INHUMANE APP AND PROGRAMTHIS IS THE WORST APP/ Program. Have not been able to sign on to app- freezes everytime I go to “submit”. PLUS in my area there are no supermarkets that are in this program. Only Walmart in my area but my WALMART does not have a food/ fresh food/ frozen section at all. my only option I am told is to order from the app which is BERY NO LIMITED and most choices unuseable ( only 80 items on website). so I am unable to access my food allotment every month. this is criminal. I have benefits that i am unable to use. Customer service can not help fix something that doesnt work. SHAME ON BCBS!.Version: 1.23

This app is awful.I was finally able to create an account. Then I had to create it again, then download the app. Is Walmart the only grocery store? Stop and Shop is no longer a valid store for the benefits prepaid card? Also, I have tried call the phone number numerous times, wait time was 30 minutes a few days ago during the day. I waited until Sat. Night and the wait time at 9:15 PM est, was 1 hr. 15 minutes. You need more people to answer our calls for help. This web site is just plain awful..Version: 1.10

OTC PROGRAM.I agree with the woman that wrote the previous review. I have pulled my gray hair out trying to understand the new OTC. Like the last review I have used the OTC since it began ordering over the phone with a catalog telling me what I am order from Walmart. I have tried to set up acct thru every web site & always says don’t recognize. As soon as I got my new card I called & activated it. Yesterday I called the number for ordering. The woman I got could not answer ONE of my questions. She said I along with a lot of people have not been set up in your system. She said to call back in a week. I at that point was furious. What is really ironic is you’re offering $15 added to card if you order by January 31st. It’s kind of FUNNY I can’t even get register by the 31st. I feel sorry that our Anthem Insurance uses such a program that don’t work & I had so many questions that their represent had NO CLUE what the program consisted of. It looks like this benefit you’ve made so difficult it impossible to use. I definitely will be calling Anthem. I will sure let them know how disappointed I am at a program that’s supposed to benefit the elderly. Funny you don’t specify how many stars mean good or bad. An absolute joke!!!!This app is trash!! I’ve NEVER had so much trouble with an app in my life! And their so called “ Customer Service “ is a complete joke also! You sit on hold for over two hours to be hung up on. The app kicks back to the. Login page every time you try to authenticate your account. Not to mention it took over an hour just registering my account online. Whoever decided to use this company made a huge mistake and as far as Im concerned I will be switching my insurance if they are going to continue using this app. There is absolutely no way to fix this because you can’t even talk to anyone. I’ve tried a different browser and different phones nothing works so I know it’s not a problem on my end. I called my insurance company and they said they’ve been overloaded with phone calls about this. Good luck if you have to use this app, site, company period!!.Version: 1.7

I hate this app!!!I really hate this app and this company! Trying to use this app drives up my blood pressure my anxiety and my frustration! It’s bad enough that everything is so triple the cost of what it should be for the quality that it is but then to have to deal with this frustrating app which you have to go back to the beginning every time you click on some thing and try to go back and shop some more it starts over completely!!! It finally allowed me to use touch sign in but yet I still have to enter my member number and my password to be able to access my account. This is the most frustrating thing I have ever dealt with and I have dealt with a lot of apps! If it wasn’t for the fact that I needed these benefits I would never use this app!!!.Version: 1.13

Totally UnimpressiveI'm writing this review AFTER updating the app.. which according to the update description, would fix "minor" bugs, but unsurprisingly, nothing has changed. As with another reviewer, I also have to provide info two separate times to log in despite choosing the biometric option several times; the "old" app (recently discontinued in Jan 2023) biometric worked just fine, so it's not my mistake! I'm also having the issue of not being able to order items I see in the print catalog.. I will enter the item number and get a screen saying there's no match; so I will enter the item's NAME and still get told there's no match. So I tried searching under the category of the item I want and it's a hit or miss.. sometimes it's successful and sometimes not. When I'm simply browsing, I'll be scrolling along and about the time I see something interesting and stop scrolling, the page reloads or refreshes?.. whatever it's called, suddenly I'm back at the top of the page and have to scroll again, hoping to find the item I had wanted to examine, and again it's a hit or miss if I can find the item... and when I stop scrolling, POW, it refreshes or reloads or whatever AGAIN. And the barcode scanner never has worked, neither the old app, the new app, or the updated version. So, basically in my opinion, the app is only useful to check your balance, and frankly that's easier to do on the website because you don't have to jump through hoops to log in on the website..Version: 1.21

