✓ 3200 levels... all goneIt was a nice time wasting game. I was at at least level 3200 and then was prompted to accept a new version of terms and conditions today. I did so... and lost all levels, plus my profile. And my team, A brief message flashed about a data breach. I have been kicked out of the game, back to level zero. And this is the second time I lost progress- first was only to level 770. There will not be a third time. No admin support on the game itself either. They can get lost..Version: 5.74.5
✓ REWARDS DISAPPEAREDI don’t know know what’s going on but my 100’s of rewards which I have accumulated over the months have all disappeared and game seems to be starting as it I’m a new player. ✓ WORST TECHNICAL SUPPORT/CUSTOMER SERVICEThe game itself is fun but the technical support/ customer service is terrible - actually I should say it is non existent. There is no way to contact the company except to fill out a form in the game which does not give enough space to lay out your issue. Once you fill that out the only response you get is an automated email that told me to go to the community page and let other users help me .... my issue was not one that other users could fix. My game kept freezing I followed the instructions from the automated email I received and it still kept freezing- the last step was to uninstall the app and reinstall- I made sure my progress was saved first and then deleted the app and reinstalled- not only did that still not fix the freezing issue but when it reinstalled it did not reload all my boosters that I had earned and saved up - over 50 of each booster just gone- and I cannot get anyone to help restore them to my account because this company is useless. I tried filling out a ticket, I tried posting on Facebook I even tried sending a message on instagram and have gotten nothing but the stupid automated response tell me to log into the community page and talk to other users for help. I NEED SOMEONE TO RESTORE THE BOOSTERS.Version: 5.32.8
✓ Long add make the game stopThe recent running of ads that are over 15 seconds long makes this game stop working. You sit through some Tic Toc ads that are more than 20 seconds long and get no reward. You just have to start up again because it crashes the game. Very frustrating! ✓ Beware - becoming a money trapThis game is fun to play however some levels and challenges are utterly impossible and you can fall into the trap of spending money to pass them. It used to be if you passed the level with moves left, you could play them all and maximise stars earned. They’ve taken that away to block winning any bonuses meaning you’re just back in the cycle of trying to pass/spending money. I’d like to think more people have complained about this because you spend money for gold bars/moves/boosters and not you’re not being able to use them all? ✓ Upgrade causing glitchesSince so called upgrade of farm hero’s there are constant issues with the game from freezing to not being able to tend to the garden, I have over 1000 rewards that I cannot use due to freezing etc. very disappointed with glitches to game since upgrade..Version: 5.58.7
✓ Great game but too expensiveThis is a great game, but it’s too expensive and it never remembers that you play a few times a day, so the daily prizes that build up to 7 days never eventuate. I’ve only ever gotten to the 2nd or 3rd day, but mostly it’s the first day only. The criteria must be that you have to play continuously for hours or login and out each day (generally no one would do that unless there was a problem with the game). The beans that other players could send you (to play the weasel or whatever he is) has been deleted. So if you want to move through the games, get ready to put your hand in your pockets to pay..Version: 5.31.8

✓ Greedy GameI love this game and would play more but I just cannot tolerate the sheer greed of the developers. The gold is priced high and very often you just need one more move, at a price of 9 gold bars for 5 moves and if you think that is bad it’s 15 then 18 gold bars if you need more moves. Several times the gifts which seem to be added when you struggle are 1-3 and linked to the stars 1-3 at the end of the game, last week 4 times failed to pay out on 3 stars the boasters didn’t award twice in a row… With this and the constant throw out in the middle of a game is truly annoying. I have never ever known a game to crash so much and always on a level that you are struggling with… Where do our animals go, once they are grown, where are all the coming soon features that have never materialised.. I can see why adults will not allow their children to play, having spent over £10 in less than 15mins… You really need to sort this out and stop the money grabbing attitude which sadly seems to be the normal today.. ✓ Doesn’t work as it saysSupposedly you get points for every match. If the fruit or vegetable has numbers than it counts as 1 plus the number on it. (Ex: you match 3 apples and the first has a 2, the second has a 4 and the third has a 6 it SHOULD give you 15 points) Sadly, it doesn’t give the full amount ESPECIALLY when you’re trying to beat Rancid the Raccoon! No matter how many you match regardless of numbers for each it counts as 1! So frustrating never knowing how many points you’ll actually get. You’re on your last move and need 5 points to win. You match 4 fruits each with a number of 1 or higher and you get 3 of the 5 points you needed. 