✓ What an easy and convenient way to enslave poor people!It makes it so easy to pay your parking tickets, better pay them or you lose your means to being able to get to your job and earn an income to pay off bills like parking tickets before they accrue interest. ✓ ScamThis app is a scam , I’m not sure why it’s recommended on People’s actual tickets and on Los Angeles City Parkings website. ✓ A design travestyThis app looks and feels like it was made by a first-time team of 5th graders in a backwoods middle school who read just enough of How to Make an App for Dummies, 1st edition from 2007. If this app came out for the original iPhone, I would’ve thought it was made as a personal affront to Steve Jobs, violating every UX principle known to man. ✓ Needs updating. Use at your own cautionLike many have stated, the app said there was an error with payment or that I was processing. Your payment actually goes thru. Don’t try to pay more than once or it will process a payment every time you try. Good luck getting your money back. The app needs major updates. Seeing as how, you’re actually paying for this facilitation to pay, with processing fees, they should be able to improve this thing. Do yourself a favor and pay in person or by mail..Version: 2.03.6
✓ Terrible Design. Frustrating to use.This app provides a basic function. It is amazing how clunky and poorly designed it is. Buttons awkwardly placed, requires unnecessary taps, and doesn’t allow the lookup by plate feature to pay multiple tickets at a time. When paying parking tickets I would choose: city website, phone, mail, this app. It’s that bad..Version: 2.02

✓ Don’t do it!I already used your app, and paid ticket $73 for parking. I have absolutely no proof from this app! You put card number just push the button “pay now” and… that’s all! Is there success or error? No message at email, no note on app history. Should I check my bank account, or spam at email? I really don’t know. I am afraid to repeat the payment second time because it can be double payment from my bank account. In finally App charged me more $2! It was $75!!!.Version: 2.03.3

✓ Poorly designedThis app is poorly designed. When entering your CC information, it insists on hiding it and there is no way to unhide it to make sure you typed the correct information. The Scan option picks up way too much information, and again, because you can’t unhide anything, you never know if the information it scanned it correct..Version: 2.03.6
✓ Same as Boston paytix, not foundThese apps cannot keep up with tickets which have been in the system for a couple weeks. I thought I would give it time, it failed, I can't wait again. Do not get this app OR Boston Paytix..Version: 2.03.2

✓ Horrible AppAs a web and mobile app developer, this is the worst app I have ever seen since 2015! I don’t even think it’s an actual app, probably webview… Also it said the process failed even tho I checked my card info 2-3 times….Version: 2.03.8
✓ Not my favorite appI woke up, this beautiful day of December. The smile on my face, and ready to explore a city that I don’t know, I walk to my car. I see it. The ticket. The ticket that’s going to take my money. They call it a fine, but no.. it is not fine. It was night, and it was cold when I parked there. How could I know ?? My own incompetence dropped my smile on the floor. Then, to pay my « fine not fine », I downloaded that app.. I got to say it’s easier than mailing it. ✓ Charged TWICEI received an error stating that my debit card wasn’t working. I did the process a second time and received the same error. Once I checked my bank account I was charged TWICE. On the app it still says I owe. There’s no number for customer service so this is a real inconvenience..Version: 2.03.6
✓ Horrible AppThis App should of been designed to make paying tickets easier not harder ? First off when you pay the Ticket you are supposed to get a confirmation sent to your email for the payment like a receipt . This App sends nothing to your email to confirm your payments ? When I emailed the developer they said check my spam mail so I did nothing there ? Then they said call the city where I payed for the ticket & ask them for a confirmation ? What why should I even bother using this App this has happened 3 times ? Better to drive to City Hall & pay in person or use there website this App is just Idiotic ???????.Version: 2.03

✓ Terrible design & bot reviewsLike others I was shocked how backwards the design of this app is. Feels like a 2007 throwback. Or that it was made by a first time designer. And obviously the generic positive reviews are by bots or paid reviewers. How my city chose this provider to handle this basic municipal service is a mystery — makes you wonder who got bribed to throw the contract their way..Version: 2.03.3
✓ City did not receive my paymentI paid my ticket through this app. A month later the city is charging me late fees and penalties because they did not receive my payment. Now I have to submit my bank statement and any email confirmation to the city for review. Safe yourself the pain. Don’t use.Version: 2.03.6
✓ This app will double charge you, do not resubmit payment after error messageI had to pay 2 tickets off, I submitted my payment information and an error messages pop up. I tried again and again and still got the error message and I went as far as to use a different card. I have now been charged a total of 4 times for 2 tickets. ✓ Double charged me, and won’t respond to my messagesFirst, the app displayed error messages saying my debit card wasn’t working. I carefully re-entered my card info multiple times and kept getting the same message. Eventually I went back square one to where you enter your ticket #, and re-entered that. It said I owed $0. So I checked with my bank account and it indicated I HAD been charged - TWICE! This app has a help-support option that just allows you to send them an email. I have sent two emails this way to them. So far no response. Not even a standard automated “we’ve received your message.” Also, no email confirmation of two payments or even a confirmation that I’ve registered with the app. There is no phone number listed on this app or any other way to contact them other than what I’ve described above. No other recourse whatsoever to address this..Version: 2.03
