✓ Acorns hard to get and expensiveCan be expensive to play as gold acorns hard to find and really have to pay cash for them. Also very easy to loose or spend the gold acorns as the screen keeps coming up once all Berries have been used asking for player to buy more. Easy to accidentally press yes. ✓ Scrat mini-game impossible!!There are lots of fun things about this game but unfortunately, when you start levelling up, it can get a bit boring and repetitive. It is really hard to expand on new islands when you have to get items from the scrat mini-game and it is always random, it would be good if they rotated the items so you at least know that you might have a chance of collecting the item if you play again. The roulette is also quite tedious both after scrat, and on the caves on islands. Maybe there could be a trade area where you can swap some items in inventory for an item of your choice..Version: 1.9.0
✓ A game with a terrible memoryThis is a cute and rather fun game, with several major problems: 1) a ridiculous number of pop-up ads, for other apps, and constantly slowing up game play 2) much more seriously, the game constantly forgets what you've done, and resets itself to an earlier state. I have had to rescue some animals as many as three times. Worst of all, my progress on the daily quests is constantly reset to zero. I have had scores, probably several hundred acorns denied me, as a result of this. In summary, the game is constantly popping up offers to sell me acorns, while denying me the ones I've earned!.Version: 1.9.0

✓ Ice age adventureIt would be an Awesum game if there wasn't so many problems and didn't have a limit how many bonus tokens you can collect off friend maybe 5 at a time then you can just keep collecting them and use them when you want also on the bonus spin why is it it never ever lands on the big bundle of gold acorns special when you have brought like $200 worth also when you get a message saying you have earned 20 golden acorn you go into the game oh and guess what nothing not paying now more REAL money on this game anymore and I've spent like over $300 real money.Version: 1.8.0
✓ The app actually cheats...Ice age is a fun game...BUT at its heart it's another cash cow for the developers. I've been noticing that the game is extremely tight when it comes to actually giving prizes out and it does in fact "cheat" on certain matching games where there are clearly still moves on the board but you get a message saying "no more moves available" forcing you to use acorns to continue. It's happened 3 times in 3 days and one can only guess that a child would never finish this app as it's designed to never end. Parents beware!!! ✓ Ice ageGiven up on this game after 3 odd years spent some money today to get acorns got them played for a little 5 min and closed I pad to have dinner went back and the entire game I had been playing had gone back to the day before and guess what no Acorns . Totally jacked of with these people . Oh and that took my money though , I have put up with all there problems over the years but stealing my money that's not on .. Any way just warning all you players out there . I could complain jump up and down but I know it will do no good . ✓ Game ReviewI am having an issue with the game. I have rescued all of the adult animals on one of the islands but it won’t let me continue onto the next one. ✓ Cool game but...I really like this game but there's lots of problems. For once is the intro to the game it's fine, but those kids in the game are very loud and annoying, also did I forget to mention that I hate booing jokes? Two, the nonfictions, they pop up every second, with one of them having Sid screaming, "PLEASE COME BACK, I JUST WANT TO HUG YOU!!" very loudly. Three, the glitches they make the game more difficult and frustrating. PLEASE FIX THEM!!!!! And Finally the Ads. They keep popping up every second and are very annoying. Overall I'll just rate the game as alright, but thanks to the reasons on this review I sadly decided to delete the game..Version: 1.9.2

✓ Good game but took my acornsI like this game a lot but I wish it would ask again if you are sure you want to spend your acorns. I accidentally touched a button and it took 57 of my acorns that I did not want to use on that. It's very disappointing as I have been saving them up. *update* I saw a review stating that if you clear rocks away and stuff it will not give you your shells and when you click the berries from the animals you won't get them. I paid more attention to that and I agree. It does not give you your berries or shells if you do it too fast or clear multiple rocks too fast. My liking for the game has gone down even more. Very disappointed. Especially since it costs tons of shells just to build a home, to upgrade it and to expand the land..Version: 1.9.2

✓ ExpensiveIt is a colorful game that appeals to children familiar with the animated movies. The mini games are fun but repetitive after a while. Player will not advance very far in the games without making purchases to buy the golden acorns. Acorns can be used to buy berries which are used to move around on the islands. The berries are exhausted very quickly and then there isn't much to do until they replenish.....Version: 1.1.1
✓ Glitches galoreI was absolutely loving his game until I got to Wobbly Island. Then the glitches started. I can't get past Wobbly Island because I can't rescue an animal. I can't access some caves because of a glitch. When participating in the events not all items I have collected have gone into the total for the event therefore I miss out on receiving any bonuses. ✓ Fun, but needs updating!Great game, had so much fun at the start but now it's getting frustrating! I've expanded my village twice (it only asked me to do it once to complete a quest) and won't register that I have completed it. Also I agree the red shells are hard to find (I haven't found any!). ✓ You’re Waisting Your Time and MoneyWhen I got this app, I read the reviews and it was all “I love this game” and “So fun to play!” So I decided to try it out. It worked well for the first few minutes then I experienced trouble. It said (although I had already did this) to rescue all of the parents from the previous island. Therefore I am saying that the game wouldn’t let me move on to other levels. There was also a glitch where it wouldn’t allow me to spend any of my berries. There was no plants left on my islands, and the caves would only spin onto the berry icon, therefore giving me more berries and not shells, leading to my next issue with this game. The only way I could get more shells was to buy them with acorns. I personally think there should be another way for people playing this game to earn shells and get rid of the berries. It’s all based on real money and there’s no way to get through this game without buying shells, which are bought by acorns that cost like $100 for 20 of ‘em. This game will waste your time and money on something completely useless. I wish I could rate 0 stars. Wouldn’t download again, and I hope others won’t either..Version: 1.9.2

I would like to upgrade my shell storage but I can’t do that until I’ve expanded to the tropical islands and the acorn problem, It’s almost impossible to get them from anywhere if the build time wasn’t so long, it’s hard to keep track of everything and I just forget about the game while it’s building things. Just wish it was better you know? I mean I love ice age the graphics are great but compared to my other games it’s just....
