✓ Dishonest company. Can’t recommend anymore.I’ve been playing this game for a while and really enjoyed it. I enjoyed it so much that I paid the astronomical $23 CAD to have NO ADS. Today when I logged in, I was met with a flashy, annoying banner that had no way to be dismissed in the middle of the playing area, to watch an ad for 50 gems. All of their other offers are off to the left side of the screen as a small icon. Since I paid $23 for no ads, I assumed I would get just get my 50 gems and be on my merry way. However, I was forced to sit through a long ad :( Shame on Treeplla. This is scammy, unethical, and false advertising. DO NOT PAY FOR NO ADS AS YOU WILL GET ADS ANYWAY..Version: 1.0.78

✓ Cute Game, Gets Old FastThe graphics for this game are SO cute. You start with a little Chef cat opening up a food business. Customer cats come, and you serve them up goodies, leveling up your dishes and menu as you go. There is different equipment you can get for your Chef cat that gives boosts, and you can hire other cats to help run your business. The game is fun for a little while, but this format is applied across ALL the levels. When you max out your business, you “expand” to a whole other business where the process is repeated— losing basically all of your previous progress except for the Chef’s equipment. There is no creativity involved in this game. It is just waiting for customers to give you coins, and leveling up to get to the next place to do it all again. It would be more fun if there was some sort of lasting, creative element across the levels..Version: 1.0.19

✓ Not getting offline revenueI’ve spent some money acquiring gems and upgraded offline revenue multiplier but every time I switch the game off, leave it for 1-2 hours and come back in, I don’t get offline revenue. I don’t get the prompt which says how much offline revenue I earn and the option to watch an ad to double offline revenue. My cash stays the same. I don’t know if this is a bug or is anyone else experiencing it but I’ve wasted some money because of that..Version: 1.0.32

✓ Careful of the AdsWhile this game is cute and rated safe for 4 year old, I was horrified when one of the ads show adult app when my child playing it, luckily I always by his side observing what he watch. While ads isn’t really the game developer’s fault I think, but they need to be aware of this and have disclaimer, rate it for higher age group, or just not force 30 bucks on removing ads. ✓ Cute game but with some significant misstepsThis game in undeniably adorable. I love the animation, the cute cats, the idea, it’s great. There are very few non-optional ads, maybe less than one a day. But to succeed in this game you have to watch A LOT of optional incentivized ads. I mean A LOT. They do special events, alternating between two types, one where you get rewards for things you would be doing in the game anyways, and you do get rewards for watching ads. And special long levels, which you get prizes throughout and special characters if you complete them. I’ve been laid up with a back injury so I had a lot of free time the past few weeks, so I would often play this game. When the special level event started I began to play immediately - Cat Toy Factory - I watched a lot of ads to get boosts and progressed through the level over the three-ish day events. I watched so many ads, I thought surely I would be able to get through it. I did not. I literally spent hours and hours on this and did not complete it. If you don’t complete it, the next time the event launches you have to start the level over again, or pay actual money to resume where you left off. It is impossible to complete this without watching ads every few minutes and it is also impossible to complete it if you watch ads every few minutes. The event was over, I didn’t complete the level, and I decided to delete the app. The regular levels can be beaten over time without ads, but making something impossible eliminates the fun. ✓ Advertisement HarassmentI’ve been playing this game for many months and I bought the very expensive remove all ads feature early on. I enjoyed the game a lot in that time. But recently, they’ve added a new ad reward that is explicitly excluded from that feature, popping up an intrusive, full-screen dialog asking you to watch an ad for a special reward. Whether you watch the ad or close it, the pop ups continue every 4 minutes indefinitely. Absolutely absurd to be harassed by a game to watch ads, especially after paying a hefty sum to remove all ads..Version: 1.0.78

The offline bonus of 3 hours is ridiculous and you should get more of a time allowance. ✓ Kinda cute but pretty janky adsThe game is cute, cats make food, serve other cats . It’s got a nice atmosphere until the ads roll in. Ads for levelling up. Ads for unlocking this and that and they are all flashing exclamation points . And the worst part is most of the ads are sketchy. You tap the x and it takes you to the play store. So you close it and more carefully tap the x and it does it again. It’s really lame and I’m pretty sure they do it on purpose . Gameplay itself is ok but it’s very ad dominated and when the ads are so painful to deal with it’s not a relaxing game..Version: 1.0.54
✓ Shady Event MechanicsCute game, although it’s not *as* blatantly money hungry as other mobile games, it clearly is heavily monetized. For example: In the Christmas event you collect candy canes to level up a sleigh for a reward, upon reaching reward five or so, you have to pay 99 cents to claim it. You cannot claim any rewards past this, as you have to ‘claim previous rewards’ to do so. It also gives you countless popups for paid content, as well as trying to get you to watch as many ADS as possible for ‘rewards’ If you’re not bothered by these things, it’s a fine game, albeit not being anything special..Version: 1.0.96
