✓ Needs Multiple seasonsThis is a good game but you only play one season with your team of your choice. The game needs an option to continue with the same club that you’ve built rather than starting from scratch at the end of the season. I played a full season and enjoyed the game but don’t feel encouraged to play on again from scratch after putting in time and effort into my team and it’s now lost. Even if not all players agree with me there should still be choice either by clubs offering you a contract or you getting the option to play with a new team or continue with the same team. ✓ Great game, shame about the resetI loved playing this, me and a couple friends went into a league where I took villa to 3rd place and a separate career with Tottenham where I finished 1st, I had players like zico, Khan and Maldini which you have to save a lot of what are called “boss coins” to be able to buy them, which I saved up from both careers. I’ve been knocked out of the champions league and now I can’t use the same team I had ever again !!! That’s why I give it a 3 star rating, this needs to be sorted !!!.Version: 4.9.3

However, it is unfortunate that almost every season is ruined by people who invest 100’s of dollars into the game and then you are left competing against squads easily over 100 million in value than yours. Recommend playing short cup tournaments as that gives you the best chance of winning if you are unable/unwilling to invest into the game..Version: 4.6.20

✓ Good but needs a few changesIt’s a good game but it is a little disappointing that you can only do one season as a team because if I spend money on boss coins to help my team I lose it after a season, also I find the games are a bit random as in one of my leagues I manage a 650m squad(Everton) yet West Ham, Southampton and stoke have beat me at home, and people will say it’s to do with tactics but I’ve beat teams like Man City and Chelsea and I don’t think tactics can make you win against a team worth 3 times as much as yours to be honest.Version: 4.2.17

✓ Pay to win..So I am currently Manchester United and some other guy is using Chelsea. Im in the middle of the season. I worked and actually trained my players to get over a hundred rating without paying any money, but the other guy using Chelsea is clearly paying with money to get better player. At the start of the season he already had hundred rated players. My team went up against his and although I had the most shots and the most possession, he ends up winning while my attackers miss most of their shots. Please do something that does not make this game a pay to win type of game while people are working hard on their teams when using no money..Version: 4.4.6

✓ AverageThe game is average, creators are lucky as there is no competition at the moment. The game is created as a money making machine so if you want to spend money and buy packages obviously you can buy the best players and have the best team. Two years I’ve been playing, yet I never got to manage teams like Barcelona, Real Madrid, Juve, PSG or Bayern. Again you need to spend 200 coins if you want to manage those clubs. They haven’t introduced anything new to the game in a while except for background and some effects. It would be great if you could manage teams for more than one season or take them to Champions league etc.... All players should be same skills instead of Modric being 98 average on time but on another profile he is 102 and then I start new season with another club and he is 94. ✓ Pointless exerciseEnjoyable enough while you upgrade your team and facilities. Felt a little easy, though it becomes obvious why soon enough - you don’t carry your progress with your team over to the next season! That’s right, all the time spent improving your team is lost as you can only play one season at a time. Won the league and promotion to the next division - nope, start again. Built a team of fantastic youngsters to challenge for years to come - nope, start again. Also, no way to change tactics or subs during matches. Almost good fun but one season at a time makes it impossible to enjoy and as the title says, a completely pointless exercise..Version: 4.12.4
✓ It’s always somethingWeird glitches hit this game so frequently. Last time, specialists selections would automatically undo themselves, now the data analyst page doesn’t work. Sometimes ads don’t work, but whatever it is, something always gets in the way of making the game as enjoyable as possible. The wrong things are being fixed and while I will still play, I get less enjoyment out of the game than I used to. Oh plus, injuries are ridiculously arbitrary and happen in bunches, I had a player with full fitness suffer an injury that will sideline him for 6 matches after my squad didn’t suffer a single injury for 47 straight match days. ✓ Not worth it. READ REVIEWThis game is simply a joke! I made it to the round of 16. I spent my own money to upgrade all my players. The following players were above the rating 100 Salah, Kane, Mane, Ndobele, Trent Alexander Arnold, Robertson, Alison (GK), and van Dijk. I lost in the round of 16 to a team that only had one player that was rated above 100 and it was a soccer player I’ve never heard of and his rating was 101. I actually had world class players. This game is ridiculous and unrealistic. My overall team was rated 104 and the persons overall that I played against was rated 94. Also 2 of my players fitness was yellow everyone else was green. And the competitors fitness was half green half yellow. This game is not realistic at all. If someone has world class players and plays against lower rated no bodies that should be a no brainer on who wins. Never recommending this to anybody. It doesn’t matter how much you spend to upgrade your players everything is randomized. When your playing against a player that system doesn’t know the difference between a 106 rate Kane and a 92 rated nobody. It’s complete a work in progress at best. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. ✓ Continuation and or realism?Could the developers work on either: 1) Having continuous season where there is promotion/relegation and playing for continental tournaments ie champions league, europa , Copa libatores etc 2) Some realism.... ie Ronaldo would not sign and play in any league other than say the top 5 or 6 leagues of the world : Spain Italy England France Germany or his Home Portugal - if they ever made continuous with players ageing. I have to admit I'm personally disappointed I was expecting so much more from the promise of a 442oons management game I thought we would've had the proper 442oons experience with the over the top managers and players and when you said you were getting artwork ready for an app I was thinking you would've it look like one of your classic cartoons even if it was just a moving grid with a funny still of a cartoon in between and then we could've had some cutscenes of some sort in the board room with your respective manager doing transfers of some sort instead I'm left bitterly disappointed p.s if you were to make another one even if it took a while and if you wanted to charge I'm sure I'm not the only one who'd pay for an authentic 442oons game..Version: 4.4.2