WORST APP WORST COMPANYMy company switched from Healthy Benefits to Nations Benefits. This is the worst app & worst company to deal with. My ID number didn’t work for almost the entire month of January. Then I was finally able to register and log in. The app is useless and the benefits are just as bad. Can’t scan products on app, can’t select your wallet to check eligible products, only Walmart and CVS is in network in my area and who grocery shops at a pharmacy full time? My HR department told me to continue shopping at my local stop & shop & submit my receipts for reimbursement. Did that - get a call from Nations Benefits saying my claim is denied. I have nowhere to shop & my funds just sitting in this stupid account. So so so NOT happy with Nations Benefits..Version: 1.13

Portal down for 6 days…they don’t notice it!Inexcusable behaviour from this app & website! Portal is down 6 days & they are completely unaware of the problem? Someone obviously doesn’t need a job to be doing such SLOPPY work! I spoke with a representative, “Eddie”, who was nice enough, but STILL was unable to lig me in to portal to obtain OTC items. Too much lack of caring & concern for patients let’s me know, Aetna needs to be more concerned themselves! I feel a report to FTC & FCC along with Medicare & other FEDERAL AGENCIES, might light a fire under the developers. The fact that there is NO TECHNICAL SUPPORT PERSONNEL IR SUPERVISORS AVAILABLE to speak to, makes me very uncomfortable that I chose Aetna Medicare as my new insurance provider..Version: 1.13

App isn’t good and program is depressingThe app isn’t designed well. I’m fairly tech savvy, but I have more concerns for older users trying to navigate. App aside, the program itself makes me incredibly angry because the previous plan we had through my insurance let me chose my groceries, especially fresh ones. This company will only let you use funds to buy processed shelf stable items or ridiculously overpriced produce. Most health products are from companies nobody has even heard of and the selection is limited. Anyway, it’s a huge slap in the face and a sad money grab that I guess saved my insurance company, to my detriment. I really dislike this company, it’s offerings and their app..Version: 1.27

Garbage!This app is garbage. I am ordering the stuff for my dad but I don’t understand how people who do not have help or have their kids to help them can do this. Lacking qualityYou can’t even login if you were lucky enough to actually get it, download it and get your information in. And once you have your information in it doesn’t recognize Face ID or save your information you better memorize your 10 digit member number because you’re gonna have to put it in every single time. It just keeps going and going and times out and there is nowhere on the app that you can actually scan a barcode. If you’re in the store to see if an item is covered it is just about useless..Version: 1.13

No scannerYou are supposed to be able to use this to buy otc items at stores, but since it doesn’t have a scanner, you have to type in the number to see if the items are eligible in your plan. The catalog only lists the items you can buy on line, so walking down an aisle typing in numbers is the only option. The only other way is to take what you want to the register, let them ring it up and tell you what was covered by your flex card. You would then have to return the items that are not and start your search back in the aisles again..Version: 1.23

Impossible to use!This app is awful. I had healthy benefits last year and it was amazing. My company switched to this for 2023 and I’m paying more for groceries than ever before. You can’t scan a barcode to see if it’s covered. No one has time to type it in while shopping! There’s no way to send feedback. Or ask questions. The card says 24/7 hours of operation but that’s not true either. I’m very disappointed in this change and it’s not user friendly at all! Useless app-deserves a rating of 0 starsI conveyed my dislike for this app and this company to my health insurance company more than once over the last year! The Nations app has not worked properly for all of 2022! It is difficult to log into and the scanner feature has a glitch and has never worked properly for over a year. When I try scanning an item at CVS or Walmart the scanner always comes up as “item not eligible” but when I scan my card at the store’s register to purchase it, I find that it is indeed eligible. Also there are many more item’s eligible at Walmart & CVS that are not found in the Nations mail order catalog and items available in the catalog are overly priced as well. I complained to my health insurance company again about the app not working properly just a few days ago & was told they are getting many complaints which are being forwarded to Nations who in turn is supposed to respond back to the customer within 24 hours. Unfortunately I have received no response. My hope is that Nations will be replaced with a more competent company with a more user friendly app and more reasonable catalog pricing..Version: 1.10

