Constant Log OutThis app was very useful to quickly check-in on tickets while on the move. The latest update is constantly logging out though for "inactivity" even when checks are close together. Incredibly annoying and significantly blunts the advantages and speed of the app..Version: 2.1.0

Still Have to Log-in Each TimeGlad that there is finally a dedicated app, but still very disappointed that the app can not keep you logged in. I would rather pay $10 a year or so … maybe even $20 to have my iPhone or iPad set up as another agent and not have to worry about the logging in and out each time..Version: 1.0

Good for basic ticket management, but lacking key featuresWorks ok for basic tasks such as replying and moving tickets around, but that's about it. Our company has over 1000 labels and swiping down through most of them to find that one label is a major pain. Is there any chance we could get a search option for labels to speed that up? Also, I have yet to find a way to merge tickets. Will that be added in a future release or am I missing the option somewhere?.Version: 3.3.3

Horrible app. Needs ton of work.The app logs out all the time. If you log us out for security then add an app pin and let us stay connected. Google apps login is so flawed. I sign in takes me to another login page then I sign in again doesn't work then I press back on top and poof I'm logged in. How dumb..Version: 2.2.4

Barely useful1. I keep losing replies and being logged out after following push notifications. 2. I attempt to log in and it refuses to authenticate even though each time I verify my password is correct by logging on in the web view. 3. Fully agree that app needs to have the senders message in view while replying. Also, the ability to cc or bcc would help a bunch. 4. I often receive duplicate notifications for cases that have no changes. 5. When I am the agent creating the change in the web view please do not send push notifications to my phone. 6. Please keep me logged in for longer or never sign me out unless I explicitly do so. 7. Please let me attach screen shots from my mobile view..Version: 1.3.13

App needs workI love your desktop product so I "put up" with your app. For me, the functionality is not bad. But the app badges do not work and for every case I get multiple push notifications even after the case is totally resolved. That is very annoying. A lot of times I have to delete the app and re-install for the push notifications to stop. Looking forward to a hardy update soon!.Version: 1.3.13

AwfulJust a wrapper around the mobile web site, which means it's slower than if I ran it in Safari and that it doesn't remember my password. Notifications, the only reason to have it don't work. Just as awful as the Gmail app. WFT is this travesty?.Version: 1.0

Doesn't remember password. No different than mobile web appI was very disappointed to learn that the app doesn't store your password after it's been quit. It can manage a simple close and re-open but if the app is forced quit then you need to enter the password again. This becomes an issue for me who tend to have long an complicated passwords. if you are managing support on an iPhone then typing easily becomes an issue. I type better in landscape mode which isn't supported by this app. I also miss access to macros and quick codes. I appreciate that it might be an advanced feature however once again when typing is more difficult and you don't have access to the KB from within the app (fully understandable) then you need something to make it easier for you. TextExpander support would be great - the Zendesk app has that and it would do the trick for me but it might not be for everyone. I'm glad Desk has launched a native app because it's a step in the right direction. I just hope I'll be able to edit this review sometime down the line when the app is updated in the future. I want it to be good and I want to keep using it. For me it's important to be mobile and all my excitement about this app being launched was squandered in the first few minutes of use..Version: 1.0

Doesn't workDidn't work for me at all just endlessly logs in.....Version: 1.3.14

Hardly usableStill can't figure out how to resolve a case from within the case. Seems like you have to go pack to the list and mark resolved from there which is really annoying. Push notifications don't work. Creates a draft each time you open the reply window even if you don't type anything, then you can't remove the draft. The app is slow and jumpy. All in all just a really disappointing experience..Version: 3.0.8

Needs work- could be goodI don't get logged out of mine like a lot of users but it still needs a lot of work. It is definitely not a near substitute to a computer when traveling on even much of an alternate. There is no easy way to label something. It takes about 5 steps to do so. Also the worst for me, I can't find a way to bcc or cc or change the to field in an email besides changing the entire saved contact which is not what I need. This makes my emails mealy impossibly on the field unfortunately. If these come soon ill be happy to re review and will probably love the app..Version: 1.2

Nice UI. Mediocre implementation.Sorry...but I need to remain logged in when minimized. Auto refresh if need be but I can't log in each time I tab out to write an email to our developers or respond to dev chat channels. Will update review after next update. Solid first release. Did not workThe app required me to log into the mobile version of the site, through two different login pages. Then it just brought up the mobile site within the app. That was it. It never logged me into the app. Disappointed..Version: 2.2.4