🤬 There’s no way to win gold bars! The daily bonus has me collecting the bonus daily, but only playing a few times a month so I can accumulate enough boosters to pass a few levels. The worst thing about this game is in the beginning they give you 100 gold bars HOWEVER it’s set up so that when you “lose” a level the button to use the gold bars is where you would naturally touch to move on to try again, so you end up using the bars when you don’t intend to use them. ✓ Wilfully misleading adsOnly downloaded this app so I can report it to Apple, and leave this review. The app uses wilfully misleading advertising. In another app I own I keep seeing a video ad for this app which shows gameplay in its art style, using its characters, but for the first second of the video a single line of text (with a transparency) at the better bottom of the screen reads “Not actual gameplay” This is blatantly deceitful.Version: 5.62.4

It was easier to get to the next level when outa moves by watching a few boring dhort commercials snd earning extra moves. But then I got stuck on a level that was so difficult for weeks... With one move left to win the level and no moves left, I relented and made a purchase to finish that level. Finally the misery was over and I could move to the next level. But my joy was shortlived. Because I made that one time purchase, the game no longer gave you the opportunity to earn free moves. Passing levels became almost impossible and the game fell from my favor. I’m a 65 yr old grandmother, who plays with my grands & when the rating is 4+, I don’t expect to see repeated fb yoga; men cheating on their wives, then her going to work in a bar & cheating on him! I know children know a lot more than most of us did at 4, but it shouldn’t be crammed down our faces repeatedly during the same game with the same inappropriate ads, we don’t have a choice to watch? If your staff doesn’t know what is age appropriate for a 4 year old, maybe some staff meetings with a clergy should be held. ✓ Dropped another starThe higher I move up in this game, the worse it gets. It is almost impossible to win some of the rounds, without using up all your boosters and your gold bars. Balloon pop is a joke. It is constantly saying no ads found, yet there are ads for every round. So, it is difficult to get extra boosters to play with. The rounds to win companions, are almost impossible to get 2 or 3. Then you get to rounds where you have no companion at all, for help. You use all your lives, and then you cant play any more. I feel that is a push to get you to spend money, which I will not do. It started out extremely fun and I could spend hours at a time, playing. Now, not so much. I end up playing other games instead. ✓ Not having fun!!!Unless you pay to play you will find yourself stuck playing the same level for many days even weeks before the app will allow you to pass. It’s all designed to try your patience and frustrate you to the point of buying little icons that give you a brief short lived as advantage. And the app doesn’t care that it’s no longer fun. ✓ Too glitchy nowI love this game & at level 1358 I’m getting to the point that I’ve had enough due to the fact it’s constantly freezing! I have not been able to access it for two days! It takes too long for boosts to regenerate & when my piggy bank is full why should I have to pay for it?! ✓ Too many pop upsI enjoy the games but I don’t want to join in the teams. There is no choice for opting out of that. I find it annoying. I also don’t like all the pop ups that I have to get through before I can play. No I don’t want to grow a seed or anything else I just want to go on and play without having to click on what seems like endless boxes before I get to the game itself. This puts me off wanting to play. By all means have these extra options but maybe on a sidebar so people who want them can click on them and those of us who don’t can just get on with playing. ✓ Absolute ripoff in pricing to purchase boosters.This game used to be fun and the levels quite moderately achievable. The higher you go it is almost impossible to achieve without purchasing boosters to finish the Level. What started out as 99c for 10 coins has jumped ridiculously to 1.99 then 2.99 which is just disgusting. The piggy bank with the coins was 4.99 for 50 coins and this mysteriously dropped to 25 coins with no warning. Then you could purchase 20 coins for 2.99 and that dropped back to 10. The creators are now selfish and money grabbing and should be ashamed of themselves.😡.Version: 5.17.4