Buggy App with Unnecessary ChangeThe app itself is buggy and difficult to use, and I’m someone used to using apps. They’ve monopolized online orders which is an extremely annoying and upsetting change because Walmart’s app and website was configured to work with benefit cards such as what this app is for, and makes the entire process seamless. This network forces you to make online orders with them only with items that aren’t available for me or items that I can’t use. I was able to get products from Walmart that I can’t get here. But back to the app itself, as I said it’s very buggy and keeps resetting to the homepage when you’re trying to explore the categories. And since they’ve made it so you can’t online order anywhere else, items I want from Walmart have to be purchased in the store - which is incredibly inconvenient because you have to search on the app to see if that item is still covered. But the search barely works! When I search the exact name of the underpads I use, they don’t show, but if I search just underpad, a bunch of items show including the one I just searched for. The categories in the search are incorrect as well. Why is liquid soap coming up under toothpaste? And WHAT liquid soap can I get?! Such a terrible switch and app. Extremely disappointed and upset with this and will be complaining to my insurance company..Version: 1.10

Poor App3RD REVIEW - keeps being ?deleted?? The Scan Product doesnt work, theres no way to see if an item in store is approved until you check out and see what you owe in cash! Gimmick to make you buy from this app online instead. However,1/5/23 I ordered a $25 back support, it was not in the box when other items ordered were shipped! Its in ‘reship review’ still! It literally took a dozen attempts to get 2 of my calls answered by a rep, the. 4.5 HOURS on &off ‘hold’ with the reps to get to this ‘waiting’ point on 1/13.. and Im still without the product ordered w this app, and out the $25 too! Only works on app itselfYou can not go to walmart with these benefits like it says and many otc and healthy food items are not covered like it says. I would say only get the utilities 50 dollars a month option because it does cover my phone bill when i pay my phone bill with the debit card luckily for now. it could possibly change. i will change the review lower if that happens. for the food benefit of 75 dollars a month, i only use the app and get the food through that and it is ok. food cost more on the app than at walmart but its better than nothing. i only use the over the counter items on the app as well when i purchase the canes they sell and other nick knacks. i would definitely buy something way better if i had the money myself but its better than nothing and you still get health insurance coverage as well which is better than not getting any at all. its a light 3. very light. only reason its not 1 star is because i need the health insurance and silver sneakers is nice.Version: 1.23

Apps not working!!I’ve tried to use the app keeps telling me there’s an update but when I go to try and update there isn’t any available. Then when I try to log in I enter my ID number hit submit and the screen goals all white. The website is working just fine and for anyone trying to register when you enter your Member ID at the register page don’t add the first 3 number/letters. Took me a while to figure this one out. I hope you guys can get this fixed I would like to use the app over going to the website..Version: 1.7

Why the Change?I downloaded both apps and cannot navigate either one of them. I received one OTC benefits card in my name. My husband did not receive one—he is a member also! The choices of vitamins is a joke and they are some off brand that no one has heard of. The other product choices are the same. I was impressed that the quarterly allowance was increase to $50, but this is not an improvement because of the few choices to spend it on and only one member gets a card. Anthem, what is wrong with you? Why are you treating your members this way?I did not want to rate this service as a one star because they don’t deserve it..Version: 1.10

Can not log in.Update since I’ve written this review. I actually found out that if your member Id has 3 letters in front you drop them and you put the id that is after that. Once I did that I was able to register and sign on. I hope this helps those who were having the same issues as I was. I’ve tried several times when I got the new card saying what my benefits were. Then it’s still not allowing me to login. It is saying it does not recognize any of my credentials. Please fix so we can see exactly what we have..Version: 1.10

