✓ Do not use….. this app accesses your device and information held there!!This is just a spyware device….. do not install it or allow it to access your WiFi or data connection….. you will be allowing ‘god knows who’ into your device and your broadband network and therefore every other device connected to that network…. This is just a spyware scam using what might be a useful ear camera and cleaning tool….. if you value your privacy and personal details and that of your family…. DO NOT INSTALL!.Version: 1.0.56
✓ Stopped connectingWorked fine several times, but then stopped connecting. Won’t appear under bluetooth devices. I’ve tried every trick in the book to get this to work with no luck. Guess it’s going in the trash..Version: 1.0.56

✓ Avoid!!As someone else said, it’s hacked into my wifi and has added a vpn to the network which we’re struggling to sort out. It has been uninstalled and the connection “forgotten”, but it’s still affecting our wifi- to the point it’s not letting us log into purchased subscriptions because it’s showing us as in another country. I don’t know what it’s done, or why it’s done this, but please don’t download this software. I think it’s going to have done the same to other people’s phones etc, but they just haven’t noticed it. ✓ Privacy ConcernsThe otoscope function of the app and device works fine. I’m waiting to warn about privacy concerns.: The App Store has a check mark for “No Data Collected” but this is inaccurate or false, which is a wide spread problem in the App Store. The actual privacy policy clearly makes provisions for personal data to be collected. The device itself, using the Wi-Fi connection to your phone, could also conceivably collect data indirectly and pass it. There’s no way apparent way to vet the firmware on the device to rule this out. Anecdotally, since installing the app and using the device, I’ve received multiple phishing texts, which are rare for my phone. Of course, this may be coincidence..Version: 1.0.52

✓ Amazon purchase then hackPurchased the ear cleaning / scope device from Amazon over Christmas and then asked me to install this app on my iPhone. Installed fine and then a day later Apple alerted that someone from China was trying to access my iCloud and login to my services. ✓ Camera position?!The simplest option just rotating the locked camera position would change this app immensely. I’m not try to play some sort of game to clean out my ears.
