✓ Needs some aesthetic work other than bland beigeI purchased the chimes expansion pack and other features (.99$ ea). I did NOT receive any expansion of chimes as stated. Only the six options originally shown: •Westminster, •Whittington, •St Michael’s, •Canterbury, •Winchester, and •Spoken. The “spoken” chime does NOT work at all. I have not tested the other four. I’ll change my 1-⭐️ rating after I received a suitable explanation for this lack of expansion issue..Version: 2.4.12
✓ It wasn't broken, so they broke it!I loved this little Big Ben for years. It worked like a charm. The latest update has created so many problems, where once there were none. The latest update, even with in app additions, has rendered this timepiece beyond useless. Why? Oh why? As ever Campbell.Version: 2.4.4

✓ Pretty good app but not a lot of options…Would like to see more chime options, maybe a cuckoo clock? Also on the newer phones, the tones are not very clear sounding, especially at medium and higher volumes. I find that the app does not seamlessly fade into the background while accepting calls either. Other than that, it does as advertised..Version: 2.5.1

✓ ISSUES WITH IPHONEThis would be a great app but it in order for it work on my iPhone I have to keep the app open and change my Lock Screen time to NEVER. If I close the app to use another app or my phone screen locks it will not work and I will only get a notification with no sound. Of similar apps I found this one has the best sound, I just hope that updates are made to fix some of these issues..Version: 2.5.1

✓ Westminster ChimesBefore the last 2 updates this app worked wonderfully! However…. Now that my phone is updated to 15 it does not work at all. I am very disappointed! I have tried contacting the maker of this app but to not avail. I even purchased the upgraded app. It did not function either. So I deleted it and asked for a refund, which I did receive. ✓ Nice chime sound. Love the idea. But still needs workI miss the sound of a grandfather clock chiming each quarter hour. So I had high hopes for this app. The only problem is that it doesn't sound off when the phone is set to mute, like some of the alarm apps I've found. (It's nice to sleep, for example, undisturbed by calls or texts at night, yet be woken up by my alarm in the morning.) It'd be helpful to be able to easily switch the mute button, so all calls, texts, & other notifications are off while working, and still be able to enjoy the quarter hour chimes as I would with an actual chiming clock. One other glitch- I found that when my screen isn't active, the chimes stop. That's also frustrating. I've gone through all the settings and thought I set it to still go off when in screen saver mode / locked screen. But it doesn't sound. That's a bummer too. Perhaps the app coders will update these features soon? Then I'll give it five stars..Version: 2.4.6