✓ Great Game but.....I really enjoy playing Farm Heroes....however I find the pop up ads for your other games really annoying. Even though I've closed them before, They keep popping up! Another thing...when you open the game, the spinning connectivity indication is good but then another small pop up ad for one of your other games comes up just over it so you can't see the connectivity indication? ✓ New Team stuff annoying and Booster Trail goneFirst, King screwed up the Candy Crush Soda app taking away individual quests for team challenges which is in no way even in participation by all. I find myself winning for the team and getting everyone prizes who didn’t complete a single challenge. Prefer to have a non team option as before. Then I switched to Farm Heroes which was fine until once again they took away the individual rewards in exchange for teams. Yet again, I have like 268 points and the next closest in my team of five is 30. Again, should let player decide if they want to play in teams or by themselves. Next issue: WHERE did the BOOSTER TRAIL go? Like the game isn’t challenging enough with the boosters; strip them away in exchange for this team junk and forget about it. King is flat out being greedy now. I have also noticed that when I win boosters they are often not added for use. Today for example I received 3 add 5 moves which is rare. Naturally when I went to use one on a super hard level there was none there. If it is not changed soon I will be deleting all KING apps and they can sa goodbye to my hard earned cash!.Version: 5.22.6
✓ New Update 👎🏼I played this game years ago but it was too difficult to advance without spending money so I deleted it. I tried again a few months ago and it was actually really enjoyable until the recent update. The new hero mode makes it impossible to earn 3 ⭐️ when you’re trying to win the animal cards. The race now takes me days as opposed to 30 minutes because it’s more difficult to even earn 1 ⭐️. It’s nearly impossible to win gold with the new race update. You only get gold if you come in first now instead of 1st-3rd. If you were going to update the race, an option to opt out would have been much more useful. The choo-choo gives recharge as a reward- that’s not a reward as you don’t get any tools. The charges for boosters/gold are ridiculous so I’m left with either trudging through a race for 3-4 days or deleting the app. Hoping a new update will improve some of these ill advised changes..Version: 6.21.1

I try using boosters but I always use up more than I gain so it's a no-win. I'd like to see any remaining moves from one level transfer to the next level so at least I have a fighting chance. On that , one reason is the chickens, the water drops and anything else that changes position, always lands on something you need rather than the rubbish you don't need. ✓ Good but frozenThe game is fantastic, fun, helpful and slightly addicting but... I recently got one of the new iPhones (iPhone XS Max) and not sure if the game isn’t suited for the dimensions of the screen or what but the game was running fine until level 74. In level 74 the game is set up to show you a demonstration of how “grubby” items become happy when they become on the grass and you are meant to switch a carrot and beetroot to make a match. However the playable screen where you can switch items isn’t big enough and the game is stuck as no matter how many times I try to re-open the level I’m forced to try and make this match but am physically unable to. ✓ OutrageousSo I love this game. It’s amazing and fun to play. However , I’ve have had a few times where I paid $20 in one round ... and still lost the round ! Lol. When I wrote customer service about it their response was that I should “go for a walk “”play a different game” and some other patronizing stuff and then explain how the games are proven to be beatable. I wasn’t questioning if I could beat the level , I was wanting to know why if I spent $20 in small increments (in one round !! ) and still didn’t pass the round.I mean, what is the point of paying for more moves or extra tools when it doesn’t do anything for you? I’m disappointed in customer service and the game. It is a great game to play , and I usually spend a decent amount of money on it too. ✓ Needs some tweaksGreat concept but it always takes clicking out of 50 different pop ups to get to the next window...not even ads just redirecting to challenges etc. You beat a level then out have to finish it out to “get more stars” even if you have like 15 moves left, it’s so time consuming...take notes from toon blast...they give you stars based on how many moves you have left. Also when you finally complete the level it takes forever to load out of it then you have to go to a window it to show you some power up thing then X out of that to get to the main page and another window pops up to redirect you to the weekly challenge every single time. It’s super annoying and time consuming just to get from level to level. I stray away from playing it unless I’m out of lives on toon blast and I’m really bored haha. The creators could take some hints from toon blast bc they have it set up on point...doesn’t take forever to get to the next level you don’t have to constantly deal w pop ups and it just gives you the power ups you earned when u start the level..Version: 5.17.4