Scamming peopleThe app is very glitchy, very hard to navigate. The balance with the $500 to use towards exercise benefits, is very deceiving, these two amounts should not be lumped together. It would definitely help if the $500 were for food and $50 towards exercise since most probably won’t be able to use this. I’m sure this was the purpose. The groceries you are able to buy are way overpriced and this place is ripping off the people who have to depend on items being delivered. The partnership the insurance companies have with this grocery company should be severed so that people can actually get the necessary items at a reasonable price. Worst app I have ever usedI would give it lower than a 1 star but it won’t let me. I am stuck using this app because my insurance company requires it. The scrolling doesn’t work most of the time. There is no back button when scrolling products. I registered (after several days of trying) and went to log in 2 weeks later and my password wasn’t working. I had to set a new password so I used the one I was entering thinking it was not correct. Received a message that I couldn’t use my current password. Jeez! I had just tried to log in with it and it wouldn’t work. Finally got logged in and set up to use Face ID. Tried to log in that way and it again required me to log in. I’d like to choose my own log in and not have to find my insurance card every time for my member number that is really long. The product thumbnails are too small to tell what they are..Version: 1.13

Isn’t workingApp keeps saying I need to update the app but even deleting and reinstalling I still keep being told to update it. I Read the reviews and found out to register you need to not use the first 3 letters on your Id card. Entered the info and it said not found. Deleted app again and downloaded (and error saying need to update the app) and try to register and say’s already registered. Shows I have benefits on my card. Added my card to the Walmart app to order groceries (added as a debit card bc won’t take it under benefits option. Tried placing an order and it won’t authorize the charges. HorribleIf I could give zero stars I would. I’m still waiting on ghost order reimbursement . Two months now. I ordered what I thought was Lipton tea bag and pam cooking spray. Only to be sent the cheapest brand. Completely false advertising. Using one brand only to send another. It took 3 weeks for my order to be sent. The camera and barcode scanner doesn’t work. Customer service doesn’t have any answers. You get told something different from each customer service rep. Also my acidophilus came tampered with. It had been completely cut open with a box cutter! An absolute disgraceThe user interface of this app is horrendous and the site is exactly the same. You expect the elderly to be able to use this!? It’s a mess. There is no back button and some of the items have absolutely no description whatsoever, add the fact that the prices are cartoonishly high, it’s like they’re being penalized for daring to order online. I do all the ordering for my mother and it’s always a pain and it’s always too much. Before her insurance switched to this company she could effortlessly get whatever she needed with ease and within budget, now it’s a constant cycle of seeing what can wait till the next month. Horrible.This is by far one of the worst apps I’ve ever used. How can a insurance company worth billions of dollars make a app that doesn’t function? There is no easy way to scan unless you tap on a product. Why not just put a button to tap to go to the scanner mode. No one knows what is eligible or isn’t eligible because you make it so complicated to simply scan a item in a store. It’s ridiculous, I’m scared to use my card out of embarrassment if something isn’t covered because there is no easy way to find out. Who wants to enter a UPC in 2023 almost 2024? What if someone can’t see well enough to type it? Then pick the store, and even if it’s covered 90% of the time, it won’t show it’s covered it says the product doesn’t exist. AwfulThe only reason i downloaded this app was to find grocery stores where my card is accepted. it won’t let me proceed to search because of the same glitch their dumb website has. it wants you to select a wallet but neither the website NOR this app allows you to do so…. and therefore you can’t search. there’s not even a list of stores available online! every website says to use the nations website or the app to locate the stores that accept this card. that’s REALLY hard to do when nobody addresses the issues with the website or the app. don’t waste the space on your phone because it’s just as easy to check your balance by calling or going to their poorly designed website. what a joke.Version: 1.27

WorthlessDownload was painfully slow and then it wouldn’t open and it still won’t after spending hours trying. Called customer service on back of card to find out what groceries qualify but CSR said it’s up to the store where you use it. I hadn’t used it for groceries before but was about to lose $82 by 10/1 and could use some fresh veggies, meat, milk, etc. Went Walmart and picked some items out of the list above and not one item was eligible, other than a bottle of Tylenol. Needless to say; I am deleting the app and changing my Medicare Advantage plan for 2024.Version: 1.27

