• NEW: starting weight calculator. Go to home - edit - reset starting weights. Enter your best lifts, increments, and on-ramp period. Check if the starting weights look okay, then apply. You can use this new feature when starting a new program, or if you resume lifting after a break.

Version 3.008 January 2020Thanks for using StrongLifts! In v3.0: fresh look and custom rest timers! Here's what's new:
New
• Updated design of home screen, workout, warmup, timer, history, and apple watch.
• Timer: set custom rest periods for successful/failed sets (settings - timer).
• Log workout: goal reps show inside set circles, failed sets have lighter tint.
• Log workout: weight shows under rep circles if weight differs on some sets (ex: 1x3).
• History: massive speed optimizations, loads hundreds of workouts super fast now
• Apple Watch: timer shows which set you're on, next workout can be logged right after last one
Changed
• Workout screen no longer shows what you'll lift next workout after you've entered all the sets. Please use the homescreen to check what you'll lift in your next workout.
• Timer no longer rings at 1:30min and 3min after a successful set. It will ring at 3min only (5mins after a failed set). You can control the rest time period in the settings.