✓ INHERENT TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH THE GAMELove the game, but like any garden, you have bugs and kinks to work out! Two times already I came close to getting a hundred gold crowns in a row. But the screen went pink and the only way to clear it was to quit out of it. Finally, on my third attempt, I was able to get over two hundred and thirty something and then I used a tractor booster but before the cropseys even fell down, the board reshuffled and then made it impossible for me to match the last set of alligators even though I had plenty of moves and boosters left; but it would not drop any more alligators. So now, I feel robbed yet again, of my goal in getting a perfect game of at least 300 gold crowns without losing a single life! I feel that you should give me those gold crowns and fix the system to stop it from reshuffling until all the cropsies have fallen down or give the option of using a booster. Even though the booster would not have been able to give me the chance to get my alligators! But if you look you’ll see that I passed it with ease and had plenty of moves left. ✓ 1 star because:- after the iOS update and each app update the app freezes and restarts - i have lost so many times the opportunity to advance to the next level due to this glitch and then i had to spend days of playing so i could advance. hence the frustration kicking in : deleted the app so many times...but then reinstalled it again as many times - and when i use the companion’s ability, they land exactly on crops that you need rather on those that you don’t and I’m sure you won’t be bothered to answer this review not to do anything about the issues raised as you’ve got tons of 5*️⃣ reviews - sometimes i buy extra moves. the other day it showed an offer. 52 golden bars. i did buy that. well guess what: when clicking to continue it told me ‘your purchase couldn’t be made . please try again.’ tho the 52 bars were showing initially, they were going down each time i was pressing the buy button. i wasn’t able to continue the level and paid also money. ✓ Another way to make you spend moneyThe game itself isn’t bad and there are ways to play without spending. My fundamental issue is something called the “piggy bank” you win gold bars (used to pay for helpful cheat items) but they go into the bank. The game continually asks you to upgrade to a larger bank (at a cost) because the one you have is full. It NEVER opens. There are posts in the contact / support forum back to 2017 asking the same question... and no response. Clearly designed to make you pay without ANY reward..Version: 5.30.9
✓ Scoreboard problem & other things.Bring Bonnie back. That’s useful trying to get through harder levels. Sometimes when I check the scoreboard I’m in a lower position than someone with a lower score. Also why do players have to wait nearly 24 hours for boosters to recharge you should make it an hour or two. Also the airdrop & turbo tractor, why can we not be given a choice on when to pick & use them instead of having to use them all in one go? Also why should we have to pay for the piggy bank gold when we’ve earned it in the first place? Another thing, I have had to delete & reinstall this game so many times that I am wondering if it’s worth it. Why, when you use the companion’s ability does it always cover the items you want & never the ones you do. Also, when you first install the game, you cannot get to pick the character you want to be, why when you could when I first started playing the game. I’ve noticed you have done the same on your other games as well. I doubt if you’ll be doing anything about the reviews you get, why would you, you’re probably laughing at it all because you’re making plenty of money out of the people playing the games you own saying & doing nothing. ✓ Very glitchy and freezes a lot!Recently downloaded this and when I can actually play levels it’s a fairly good game. There are a lot of bonuses and extra screens to click between levels so fewer of these would make it better, I also have to keep closing the app completely and reopening as it frequently gets stuck on a screen. Last 24 hours I’ve also not been able to send or view received lives. I even spent money to buy the coins and cash, something I rarely do. So why the low rating? First he amount of animation between the levels got annoying. I don’t care about watching the horse morph into a different horse between every level for the bonus trail. Just get to the game! And if you lose a level, you get to watch the horse morph back to the previous version. The final straw for me is they jacked up the prices for the special coins. While most games have the basic 99 cent packages, this game had $1.99. I