The worst appI wish you could leave no stars, I have called and asked how can you find out what is covered in store ?? The reply was oh just take an item to the cashier and they will tell you if it’s covered. Ok I am not a genius but I said do you know how long that will take??? !!! The lady was dumbfounded she didn’t know what to say, as most are not trained what is covered. I had a different insurance company before this and they had a app that had a barcode reader in it so you will know right away. You can NOT keep going back and forth to find out what is covered. Scam?Cannot scroll to view items on their store, search function shows me Tomato sauce when looking for Vitamin D supplements. What they do list is almost over 2x the price you’d find at your local pharmacy. Card doesn’t work except for a select few stores and even then says half of your items aren’t eligible even though it’s the same product listed on their personal shop. I assume they do this to force people into using their storefront instead. So essentially you’re only really receiving half of the shown benefits because of the inflated prices. I’m very sad Aetna switched to this over my Healthy Foods benefits card as I used that for all my fresh produce. Especially now that EBT has been lowered due to the Covid slowdown we’re back to receiving only $26 and the Healthy Foods benefits was so important for me. It goes to show that where insurances can save money they most certainly will at the expense of their customers. You really can’t invest money into at least making the app functional since we can’t really use the card in stores?.Version: 1.13

App is trashThe Nations Benefit app is trash! Each time I try to log in using my membership ID number & push enter the screen just goes blank. I called customer service line & they informed me that it was a glitch in the app & there was nothing they can do. Told me to force close the app by swiping up & try again which I did, same results. Told me next to delete the app & reinstall which I did , same results. The last program called Healthy Benefits was way better & user friendly. Healthy Benefits app had a scanner that you could scan products in stores to see if they qualified for reimbursements. I can’t afford this appWhat I mean by that is this app is supposed to help the elderly… It’s steals from the elderly. Highway robbery at its best. They want us to mail order from this company, let me give you an example. Soup: $3.80. I can’t even write this review without getting my blood pressure up to stroke level. This is the worst app worst company worst everything that I have ever used and I am 66 years old so that’s a lot of stuff I have used but this is got to be the all-time WORSE! I ordered the medicine lockbox. Was I in for a treat or so I thought. I paid $45 for a PLASTIC lock box… seriously ALL plastic, $45! This doesn’t help the elderly, all it does is rip the elderly off. We used to be able to order through Walmart online. Oh no, not now. Do you have to be there personally to use your card at Walmart. What about the Elderly that doesn’t drive? Absurd BarriersThis app literally is useless. First of all I am helping my parents because the app is the only way to use the benefit. There are socioeconomic barriers like language, technology proficiency. At first there are items in the catalog but after adding some to my cart and continuing to search, the catalog doesn’t populate any more items and my cart becomes empty. Fine. If I need to, then I planned to buy in store for my parents and check product eligibility. However, to even check upc or the product name there are required fields with empty drop down options! You can’t even complete the form to submit and check eligibility. Besides buying aimlessly and hoping we don’t get stuck with a bill we can’t pay, how can these issues be resolved when even the phone help line keeps cutting off and doesn’t reach a person..Version: 1.10

Very Poorly Wrtiiten ApplicationThe Nations Benefits mobile app is the most poorly developed app I have ever needed to use. Customers deserve better. The development team of this app absolutely deserve to be terminated from employment for their effort on this application. It is frustrating to use, the barcode scanner function is not present. And that is when the app will actually load and function. At least 1/2 the time the app stops before entering of credentials is complete. As a 40 year IT professional I am appalled any company would allow an app of this quality to get published..Version: 1.24

