingly… A great game if you don’t mind 20 seconds of play for about 90 seconds of ads. The ads are frustrating & I’m unsure the armour upgrades actually do anything to help the longevity & survival of the fighters. The ad at the bottom of the screen gets in the way of game play & it would be great if the screen didn’t move up so fast so you could move the fighters in blocks to avoid obstacles. ✓ Can’t upgrade castle of army after certain point 😢Love this game but for some reason when my army reaches level 58/60 on attack and defence I can no longer upgrade, the same goes for my castle; it won’t upgrade past level five.