never spent a lot, maybe twenty bucks a month. But now the same package is $3.99! It feels like a cash grab and that irritated me. I’m now looking for a new puzzle game that is similar to this one that isn’t as irritating. ✓ FrustratingThis game is fun but frustrating on multiple levels. Got a new device and it won’t let me transfer the beans and quests so you lose all benefits. What’s the point of setting up an account? And when I reached out to support, they told me to “power through” levels on my old device but then due to a connection glitch, my new device didn’t recognize the levels I had completed on the old device so I had to play through them again. I don’t understand why a saved account doesn’t save your beans, seems like a cheap way to make you start all over again. I guess they just want you to spend money, which I refuse to do. This game is like a slot machine-no skill involved, you win when the game allows you to, as if you’ve played the set number of times. And it almost seems as if the game works against you, for instance when you do use the boosters, even when they’re supposed to be helping you, by adding more pieces, it always seems to land in the worst possible spot, so it doesn’t help but gets in the way. ✓ Fading King Game… tired of the greedAs I learned how to play Farm Heroes better, I liked it more and more... it’s always been my favorite but it bothers me though how rigged it is. It seems there’s no oversight of the randomness and it’s definitely designed to make you pay for more gold bars at certain points inside the game. It’s not random. Clearly there’s no governmental oversight, I’m certain of it, and that’s discouraging. It just doesn’t seem right that casinos are regulated (their games have to have a random element to them they can’t be designed to win at certain times and lose at other times) but for these Internet games... it’s a free-for-all! Or PAY-for-all rather. Farm Heros Saga was one of my favorite King Games, and now that they made it a little bit easier to play with the “boosters” and I don’t have to buy gold bars quite as often as I used to… this time I was able to get to higher levels and enjoy the game more but the piggy bank fills up so quickly and they just keep wanting you to give them more money give them more money give them more money. I recently switched to Apple Arcade Games. I’d rather pay just one monthly fee and not spend so much on these stupid games. ✓ Good if you ignore the incessant windowsThis is a good free game that has kept me amused for a few days now. However there are pros and cons. - Free means that you will have at times 5-6 windows pop up constantly which you can’t automatically cancel, you have to watch them play out. If you are playing as long as they want you to there are just periods you are waiting for the developers to get over themselves so you can get back to the game. - The leaderboard is not accurate, sometimes my score is placed lower than the others despite being a higher value. This happens frequently. - Sometimes the tiles in the game take tens of seconds between your own moves just doing their own thing, changing tiles without reason and to other items. You just have to wait til it’s done then reassess to take your next turn as the game has changed. - The gamification strategies designed to keep you in the game are not incentivising. I don’t care about how many rewards some random player has, I don’t care if I get a key in three hours or get a trophy by level 115. I just want to play. The horses that pop up with gifts for a streak are annoying too, I just want to play. - Being locked out after you run out of lives is a drag and you can only get gold bars to exchange if you purchase them. There’s nothing else to barter with. This doesn’t affect the game too much you just have to wait. ✓ King loves micro transactionsI love the concept of this game when I had first heard about it from a friend back in 2014 but lately this game has gotten repetitive. It is almost impossible to pass certain missions without having to pay for boosters but you can earn them while playing daily which does help and is appreciated. When the option comes up to watch an ad for additional moves I frequently get the message ‘connection lost’. I just updated the game on both my iPhone and iPad and am experiencing the same problems on both. When starting a level and the companion option comes up there is no more ‘I’ on what each option includes. Once in the level the cropsie counter for companion is missing and I can collect 50 cropsies but no companion is invoked. I’d contact customer support but apparently king no longer provides this option. Furthermore it’s ridiculous that not all levels are available to all players. ✓ Farm HeroesI love the visuals in this game. Plus, the sound the sheep make is adorable. Three complaints:1) they’ve changed it so that when you have extra lives left over you no longer get to play out the level using those lives. Instead, they add nine points to a cropsie for each life left remaining. This means that you can’t rack up points trying to reach three stars. So on the levels where you are playing for companions it’s almost impossible to get enough points to reach three stars, even using boosters. 