No upc scannerThe Aop is trash. Went to Walmart could not even use app. First it was difficult to even register through the app. Had to call in to register. Rep was rude and pushy. I did tech support for a bank for 10 years and I know good service this was not it. Then after I registered I walked into Walmart only to realize upc scan tool did not work. I called back after 45 mins could not figure it out. I called my health plan to raise my frustration and was another 1/2 hour call no resolution. They tried to encourage me to use catalog. I advised them I want to buy otc no mail orders. I called back a few days later and was told the scan feature no longer worked was on and off phone in 10 minutes. The guy was nice and professional. I wish that is what happened the first 3 calls. This confirms my suspicion and frustration that the app developers don’t have it together. Sorry about the harsh feedback but GIVE US SOMETHING THAT WORKS AND IS NOT SO BUGGY! Worthless nowRec’d one card for both the Anthem flex acct & OTC products instead of 2 cards as in prev years. This card cannot be loaded on the walmart site as we did before - Walmart wants a 4-digit PIN which the card doesn’t have & will no longer allow it to be entered as a health benefit card, gift card, or any prepaid card. The card supposedly activated ok on this Nationsbenefit site but I could not set up an acct to track usage or see products as the site says member ID not found. We order online from walmart all the time instead of trying to get to the store - how are we supposed to use this card now? Why the total deterioration this year? Everything was fine before you went to one card instead of 2 - apparently to save money? Only gave this 1 star since it won’t let me send a review with 0 stars. Now it’s demanding a nickname but says all 23 words that I’ve tried are already taken. This whole thing isn’t worth the effort..Version: 1.7

New benefits/OTC benefit/ Mastercard - all is horrible.The new OTC benefits is horrible. I had to call Anthem to assist me in setting it up. I too have the healthy benefits in my benefits card. I went to Walmart and got fresh veggies, cheese and some frozen vegetables. The associate finally paid for one item at a time. It rejected sharp cheddar cheese and frozen mixed vegetables. I called Athem today and she said I needed to go to a Kroeger affiliated grocery store. I drive 3 miles to Walmart or 20 miles To a grocery store that the card will work. This is crazy. With the price of gas and the inconvenience of driving that distance. I am not satisfied with any of the changes. I tried to take an Anthem survey. I called and they were going to call me back. This activity paid $60. I never got a call back. When I called back to complete the survey had ended. No call back, no $60 nothing but I am sorry. I doubt a sorry from me would be acceptable. I am pretty fed up. I will look at another insurance option. I just order healthy and paid $3.25 for Campbell’s soup. I pay $1.20 at the store. This is highway robbery. Disgusting..Version: 1.10

Check Product Eligibility doesn’t work. Can’t look up eligible items in the app!When trying to see if an item at the store is eligible on the “Check Product Eligibility” page in the app, everything I look up does not show. It is clearly not functioning and needs to be fixed! The Benefits Prepaid Flex card does not cover many food items at Walmart. These are items your website and membership paperwork specifies that should be covered. We are stuck being humiliated standing at the checkout counter and having to either put items back or pay out of pocket. There is no definitive list of eligible items. The receipt does not indicate which items were not covered so there’s no way to plan purchases accordingly to prevent this from happening again. Plus the Nations My Benefit customer service is non existent. I spent 3 hours waiting on hold (and an hour several other times) with no answer. The phone is the ONLY way to try and reach them. There is no email or chat support. If you read the complaints at the Better Business Bureau, you will see many of us are very dissatisfied and contemplating changing our Medicare Advantage provider. Horrible!Please go back to the other OTC app!! This is difficult and frustrating and I am quite good at figuring apps out! This one! No! I don’t understand my benefits. I can’t get the same things I was getting, vitamins, supplies. I don’t understand how much I actually receive. Either way it is way less then I received before. Very Dissatisfied/HorribleVery upset Elevance/Switched to this vendor for the nutrition kit offered through my EPO plan. We can’t order online at Walmart anymore which is very inconvenient especially if there is no transportation available. We don’t have the option to scan products to verify if products are eligible. Pretty much going off blind faith. That function alone or lack there of is horrible. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the healthy benefits card when the nutrition kit was implemented. This new nation benefits vendor appears so outdated and it is unfair to the consumers to be subjected to this. If I could give negative stars for the App and card usage I would. WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP!1st - cards arrived late. 2nd - wouldn’t register saying ID numbers were wrong. 3rd - NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR HELP LINE EVER!!! Waited hours and hours on hold. Tried off peak hours, Saturday, midnight no help. 4th - finally got cards registered and there are no benefits loaded on them. 5th - after the money was loaded went to renew our gym membership (that has been covered for 3 years) and card declined the charge. 6th - Called SelectHealth waited just under 3 hours for call to be answered. Only to be told it’s Nations Benefits problem that they are working on it. NO HELP THERE. 7th - PHONE APP CRASHED. Finally got phone app to work only to find that you are being FORCED to use their mail order catalog THAT DOESN’T HAVE ITEMS THAT I NEED. 8th - the prices on the web site are way overpriced. ($4.00 for the same toothpaste that at Walmart is $1.00) Mostly Off brand items that aren’t quality. Off brand OTC medicine that aren’t as good as Walmart’s store brands that I use. 9th - NO INFORMATION ON USING CARD AT RETAIL STORE. no list of the selected retailers, no way to know what items qualify. I was excited to go to a store to get what I need at reasonable prices so my OTC benefits would really help us this year; but, WHAT A PIECE OF CRAP..Version: 1.10

