It is certainly tempting to spend real money to speed up the process of getting multiple endings, which I did do once, but actually grinding up to that point isn’t terrible. This game is enjoyable to play although the gameplay is simple and only involves letting a slot wheel spin the lack of ads and retro design style make it better than almost all other games I’ve tried. According to other people it seems once you progress far the difficulty curve becomes too steep I’ve played for about three hours and haven’t found any issues yet. ✓ Love it AND hate itThe gameplay is overly simple, the UI is (initially) bewildering and the monsters hit points and abilities seem completely unrelated to any form of player selected difficulty - meaning that sometimes at tough levels it's ludicrously easy (a 10HP monster) when at others at easy levels you'll get a tough thing (like a 55hp monster who can't be damaged unless you do a mega hit and regains health when he hits you!) However despite these frustrations and flaws the game is great fun, addictive and the low-fi graphics make it charming. ... Now for just one more go!.Version: 1.02

✓ Not bad, good on the go or on the toiletI'm currently lvl 96 on ToF but and bosses at this point just not do-able. All the bosses have one-hits, high stun chances, or reflect full damage back?!!?!! Like what the point in DEF it does seem to do much and it doesn't help that the lowest stats you get in the beginning. LUK does double damage but it caps at 60 but it doesn't seem to do much. My problem is the lag of weapon choices at certain point (FLAME SWORD all day) and DEF just doesn't seem to protect as much. LvL up isn't that rewarding less these ( +1 AllStats, +Match2, +Match3, +MaxHp) and these are in order of best to least. Individual Stats are ( +DEF, +ATK). LUK doesn't even matter but to easily assessable so lvling that is waste of time. At this point investing in high hp stack would be great to help avoid against being 1-shot..Version: 2.0.2

✓ Great fun!A nice, reasonably deep RPG-themed slots game, nice and quick to play for a single session but a lot of room for progression to keep pulling you in. The only real flaw is that the game falls flat at the high end. You need lots of money to unlock higher levels, but because it costs more money to play on them, you'll probably find yourself just playing the first area over, and over, and over, and never bothering with most of the counter-productive later stages. ✓ WowzersWhat a hidden Gem this is! This is a great flip on the RPG element, the slot machine control provides a fast entry into the game. As you progress further you start to realise the game isn't as easy as it seems, the quests are a fun addition as is the betting which adds another layer. ✓ Quick easy funThere's nothing complicated about the gameplay and you'll quickly be charmed by the very retro graphics. The coins required to progress in the late game are punishingly high though, so expected some really tedious grinding to get through without IAP some coins. The loot collecting portion of the game is a nice addition but feels really shallow. A few weapons and armor are decidedly better than the rest and you won't be changing them often after you get them. Cons aside this is a fun easy time waster great for short trips. Most of the RPGs I play on the iPhone fall over aiming too high and under delivering on story or controls.
