✓ Love game but wish it hade more heroesIf you love tower defense games then you will like this game. It is an open building system which means you can almost place towers anywhere on the map. I have been a fan of the company since I was a kid and I still love it today. The only thing I really dislike about this game is the lack of heroes like bug hero 2. Other then that it is one of the best sandbox type towns defense. Like the reason I said above it is the open building type..Version: 1.0.6

✓ Great Game, not perfectI love this game and would really love to be able to give it five stars, but there are a few issues that prevent me from doing so in good conscience. First: even *after* spending $10 on the premium game purchase, there are a few things that remain prohibitively expensive (things like tower and hero promotions and battle passes) which is something I would have expected to be remedied at least a little after putting down money for the *full* experience. Second: There is an ‘endless’ mode which is pretty much the only thing to do after beating all the other houses, but it’s got a few major issues. Firstly, the game’s performance gets pretty bad around round 130 or so even on my new iPad. And secondly, despite the time to complete each round getting longer due to stronger and stronger waves with more and more enemies, the rewards gained do not increase with this, so realistically you actually gain rewards *SLOWER AND SLOWER* the further you get in this mode which is a little demoralizing. I want to finish by saying that I would recommend this game and I do like it, but as someone who is passionate about it, I would love to see some changes as well..Version: 1.1.4
✓ Y’all are such a great studio.I’m writing this because I first played y’all’s game at 14 years old(heroes and castles 2, I think?) and to see y’all constantly pump quality games out 7 years later. I am older and have a lot more responsibilities so I can’t binge play y’all’s games as much haha. ✓ Best Tower Defense game I’ve played and I’ve played them all!If you love tower defense this is a must play game! I have put endless hours into this game and even purchase many gem packages to support the developer. THIS GAME IS INCREDIBLE! Bug Heroes 2 not as fun, game mechanics and camera angles not as good and the tower defense challenges the environment is the same over and over again. ✓ PleaseThe rooms where you get attacked directly and have no food stash are near impossible the towers get immediately killed by even a few gnats. It would be better if the walls had more health and can stop the bugs long enough to actually be killed.Version: 1.0.7

✓ Maybe have a option for 120 framesFirst day and it seems really fun I like the multi pov & the graphics are very nice but I kinda wish 60 wasn’t the cap for frames it doesn’t make or break the game for me but I would love the option for devices that can handle it would make the game feel a bit better or maybe like 90 or something if you’re a person who is reading this to see if it’s fun it definitely is. ✓ Fun and new butWhat I loved about the Bug Heroes games was that I could play with other people. I hope they add a multiplayer feature or even a mode that was like the bug heroes 2 gameplay. ✓ Amazing GameThis game is amazing! It has your generic free to play options but you can tell the developers cared about the characters with the lore that you get about them. The game is fun with a bunch of different viable options. It does drain your battery quick but that is to be expected with everything going on. Replayability is nearly endless and the gameplay is fun. My only complaint is the battle pass seems almost necessary if you want to make high rounds on the airship.Version: 1.0.6

✓ Lowered to 4stars after updateI am lowering my stars strictly because of the new allied bug limit. Honey bee was my third fav bug but now he is useless. He cant promote because too many sergeants. He can't cast comrades because too many bugs. He doesn't even get his 4 free bugs per wave that is the ability we have to earn. But even worse i can't use my foodstash bug skill because of bee! Using him now is a penalty because all his slow weak drones r off at one entrance while my base is dying and i cant activate my bugs! It isnt preventing lag because lag and freezes are also worse now than before the update. Bee was super fun! Now he is dull and unplayable. And upgrading his energy is of zero benefit where before it was priority. Capping the stash i understand but his 4 allies per wave should be guaranteed and his abilities should always do something. Maybe cap comrades at 5 bugs plus his level? Separately from foodstash cap. So a lvl 20 bee could have 25 guys. I can't enjoy the game now, but i have faith you will fix it and will go back to my previously awesome reviews! Also i dont like my bugs autoswitching when one is injured but still alive. ✓ Foursaken FanFoursaken rarely disappoints me. Though they have a fascination with bugs and turtles now (it seems); I can still remember the addiction to their Block Fortress universe. That is were my loyalty grew. Still, I love the tower defense genre and this is great game by any standard. Seems well balanced thus far and the upgrade system does not feel as if you need make real money purchase to further the story. If you have patience, and a stomach for ads, I believe you can eventually obtain all upgrades. Worth a try, I think you will know within the first few levels if this is a game for you..Version: 1.0.6

And I’m saying that— foursaken media have been the most consistent and dedicated developers I’ve ever seen from creators here. I’ve downloaded all their games and happily spend money to support them because they do such a good job. This game is no different. If you like bloons and the TD genre, you’ll like this game. If you’re like me and love a minion/summoning approach to combat, they’re are multiple heroes and towers that cater to it. Combined with an in depth upgrade system and hero/tower variety. ✓ So relieved!Not gonna lie I almost had given up hope on another Bug Heroes game. Low and behold, I randomly I open up Bug Heroes 2 and BAM! New game! Just trying it out and so far I love it! Change of pace from the others but it feels like a good direction for the series. Yes, this is only my first impressions and my thoughts on the game are subject to change, but as of now this is very fresh and exciting! ✓ Solid tower defenseI love it when a tower defense game gives you control of a little character to run around with (like Sanctum 2). The only thing missing is multiplayer. And it really could use it. Really really. Great fun. Adds are a little cumbersome but it’s how they make their investment back.
