✓ Appalling customer service and treatmentI absolutely loved the game until I had a glitch with a speed up for which I was handballed around between service departments and took over a month for the team to fix. Then the update came and deleted all my friends, preventing me from levelling up unless I paid hefty amounts or compromised the 'security' of my Facebook. The creators ignore customer feedback and have well and truly upset thousands of players with random ads during the game (despite payments throughout the game I cannot opt out of these ads), removing all game friends and making huge overhauls without consulting players first. ✓ Pleasant surpriseI was glad to see another game by the company that makes Tribez. It has been a pleasant surprise. I like the extra "quests" in the outposts you can do. However, just like Tribez, there is still an issue with inviting random players. This is very annoying to say the least. ✓ So happy!I have spent years building my Tribe on this game and absolutely love it. I recently smashed my iPad and went back to using an old one but was very upset to see that I couldn’t access my game on this iPad. I wasn’t willing to give up what I had and had find out why it didn’t transfer... I messaged the game creators and asked for their help. Unfortunately it wasn’t as simple as logging into Facebook or Game Center but the guys behind the scenes didn’t stop trying to transfer the data until I got it. Tonight I was able to get back into my game after weeks and I am so so happy with them! I absolutely love the game and was so impressed with the customer service that I had to write some feedback. ✓ Pretty good, but a bit constrictedHaving played the previous Tribz game I find this as good, but frustratingly constrictive. It makes developing the game very slow in comparison. Should be able to have friends without requiring Facebook as many other games do. There are way too many upsell adverts when you login, sometimes as high as 6 or 7. ✓ Promising BeginningsI am still in the early stages of the game (only downloaded it about a week ago) but am very impressed by the beautiful look of the game. I am a big fan of these kingdom building games and have been frustrated by games that trap you in the early repetitive levels unless you fork out some serious real world cash. Although in game purchases are available in this game you definitely don't feel trapped into using them. ✓ Love this game but…Had to give 4 stars because of one thing, the crystals/gems. It’s so difficult to get them unfortunately, and I wish it was a lot easier so I can get certain buildings. Like, as an idea, when the chest appears, you can get some gems out of there or you have to watch a video to open it instead of using crystals/gems. I am stuck because you have small things to collect to do a certain collection, and the game certainly does not give out these often. I have been waiting awhile for 3 and can’t get them for the life of me. This has happened through various things within the game. Basically I am going no where and it is becoming very very tedious and boring, not too mention frustrating. ✓ I LO🖤E TRIBEZI just love building little villages and fell in love with TRIBEZ adding Castle and Tribez was a natural progression. I love the little side games. It keeps it interesting. I have never had any technical problems. It loads and plays like a charm. I’m assuming that if I ever had any problems the customer service would be just as amazing as my experience with TRIBEZ, being that the games are made by the same company. My only wish is that I wasn’t marketed too as hard as I am. On Castlez in particular the pop ups to purchase can be a tad obnoxious and have the opposite effect. I’m less likely to buy. That coupled with the fact they pop up so fast and don’t allow me to see if I actually need the item, (due to not being able to access my inventory whilst it’s on screen) so I never buy it, and can have regrets when I realise i needed the item....it’s a small thing I know. That’s why I still absolutely adore this game! If your looking for a cute adventure game that will fit in around your life eg. work, family and kids then this is for you. It’s enough to keep you entertained and you can enjoy the satisfaction of building your own town your way. It’s also a great way to make friends all over the world by liking the Facebook page and adding people to your game. No one “plunders” your town, so you can be as active in the game as fits your lifestyle. It’s an easy 10 out of 5 for me.(yes I know it’s a 5 star rating but the programmers for this game deserve a 10,it’s double digits after all).Version: 3.5.4

✓ Excellent gameThis game plus Eternity Warriors 3, are the only 2 games I've played consistently on my ipad. Great work, I don't get tired of the gameplay plus I love the fact that trees and plants regenerate in open spaces when you come back to the game! Would love to see some more decorations/buildings.. Also there have been a number of times when I've accidentally clicked somewhere or missed clicking a food/money collection, so it accidentally sends a little guy to chop down my trees and plants! A good idea would be auto collection for money, scrolls, food etc. so all you have to do is click on the building once, not on the individual stars and money. All in all, great game!.Version: 1.0.4
