✓ Recovering your accountI have been trying to recover my account on this app and I have had no help with getting into my account. ✓ Poor design and slow after updateThe only pro is that you can check kids in and out of daycare using the app. It’s clunky, slower since the latest update, requires you to delete and reinstall since the update, automatically logs the user out after 30 days, and doesn’t allow you to see historically check in information. ✓ UghI like the app it’s more convenient but defiantly need to be able to keep track or swipe in and swipe out so need to add that so we are not charged at the daycare for days we swipe in but it doesn’t show in there system and also need to put a example to what they mean by case number cause when you look at the case number on your foodstamp card it give you a letter and 9 number and it says your case number is 7 to 9 numbers and every time I paid it in I get told it’s in correct and this is crazy cause I can’t log in with out it and I’m looking online and on fs card and I’m typing in the exact info for the case number so I then have to sit on the phone with dhs for over 40min to be able to get log in.I feel there are ways you can make this app a lot better.Babygurl020207Version: 1.3.1
