✓ Flawless game got even better in MASSIVE update!Yesssss!!! The big update is finally here (and was rather quick, too)! If you thought Siege Hero was packed with content before, you'll be floored by the whooping amount of new levels and content in this update! If you're into games like Angry Birds, Max Damage, and Fragger, Siege Hero is basically like those except instead of flinging projectiles "from the side" you do it from the first-person perspective which is actually a very simple but neat idea. I love the regal opening theme music; the graphics and visuals are wonderful; the sounds the soldiers make are funny and charming; and the puzzles are a blast, especially the challenging ones! I simply can't praise this game enough...and can't stop playing it to boot! =D Get Siege Hero. Afterwards, you won't care about an Angry ~who~?.Version: 1.2.1

✓ My reviewI enjoy this game because it has some realistic features and some fictional features. It is a very fun, exciting and challenging game that will test your brain no matter how smart they maybe. The best part is each level has it's own secret way of being completed which you have to find out. A thing to improve in the next update is something that will help if a person is stuck on a level and has tried so many times that they find it's impossible, for example a giant meteor crashes down and completes the level. ✓ Longest kept free appLove the game. I'm ranked 7k 4k and 3900 in the three available levels. I like the ranking because I always try to go back and beat my scores. Half the time I stay on a level if I don't get a gold crown until I do. Always looking forward to the challenges. Honestly more fun and challenging than angry birds. ✓ Great strategy games 4 all!I've been playing this game for several months now and I just can't get enough! When they came out with the pirates level I was even more thrilled!! The puzzles got harder but that just made me want to play even more! My husband even got into it with me and would go back to the levels I only scored a silver crown on and he would work at them until her got a gold crown for each! ✓ Perfect!Synopsis: You must travel through the different eras of warfare, defending the conquered as you go. With a simple tap to fire catapault, you will blast your way through this simple, yet very addictive iOS masterpiece. Gameplay: Simply tap to aim at the weekpoints of the structures to bring down the enemy. You can tap and hold for precision aiming. Menus, environments, graphics, game progression and overall style are very similar to Angry Birds. Graphics: Slightly more polished than the original Angry Birds, less so than Rio. Control: Spot on! I never found myselg cursing at my iPhone as I sometimes would with Angry Birds. Precise, simple, and intuitive. Perfect! Storyline: cute little cut-scenes depict your next enemy and adventure between levels. Aside from that, there is not much to be had. Superior to Angry Birds, however. Conclusion: This is a must have. It does everthing Angry Birds does, but better. Plus, the tap to fire method is far superior, and far less frustrating. Additionally, using the same physics based environment, they achieve much more here. For example, in one mission, you must destroy a box to tip a catapult. You then destroy the chain, releasing the catapult to knock over the enemy tower. Levels like this make it much funner, and truly outshine the birds. ✓ Very goodThe physics are great I like how the objects break into different pieces, and the first person view is interesting. Everything runs slick and smooth, graphics are colourful well designed. ✓ Perfect BalanceThere's a perfect balance in this extremely clean cut game. There's just enough tutorial aspects as well as challenging obstacles that keep you stuck on a level but not for too long. The developers have done an excellent job with making it difficult enough to have to try to get a good score but not so difficult where you stay stuck on a level and quit because of the impossibilty of the level and sheer luck required to pass the situation. 5/5 from me..Version: 1.1.2

✓ Surpasses ExpectationsSo many games have claimed or been said to be Angry Bird Killers...and the truth is questionable at best. However this game could truly be an Angry Birds killer. The menus are swish, the amount of levels is impressive including the treasure games. There is a sense of 'rip off' due to the similar graphics and style from the main game screens to the menu design at menu level and in game level, right down to the 'laughs' if you fail at a level, similar to the sniggers you get from the pigs in Angry Birds. But usually a rip off is more annoying if the game is not as good as the original but in this case it's fair to say that this game offers enough ingenuity to be just enough different to Angry Birds to make this a great game in it's own right. The method of delivery (front launching rather than side launching) makes it slightly different) is welcome. Yes it's similar to Angry Birds and siege is not exactly an original game for that reason, but honestly give the game a go. It is very very good and well presented and for once arguably BETTER than Angry Birds, although that could be just because people are fed up of it. Either way, I picked this up for free but it's certainly worth paying a little for..Version: 1.1.2