2) Unlike other King games, their booster packages are expensive and have lousy options for the amount of money. What you get for one of the more expensive options is just one of each type of booster. Only the most expensive one offers more than one of each kind. 3) I’m in currently in the low 1,000s levels. The number of hard and super hard levels at this early stage of the game, especially back to back hard levels, is ridiculous. It may not sound like it, but I actually really enjoy the game. But with only five lives at a time (unless I pay a bunch of money to buy more levels) I can only play for 5-10 minutes at a time. Not fun..Version: 6.19.1

✓ Constant CrasherI play on an updated iPad that plays all sorts of games with no problems. From the moment I started playing this game it crashes constantly. The bad thing about that when it crashes in the middle of a game I lose my special bonuses for finishing the game on the first try. I also lose any boosters I may have used. There are quests to do to earn boosters for the game but the one that says win 2 hard levels does not work. You can swap it out for another, but that one is always very hard and takes days. They only let you have 2 quests unless you sign up for Facebook. Something I do not want to do especially with their involvement in undermining our elections. Every screen change they throw one of their games up on the screen to try to get you to try it. It is bad enough they leave one in the corner I hit by accident now and then. It may only take 30 sec to get back to the game but it is my 30 sec Things I like are that they have lots of side games and quests. For a match 3 there is some variety. I play for a quick change of pace. Wish it did not constantly crash. And that these "Free to Play" people were not so greedy. Being forced to use a companion when I don't want to and only having the choice between 2 instead of 3 like we used to is maddening. And sometimes, you don't even have a choice between 2... You have to use the only 1 they offer for certain levels. It needs to go back to the way it was years ago when you spent your beans on a companion, ONLY IF YOU WANTED TO. Most of the time, the companions are more of a hindrance than a help. It is sooooo much harder to pass levels now. I have to use ALL of my boosters if I want to pass and go on to the next after attempting the level 50 times. Then I'm left with none for when I really want to use them. But I know why they made these "improvements"... It's to try to make people make in-app purchases so they can continue playing the game. Well, guess what? It never seems to lose connection to ads or for purchases but only for rewards and extra moves. Most often it loses connection when everything has been going surprisingly well and you think you are going to complete a level that has seemingly too few moves to possibly be successful & you need only one extra move to win, but then you lose connection and for the next 10 attempts or so, the needed pieces to collect don’t fall into place as easily as that first round and only sparingly appear. (Interesting, to enter a review you have to go thru a million nicknames to find one that isn’t taken.) Also hate the fact that the player no longer has control over using their last few moves once they’ve completed a level. It would be nice when they say FREE they mean it but nothing is FREE!!! The Games made by King are not Free and they only offer the 50 Free which you stay on one level for along time until you just give up and delete the games. During the Pandemic the world has been facing they should offer more boosters at a cheaper price but instead they raise the prices. Shame on them who get the money for being greedy to ppl that can’t afford to purchase boosters. ✓ Loose the advertsWatching the adverts to gain additional moves crashes the game... please address as it ruins the fun if you have to wait for a day for it to reset or have to switch off your phone. 🙁.Version: 5.18.5
✓ Not a fan of the updateI like to try to get 3 stars on every level. It’s harder to do now since the game ends once you collect everything. ✓ DisappointedI started first playing this game a long, long time ago, but got to the stage where unless I continually paid for more moves and/or more help from the side of the screen, then I always failed time and time again, so I ended up deleting the game. I came back a little while ago and opened the game again, and at first I loved the changes that had occurred, but now I’ve reached the same sort of level where you can’t advance until you buy, buy, buy. I’m very disappointed because it has completely taken away my enjoyment once again, and I fear it won’t be long before once again I delete the game...maybe this time never to return..Version: 5.54.2
