✓ FrustratingThe map in app isn’t updated for the Halloween Haunt. When getting directions to the next attraction it doesn't take into consideration that half the park is closed, so you follow it only to have to turn around and manually navigate because the foot path is closed. There should be two maps available during halloween haunt, one for the whole park and one for the haunt that accurately navigates you around the closed off areas.Version: 7.7.1
✓ New app is garbage !!!This new app is absolute garbage !! Nothing works can’t even sign in to renew and can’t do it on the website because I only used digital passes so I don’t know the pass numbers. ✓ Wait times not listed or horribly inaccurateWe mostly wanted the app to assess wait times, having waited 40 minutes to get a cup (only to find 4/5 pops were just water and were warm and there was no ice...i.e. after we were already feeling pretty frustrated). Unfortunately, most of the rides didn’t list wait times and the ones that did were off by up to 40 minutes (i.e. they were actually off by double the listed wait time). Not helpful!!.Version: 7.6.0

✓ Redesign broke everything!Got the new update today. Quickly found out that it wiped all of my account settings and passes, etc. had to lookup my account details in order to sign in again. Found my season passes aren’t there. Back to my email folders to search for all that info again. Tried adding our passes into this new app and it kept saying success, but no passes appear. Relaunch the app and it keeps giving me: Error Status code didn’t fall within the given range. Passes are still empty. Does no-one do any thorough testing before pushing this out to everyone? ✓ SpywareWas at Wonderland last weekend and wanted to see ride wait times. They force you to enable location services ALWAYS (doesn’t work if you allow while using the app only). ✓ Account Creation is Useless...Creating an account is completely useless. When you create an account you should be able to log into that account on other devices and have access to your season passes without having to re-enter them every time. You also should be able to renew season passes without having to re-enter the everything. The app is ok if you want a digital map but horrible for pass management..Version: 7.6.0
✓ BEWARE! SCAM! MADE TO CONTROL TRAFFIC ONLYWe downloaded the app to look at wait times, these were FAR from accurate in every ride and only deceiving. NOT WORTH YOUR DATA. If the wait lines are too busy in one ride they advertise VERY inaccurate low wait times in other rides to move visitors in that direction. For example: Leviathan ride was super busy (aprox 1:30/1:45 min), while behemoth had a less busy like (just over an 1hr) yet Behemoth was advertised as 10 min line. We walked all the way there for nothing! After waiting on like for 30 min we checked the app and it still said 5 min... Came across this situations the entire day! Ruined our visit with this false expectations and made us walk a lot extra for nothing..Version: 7.7.1

✓ Not great but it’s all you haveRide times were completely inaccurate. Add 45-60 minutes to everything you see. Perhaps the ride times would be better if the staff working the rides were able to get one coaster out before the other one arrived. This either means the rides are too short or the people working the ride are incompetent. Pretty much every ride we waited 2-3 minutes to get off the ride. Horrible. The wayfinding was decent with the app but when I got there the lines were ridiculous Food and drink stations at this park are staffed with poorly trained people that move at one speed ... slow All in all the app is garbage and it matches the quality of the park..Version: 7.6.0