✓ Siege Hero Review: 9/10Siege Hero is definitely an above-average "siege game" that offers something unique away from the giant we know as Angry Birds. Though some levels have only one way of getting a "gold" score, you often have quite a few ways of bringing destruction! The enemies and levels also bring great variety, and the level sound design and soundtrack and great! The game moves with great ease with a smooth frame-rate. ✓ One of the top games, periodIf you liked Crush the Castle then you will love this offering. It is addicting of a game as I have seen in a while. I would rate it just below Angry Birds. Could turn out to be one of the best ever as they release more levels and weapons. My 6-year-old son and I played it for hours the first night. We have beat all the levels but keep going back to get higher scores. There are levels that made us laugh out loud because they were so over the top. After playing this game for about an hour each day for a month, and not going to the next level until I got a gold crown, I finished all the levels. I then decided to look at the leader boards, and it put me at #1 for overall score. I am pleasantly shocked. The biggest improvement over other games of this genre is the removal of the awkward catapult. Finally, you can just tap and let physics take it's course! Another grand improvement is the scoring system. There's no irritating Castle Clout style damage scoring, but there's reward for doing more than merely killing all your targets. Saving civilians also adds another layer of depth to the game. Props also to the sound design, graphics, and interface. Somewhat below Crush the Castle, but loads better than Angry Birds! ✓ Armor Games does it again!!Extremely addictive gameplay with tons of levels, good physics, and thankfully even an in-app purchase for levels that are just way too vexing for one reason or another. You won't need it often, because the core gameplay is very well designed and the puzzles are all theoretically solvable without frying your brain. Be warned, the physics are good but not 100% - the same action may result in different outcomes, especially noticeable with later weapons which remove a block all at once. But I would say 99% of the ample levels are great brain teasers which you'll be able to solve without resorting to the hilarious and fun buster bombs :) I still think buying a set of 'em to start out is a nice safety blankie just in case, haha. ✓ Angry Birds Spin OffWhen launching this app, immediately you realise it's very similar to Angry Birds. The initial scene is near enough the same, and so is the gameplay. At first I thought it was a bad thing, just taking someone else's idea. But then I guess an idea is never really perfected, so I opened my mind a little. Instead of birds, you're given rocks, bombs and Molotov's to play with. And instead of pigs, you have a series of warriors (that attack the pilgrims' villages) to eliminate. Destroying the brick, wood, ice and solid objects to gain points. Instead of the 3 star system, you fill a crown with gold, and it gives you a bronze, silver or gold crown that is dependent upon your final score. What I like about this is they introduce objects you have to avoid, in the form of innocent pilgrims and villagers that appear after a few levels. You also have pots of gold to destroy to add to your final score. I like this game, it's a different take on the Angry Birds format. The format is familiar, and you don't have to mess around with controls or sequences. It's just pure classic iPhone gaming. Rovio set the presidents for iPhone gaming. This is a great spin off from Rovio's fantastic creation. Luckily for me, I got this app for free thanks for FAAD! But it's definitely worth your 59p - well, now 69p! In Fortress Treasure12, there are MORE THAN ENOUGH BOMBS so that after we have beaten it, we can continue to play bombing everything. The first time I realized I could blow apart the train cars, I started crying ... happy tears, not the sad kind. It is not necessary to limit the supply of ammo on levels, for us to figure out that we can get a lower score using less of it. The Developers have a lot of scope to improve with different types of incendiary devices which would make this more enjoyable. Please fix the bug in Age of Discovery level 43 that does not allow completion of this level with gold crown. I've followed all the online tutorials & videos to the tee and the structure will not fall as it's supposed to. ✓ Fun & ChallengeJust finish the cowboy one. It's more challenge than the previous 3 stages. As usual, total 63 levels for cowboy one. You unlock a bonus stage for every 5 gold crowns you earned. That adds another 13 levels. It's more challenge this time try to get all gold crowns. You really need to find the weakest link in the structure to destroy and utilize hanging weights as well. So I tap on it and scroll to the bottom and look at pictures, at first I though it was another one of those angry birds knock offs. Well it certainly is NOT that. This game does skew on the easier side when it comes to gold crown achievements but that does not take away from the overall experience.
