✓ Life changingI've tried lots of guided hypnosis sessions and meditations. This series is the best, by far. I actually feel physical shifts and changes in my body while listening. Glenn's words are powerful and fitting. He states everything in positive terms, which is very important in these types of recordings. The music is magical. ✓ Powerful and amazingGlenn always brings me back to myself and a secure comfortable space to totally let go, this app though has more than just the 3 audios for awake sleep and background music only, which you can listen to I presume if you want to carry on doing the work in the company of others without disclosing what it's about, the good thing is they'd probably benefit too, but also this app teaches self-hypnosis and has a great chart that explains different Solfeggio scales effect on the system. ✓ These apps are the best!I love these apps! I have been stalking the app store for the last few weeks since I heard a new one was coming out. They are so relaxing, and the 528 app is also very healing. I have a two year old daughter, and we always listen during her nap time, and she gets so relaxed she goes right to sleep. I recommend the audiobooks, as well bc you can put them on a playlist and listen all night. Can you tell I think Glenn Harrold apps are amazing?!.Version: 1.0

✓ ExcellentKeep the volume low and I would NOT let children sleep to these. There are ones designed specifically for children. For me emotions are surfacing. I even pulled the headphones out in my sleep and felt anger. Obviously this is something I need to deal with on this deep level and how awesome we don't have to pay a shrink :) I have all the other ones and they are phenomenal for creativity and life changing, but I would put my children to sleep to Lori Lite or Mermaid Tales instead..Version: 1.0
