So glad I'm doing thisI just finished week 3 day 1: 45 push-ups. I'm 41 year old female doing male style push-ups. My arms hurt, can't believe I can hold my phone to type this review:). Loving the app. I'm not a fitness freak, I do run/walk and eat healthy. Really want my arms looking better so when I wave or shake hands my arms don't flap in the wind! I do this 3 times per week. Enjoying the challenge. Sometimes my 9 yr old daughter joins me too. Family fun!.Version: 3.1

Pretty good...I have used it once so far. I like the concept and structure. I wish it worked in conjunction with the other apps from this company. When you switch between apps the timer pauses. So you can’t just jump back and forth between upper and lower body. Otherwise pretty good..Version: 3.4

VERY SATISFIEDI love this app!!! I started out, hardly able to do a push-up, and I am only on day 4 and I can already do 6 pushups. One of the greatest parts is the fact that YOU go at your own pace. You only do 3 days of push ups a day and you do them in reps. It is VERY useful and I absolutely recommend it. Although I do not know if it actually goes up to 100 push-ups straight because I was doing the sit ups one and got to the very last week and it only went up to 75 straight although it had claimed to go up to 200. But it has definitely improved my strength and it is definitely worth your money..Version: 3.1

Yes! Give it a shot!The app is not bad. It starts to progress or increase difficulty as you keep doing the push ups so you gotta do it daily or else you won’t progress. Very good app overall, helps you divide your sets..Version: 3.1

FunIt makes you feel great about yourself. Awards come to easily however and it doesn't get you too 100 push-ups, only 70( 250 for that day).Version: 3.1

200 push-ups!Is awesome. I double the numbers so am working towards 200 push-ups. For example... I’ll use the suggested number to do one set of normal pushups, then do it again but with diamond pushups, or tricep pushups..Version: 3.3

Good so far......!Seems good, App worked fine and had no problems downloading or running it. Warm up and rest periods are a bit long at the beginning (warm up for 5 minutes and take 2 minutes rest between sets of 4-5 push ups-Really?!) I could do a fair few push ups to start with, so I did all of week 1 on one day, all of week 2 on the day after and started properly on week 3 on the day after that. My only grumble is that I was expecting some kind of test of how many you can do to start with, and then tailor the schedule from there, rather than everyone starting at the same W1D1 (which I think is 5 sets of 4-5 push ups). Having set that, if it works I'll be happy!.Version: 1.1

Very Impressed!I've been using this and I'm on the third day of the second week! The pace is slow which I like! I'm an athlete myself. I play Football, Soccer, Basketball (sometimes), and Baseball year-round. Although I consider myself to be fit, I can't do 100 push-ups in one sitting! The beginning of the workout was slow and easy, but now it's starting to become difficult and slightly intense! I love it! I'm so hyped for the ability to perform 100 push-ups! I would certainly recommend this to a friend/friends! This app makes me want to buy more! If anybody is skeptical about this app or just has doubts about it, let me share something. I was skeptical at first, but I was willing to try it! So try it! It's worth it!.Version: 3.1

Pretty good - apart from the naggingI like this app - apart from the fact that it nags you for review EVERY SINGLE STEP OF THE WAY! Be nice, ask once and give me a way to say no permanently. Great appThis is the perfect app for increasing your push up reps. I am leaving for the navy in September and this will get me ready for the pst. 4 stars because the app teaches an improper way to perform the push ups. Look up proper push up form when using this app as the traditional 'T' shaped push ups are bad for your shoulder joints.Version: 3.1

Love this app!I absolutely despise push-ups but I love a challenge! I bought this app as part of a bundle and it breaks the challenges down so that it doesn't seem so daunting. My kids even enjoy doing these exercises with me. Definitely worth the price for what you gain!.Version: 3.1