✓ Needs changes!This is a very fun and addictive game, HOWEVER! There needs to be the choice to keep progressing your team. Every season it resets and this is a major downside to the game. Another way to improve it would be to add the FA cup or something where you can play as a smaller team and potentially cause upsets. There is no incentive to do good as a small team other than winning the league as you don’t get to maintain your team and push for European places or anything. If you look at the greatest managers of all time (Guardiola, Wenger, Sir Alex, Klopp...) They all manager their teams for a long time, not one season therefore it would be great to manage the same team for several seasons. -Sometimes it’s far too unrealistic. ✓ Huge Bug in the new updateI LOVE playing OSM. It is so much fun and easy to play. I am currently playing a league with my friends and I’m in the Quarterfinals!! But there is a huge problem. I updated the app to the new version and another friend did too. But when we opened the league to see the results, it kicked us out of the app. The same happened with my other leagues except with the one that I haven’t played a game with. Players either start with Ronaldo, messi, neymar, Mbappe, lewandowski etc etc... how is that fair on other teams to even compete against the teams who have that sort of players in their squad. While on the app there is no delete button so i cant quit and change my name. Also there should be a changing name option so its looks amazing and actually is like a settings menu. Also for password. ✓ Pay to winLet me start this off by saying, i still enjoy this game and will probably still play it. definitely one of the better mobile soccer games out there! here’s the problem though: once you get to a higher rank of manager, everybody will just spend like $200 to buy an entirely new first team squad of all 100+ overall players. there’s no way to compete with those players unless you also spend a ridiculous amount of money to get in-game currency so you can ALSO buy an entirely new first team squad. it’s frustrating as someone who prefers to take over a young squad and develop the team over the course of the season into stars, to know that i’m never going to win whatever competition i’m in unless i spend a bunch of money. just for an example, right now i’m in a league as manchester city, in 3rd place, which isn’t bad. however, who is at the top? WATFORD (who if you don’t know got relegated from the prem this year with 23 points). how? an entirely new first team squad of all 100+ overall players. there is not ONE SINGLE PLAYER left from the original squad that was bad enough to be relegated by April. so yeah, if you’re not willing to spend money on this game, don’t get it..Version: 4.10.5

If you’re in a cup final and your opponent training camps you, you will lose if you don’t match it. Unless you’re prepared to watch advert after advert, or download a lot of hooky apps, to get Boss coins, this will require paying real money as the natural supply of them is very slow, and has become slower. It’s a shame, as it’s a very well designed app, the systems are very good, and it is constantly being updated with quality of life improvements and new features. But fundamentally it suffers from that F2P problem in that you have to enjoy it despite its design centre, which is to get people to spend money. Don’t get me wrong, you can win the league and cups without spending money. But if someone else in your league is, it’s highly unlikely you will.
