✓ No respect for subscribersI don't know about the app as I'm not able to try it. I have a print subscription and it would seem that the publishers expect you to buy a second subscription in order to use this app. This is nothing short of robbery at worst and total lack of respect at best. ✓ Used to love itI loved the magazine, back in the days when it would actually download and I could read it. Now I have to wait a through a slow download and then it says it can't be downloaded because I'm not connected to the Internet AFTER it reaches 100%. I am connected to the internet and other magazines work perfectly on my iPad. Obviously I can no longer read the magazine I paid for ... As a yearly subscription I might add! ✓ Not workingI installed the free app, then bought the annual subscription and downloaded the first magazine (Nov 2011). This worked fine and it's a great magazine. Now I noticed that the December issue is out, so I tried to download it. Unfortunately, this does not work. The December issue is shown with the "Buy" icon only, for $6.99. I upgraded the app, hoping that might help. The result is that now it does not work at all, it shows "cannot be loaded". Rebooting my iPad did not help either. So now, for the price of one annual subscription, I only got one issue. Update: After deleting the app and installing it again, I got it to work and was able to download the new issue in my subscription. But this meant that all my previous issues were gone, so now I have to download them again..Version: 1.2

✓ Loss of downloaded issuesWhat has happened here is inexcusable. I have paid for single issues, some of which have remained on my account after restoring them and others which I have lost. I refuse to repurchase the lost issues and when I follow the directions given under the "help" category it does not work. Ergo, the "help" is no help at all! And once the app stops it takes forever to restart a download. Living in Thailand I hoped this would be a good way of reading my fave photo magazine but it just takes too long. ✓ Bad UpdateWe have subscribed to this for over a year and really enjoyed the mag until the most recent update. We are unable to open it on IPad 2 and we tried on an iPad. It just goes to the Digital Camera World title screen and then kicks us out. The previous update a few days ago was bad enough when we had to re-download all the mags we had downloaded over the previous year. A lot of time and bandwidth used again. We sung high praises of this app and magazine but now....... Hope you ca do something to fix it....and soon..Version: 3.1.4

✓ Bait and switch!There's nothing free about this app. Once it's downloaded, you are shown covers of each issue and a price. It gives you a chance to "look inside" before you pay about $4 each issue but it actually dies not work. They should just tell you it's subscription based to begin with..Version: 2.2

✓ Was good, until it stole my moneyThe first few issues I purchased using this app were great. I enjoyed the interactive content. One slight complaint here would be the slow buffer speed of the streaming video tutorials, but that's sufferable. Recently, however, I purchased a back-issue and my bank account was debited $7.49 but the app still shows it hasn't been purchased yet. I've tried reinstalling the app and restoring my purchases but it makes no difference. When I try purchasing the same issue again I get a prompt saying I've already bought the issue and then the app freezes up. I've written customer service 3 times with no response. I'm really disappointed with the app and experience now..Version: 3.2.1
✓ Magazine is good but....Articles are helpful and insightful, I really do enjoy reading every month. The app and magazine support is useless; countless issues and emails were left unresolved and never responded to except the robo responses... unfortunately going to cancel and see if I can pick up at local newsstand.Version: 5.2.3
✓ BEWREOnce you "subscribe" to this "app", you will not be able/permitted to drop it. You will have to continue to pay to "update" this "app" ad infinitum regardless of how many attempts you make to cancel the "app". If you simply refuse to pay them, then Apple won't permit you to update any of the applications that you actually wish to retain and update. Call this what you will, but it is theft in my book (or extortion at a minimum). I am giving this one star simply because Apple does not permit 0 stars..Version: 3.4.2

✓ DON'T SUBSCRIBEDo not subscribe to the paper or digital version of this magazine. They make it very difficult to cancel your subscription, and if you use their trial subscription they will not give you a specific date for when the subscription starts. They will charge you for the subscription and you will not be able to cancel and get your money back. Plus, the magazine is not that good anyway. ✓ No AccessAfter downloading the free trial I thought this might be a good way to read your magazine. I purchased 3 more editions shortly afterwards. Right after purchasing the 3 recent editions I find I am unable to access any of them. They will not open from my bookstand.
