I work with people who have a variety of medical conditions and was hoping to learn exercises that would help me and them. ✓ Doesn’t take injuries into considerationMy right knee is bone on bone and painful without a brace and my bone scan says that I have osteoporosis and scoliosis now at age 61 so lots of back pain and the workouts that they have are for people without injuries I think and under age 40 so I canceled subscription.