Disappointment..Very disappointed with this update after such a long time.. The look is certainly better but app is very slow and still has almost all the bugs from previous version... This is a shame.. Besides that, I see no new functions and even some has also been removed.. The new design is not intuitive at all and very confusing.. Needs WorkI'm in my trial, and a mobile app is top on my list for a help desk. I keep getting logged out after following a notification and can't log back in. It's also not refreshing my ticket statuses (updated from desktop) when I pull down to refresh the inbox. I have to click on each one to force them to refresh. Please fix this!!This app was bad before, now it's even worse since we've upgraded to iPhone 5. I can't even get past the login screen! Before it became even WORSE than what it is now: *I couldn't type a long reply without it deleting the ENTIRE thread forcing me to start over. *It would not show all cases *Not chat enabled *Could not apply macros Basically it was only partially good to be updated with new when you were away, other than that it's completely useless. Please keep developing it!App does not do justice to the rest of the Desk product. Only good thing about it is the push notifications for new cases. Constantly logs out, fails to send replies then erases messages so they have to be rewritten. I would love to have my whole mobile team globally on this app to enhance out support feedback times but as it stands I would not put them through the awful experience it provides. Great idea though so please work on it, could be huge! (And no your mobile web version is not a good substitute for a native app).Version: 1.3.14

Limited useCopying a hyperlink within a case doesn't work. It requires that you are logged into only one device at a time (why not remember my IP and let me login with multiple devices?)..Version: 1.3.15

Good but needs some improvementsThe app overall is good, but needs a few things to be better. 1.) I can't ever see all of my tags at once. 2.) I (along with my entire team as well) always get 3 notifications on my phone when a ticket comes in. This is super frustrating..Version: 3.1.0

Very buggyYou have to login in 3 different ways and some times just doesn't work. The real app looks nothing like the displayed pictures and is really just a web app wrapped in a native app. Come on desk you need to to loads better than this to keep up with Zen Desk.Version: 2.2.6

Useless, hindering toolThis actually hurt my ability to service a customer. Don't click on a link in an email because it doesn't allow you to return from the apps internal browser. Don't forget to copy all your replies and notes before you hit submit because it's a 50/50 chance that it will bring up a login prompt if you cycle through a few apps and get stuck in an infinite loop asking for login creds. Don't expect to get any real details in app. Too poorly written to offer any additional help that an email client could provide. I don't write reviews but this app is an exception..Version: 1.3.15

Basic functionality, but nothing moreWriting a long reply to a customer is impossible because the composer screen doesn't scroll. Then, sometimes your replies are "unable to be saved" for whatever reason. Seems like they gave this app the old college try but it needs a lot of polish. Broken, completely unusable.Crashes when it opens up. Tried uninstalling, reinstalling the app. Salesforce needs to do better testing before releasing these updates. The app has been buggy since it was released..Version: 2.2.2

Good for basic stuffThis app is good. You can read through open cases, reply and resolve. Anything more advanced then that and you'll need the desktop version. No used history, the search function isn't great. Good to keep up with what's going on when you're not at your desk. Could be so much better though!.Version: 3.0.8

Poor interface bugFor a paid service, the delay in upgrading the interface for iOS11 is really unacceptable. When typing a long reply, the text disappears behind the keyboard instead of scrolling up, so replying to cases in detail from iOS is currently not possible..Version: 3.3.3

You have a 50% chance...... of being able to handle a ticket. they tell me a new one is coming out. you MUST compose your responses in some other editor and copy and paste in to desk app unless you are ok with a 5050 chance of losing it.Version: 1.3.15

Good for checking cases, terrible for supportSorry, but its not stable in the least bit. Constantly not getting emails sent - only about 1/5. Boots you out every time you swap apps, and half the time it gives me a server error and I have to force close the app to be able to log back in. Occasionally helpful to check mails, but not much more. No way to search for history either. Not great..Version: 1.1

Can't stop crashingThis app has been unusable since the day I downloaded it. Been waiting for updates that fixes crashes and not one has fixed that yet. I only use it for read only purpose, because that is the only thing you can do with it, try add a label, crash, try resolve a ticket, crash, try reply, crash! I am done with this app, since I have been using the web version for a while might as well stick to it, but this update was the last straw, the app will be deleted once I submit this review..Version: 3.0.1

Completely unusableIt worked great for awhile, but a few weka ago, it stopped letting me reply to anything. But that's not the worst part: it happily lets you write nice long replies, then summarily refuses to send them AND erases EVERYTHING you just typed in. Completely unusable now and completely garbage. Save yourself a lot of wasted time and don't even try to use this app until they fix it..Version: 1.3.13

Barely usableThere's a few annoying things that make this app unusable: Push notifications always don't take you directly to the case. It takes you to listing of cases. If you switch apps while typing a case response, you will lose what you started typing. The Available Cases should remember the sort settings, instead of having to set them each time. Can't view KB articles or use macros..Version: 1.1