✓ Ok but....I like the aspects of actual game play- the different levels are fun and sometimes challenging, and the options for different pets allows you to decide what works for your style of game play for that level. What I do not like is that every time you finish a level you have to wait through several after screens to move on to the next level: there’s a how many stars and beans screen, a Bonnie’s trail screen, a number of honey pot(or other “special” item screen) to get through before you can play the next level. With no way to fast forward either by tapping the screen or exiting out of the game, those screens really detract from the speed of playing. At the very least there should be an option in the settings menu to turn them off so people who don’t like them don’t have to sit through them getting annoyed..Version: 5.27.9
✓ Game has gone downhillUsed to be great but now it’s just pressures to watch ads. Then you get fake “disconnect” errors so you don’t get the bonuses, followed by an attempt to get you to buy bonuses instead. Happens more than half the time..Version: 6.24.3

✓ Horrible advertisements!Some of ads on this game are horrible, they’ve just started showing one about shooting animals with a sniper. It’s nasty and very disturbing. I’ve deleted the game and won’t be playing again. Another advertisement shows a man pushing a woman off a balcony, one shows a young boy kicking an adult. Another shows animals dying because to feed them or give them water you have to win the game. Ok, some of these are animated characters but still the horrible storyline is there. ✓ Farm heroes sagaI used to really love this game. Until I realised I had accumulated so many beans that are really not that useful. Made a mistake, my bad but I thought I could buy gold bars with my beans! Other way round....... but why should that be? Would be nice to buy bars without spending cash (again). I’ve had enough! You’ve had enough cash from me. Bye bye...... this was my previous review and I didn’t post it and have since played again..... fed up again. ✓ Shady company.I absolutely love this game and has been playing it religiously since the pandemic. I’ve paid for gold bars and lives and don’t mind doing so because I truly enjoy the game. But recently, the company/creators behind this game has showed they don’t care about people enjoying their game, they use shady methods to get your money. 1) They rolled out an update that got rid of all of my boosters. I had over 50 of each (took a long time to collect and save). I reached out to them and was told that was a mistake, and they gave me like 5 or 10 of each back. I let this go at the time but now, after more incidents, I’m not sure that was an actual mistake. 2) I paid for 25+ extra moves but they stop the game after I’ve collected enough to pass the level. They claimed this is because many players don’t want that many lives, they just want to pass the level so they implemented that. What about the rest of us? We paid for extra moves so we can get more stars and win more boosters! 3) When I don’t have any gold bars, it shows that I only need 5 gold bars to buy extra moves. I thought this was a recent change and appreciated that since 9 bars is a lot. However, immediately after I purchased more gold bars, it went back to costing 9 bars to buy more moves. What a shady way to get people’s money. I am done with this game. I would have kept playing and buying more from the game, but I am not happy with what I’ve been seeing. ✓ Lost everything 😡Been playing this for ages. Took a break then went back to it. Everything was great until recently. The game kept asking me to sign into Facebook when I open it. I did this a few times but no friends appeared and nothing on the leader board. I thought there might be an update but nothing. I clicked on the link for support and page not found. A friend said try reinstalling as everything was saved on Facebook. I did this and when reinstalled it took me back to my level but all my extra tractors etc... had gone..Version: 5.27.9
✓ ?Although I do enjoy playing this game and I have done for a long time. I’d like to point out that if there is an issue, it’s not rectified very quickly. For example, the harvest rush says “oops you’re not connected, you’ll receive rewards when connected”. This is displayed despite being connected! In addition, the update to hero mode is rubbish, you are not given the choice to complete your own level to enhance the points awarded. ✓ Impossible to do some levels without purchasing bundlesThe further into the levels you go it is nigh on impossible to clear a level without in game purchases I tried out my theory on one particular level I played for several days to finish it but the nearest I got was several near misses where I needed 1 or 2 more moves to complete the level. It was either restarting the level or buying a bundle to complete it. This is an addictive game and you can find yourself spending lots of money trying to get to the next level..Version: 5.63.5