Poor appReceived my card and registered it and site tells me they have no info on me and incorrect number. Repeated this for an HOUR. When I decided to reregister the site tells me I have done that already. Soooo… has me registered but doesn’t recognize my card. Ridiculous! Not so nice to make it so difficult for your elderly customers.😠😠😠 Update January 10…was contacted by the “developer” who told me to omit first three letters of the Member ID or the last two numbers such as. -01. To no avail..nothing works. Site tells me only that I am registered but then wants a password…there aren’t any…if I try to make a password they tell me they have no record of my card number. JunkI have tried more than once to get this app to open. I have verified that my computer is compatible. I have talked to workers who cannot get this to pull up in my search engine or on my screen. And while I’m complaining to remove the option to be able to order our groceries from Kroger‘s or other approved stores is a slap in the face to those of us with disabilities and or transportation issues. The catalog with no pictures Is also a slap in the face you literally think we all have a cell phone that we can walk around and scan to see if something works on your program or not and if it does it when we get to the cashier we will have the money to be able to pay for that! HORRIBLE!-Scanner doesn’t work for ANY item in store (tried at Walmart, CVS and Kroger). Even items that were covered during checkout showed up when scanned through the app as “not eligible”. Making it impossible to know what will actually be covered until you go to pay, meaning you may have to embarrassingly put many items back. -App glitches constantly when trying to look at online catalog -Items in the online catalog are crazy over priced, which defeats the purpose of having a benefit to HELP those with a low income/disabled. -Barely anything is covered in stores. Went to Kroger and bought all vegetables and a few other healthy foods (like applesauce, cereal, etc) and benefit card barely covered half of the bill. I understand we are blessed to have some help financially, but its beyond embarrassing to have to ask the employee working at the register to take off half of your items because you can’t afford it, while a dozen other people are in line behind you waiting to checkout. The fact that I am lucky if the card covers more than $20 out of $100 bill is sad, especially when I KNOW most of it is healthy food. I can understand a small issue here and there, but this entire app and program is an absolute joke. I refuse to order through the app (that won’t let me scroll up/down half the time making me exit and re-sign in each time), especially when they price the items more than double than any of the stores they “cover”..Version: 1.10

Worthless!!This app is an absolute joke!! I am much younger than most people using this app. I cannot imagine how the folks much older than myself are gonna use this app!! It’s difficult to navigate, if you want to actually see what they have, (which is another joke in itself) you click on the item and if you’re viewing all categories it will take you back to the very beginning. The only way to see what they actually have it using all categories. There is maybe one option for most of the items in this catalog. Using Walmarts app at least gave us a couple of choices. Some of these generic brands I have never heard of. How are we to trust stuff that looks like it came from dollar tree??? This was a horrible idea and a terrible app as well. 😡.Version: 1.10

Needs a lot of work1- There’s no way to set up login like for another app!! Nope, hunt down your ID number and enter your date of birth! This is supposed to be for checking transactions to your flex card! It’s like a bank card. Even my bank works with Face ID, or a my email and password… You’ve got to wonder if they don’t WANT to make it easy for us to spend our benefits… 2- Under flex card transactions there’s no indication whether they were approved or declined unless you open every one. This is a real issue because they get declined a lot! My acupuncturist has about a 50/50 chance of getting it approved. Half my visits I’ve ended up paying for myself. Finally a benefit that is just so difficult to use. 3- The app says you can submit receipts for reimbursement, but does it work? I get no email confirmation. They only send checks in the mail! Why not add it to your balance!? Begs the question, so they want to make it easy to use your benefits, or hard..Version: 1.27
