✓ REALLY!!First of all I found this game randomly on Facebook and yes I am a bit of a strategy gamer and I found this game and I watched the video that was up and I thought this might be the best game I will ever be playing. So I download it and then I open but as soon as I open it it wasn't like what the video showed u really kidding me about lieing on a game and that is copyrighting if it was from a different game why do you do that. The only way to be competitive is to buy (expensive) in-game 'gems' - always needed to rank in events, be they kill-a-thons, heal-a-thons or merge events. Larger players continuously bully smaller (i.e.: non-heavy in-game purchasers). At least the poor English grammar and spelling have improved and the Devs toss players the occasional bone that make non-buyers' games entertaining..Version: 4.0.0
✓ Shame :/Really enjoyed this game to begin with until I got to a higher level when the game became a lot slower, also people can attack you who are much higher level than you which is fine but you loose all defences and all resources which you need to rebuild, once you get some resources back you then get attacked again by higher level and the circle begins again and you can not progress in the game..Version: 3.5.1

✓ Horrible at all levelsDo not install this game app. The developers know there are major exploits and multiple flaws in the game but choose to do nothing about it. You can’t get in touch with anyone through the game because the email and contact us function doesn’t work, yes they know this lol. The only thing the developers care about is how much money you spend but even that doesn’t get them to even acknowledge you exist. Be forewarned this game is a sham. This could be why Apple refuses to allow any updates to the game. So please before you invest any time or money hit the backspace button and find a different game. ✓ Poor supportI’ve been playing the game for a while. The game is very glitchy. At times when the game glitches, you can accidentally select the wrong “item” in the game and it can cost you money. When you contact the support team and explain the problem and hope that they correct it, they don’t. So everything is a waste. ✓ This used to be an excellent game...It started out as a game your whole team could play together. Those who like could dominate & those who didn't or spent modest amounts could still compete. However every time the developers have introduced an excellent game play feature they have broken it within a few weeks. Relics can no longer be upgraded, you can no longer earn items to fuse, you can no longer mine gems, battlefields that used to have items, speed ups & resource chests were. watered down & then removed, as were the tribes (gold & resources). Different servers get different upgrades & some miss out on them. Quests have gone from being just completable in the timeframe to not being able to complete the first goal without spending IAP. The result is sad. A game that used to have a vibrant active community challenging each other & supporting the developers is slowly dying because those who used to spend no longer feel it's fun to do so. Players who can't/won't spend due are no challenge as they take too long to regenerate or leave the game as they don't feel they can compete and the player base who still spend get bored with the same targets, spending less. ✓ Messed upEarlier this week (05/19/21) a message was placed on all accounts, saying that the beta testing was to be finalized on or about 06/01/21. When I went into the game this morning 05/22/21 the game was NOT available. Testing was terminated. I like the game, don’t like some of the players, but it is usually the case. I want to play the game I’ve been into for years, even with the poor attitude of other players, please get the game going again. Maybe with a couple of days worth of shields. Because there are players that take great pleasure in attacking all players smaller then themselves, and until you have fixed the issue of the game, those shields will help all players finding themselves unable to get into the game..Version: 4.0.0

✓ Better before stuff got taken awayBeen playing the game for a year or so. One of the things that I liked better than other war games is the gem tiles, which are now almost nonexistent, which helped even the playing field against the big spenders who are bullies in game. As well as the speedups available in the battlefield tiles, which now are completely nonexistent, which also helped with healing against the bullied efforts of the big spenders. If they were to bring those back it would help make the game more fun again. Hunting for gem tiles was fun as well as necessary for growth. I've seen a lot of people quit game recently due to bullying because growth without money is not possible. I still play for the camaraderie with friends made in game but even my patience is wearing thin. Hopefully the developers try to help the rest of the players and not just cater to the trust fund babies..Version: 2.8.0

Now you receive limited gems to around 300 per week, you can't earn them from events like you used to be able to, and you cannot farm them on the world map. This game was once the best I had played on my phone, now I just feel like It's bland and the developers find new things to add and price them heavily to make money. It didn't used to be that way. But hey, I'm sure they will read this and conclude that this game is a business and they've gotta make money. Oh yeah, there's a roulette type game called chance where you choose one mystery box out of 9 for a chance to earn rare and powerful items, THE CHAMCE GAME IS RIGGED AND DESIGNED FOR YOU TO SPEND MONEY. ✓ RecommendationI have a couple of recommendation for the game to balanced it all because it isn’t well balanced between free to play and pay to win and first things first you gotta make it so that you can’t buy war scepter or divine favor using gems and also remove the thing to buy vip activation so that the only way to activate the vip is either get them by forge, event, the dev giving it out for free, and you reach a next vip lvl that would slow down the growth for the pay2win and for me I’ve been in the same world been login in everyday for more then 2 year but I’m still a lvl 19 castle free to play while other pay2win reached lvl 20 in less then 3 month and the pay2win can try to spent gem on the BSE or the event but not the thing I just said and thank you very much and I hope you do the following update.Version: 3.9.0
✓ Updated - Jury outThis game can be fun, however my biggest gripe is that other higher ranked players can easily gang up on you, raid your city and before you know it, you're back to zero. In order to rebuild you have to buy more gems- and some of the in-app gem purchases are £80!!!! I guess it's the developers way of keeping us on our toes, but this game is not really good value, although it's certainly addictive ---The game started really well and it was fun building up a castle and city. However overnight I was attacked by a much larger force which decimated everything. I've rebuilt all my forces, but it's cost a fair amount of money. If I again find I'm attacked and regularly lose, and then need to spend more money to rebuild then I might call it a day. In some respects the game is quite slow but that's to be expected in this type of game. The developers also have some very expensive iAP's available and need to think seriously about making the game more cost accessible. Their app runs on a beta testing program, you have to download TestFlight first and then they send website to download their app. RUDE emails sent from them, all but cursing at you. The world chat is NO PLACE FOR MINORS, this should be 17+. Unless you’re out to get free sex education, cursed out, receive death threats in communication apps. Oh did I mention they steal your money repeatedly and Apple does nothing about it? If all that sounds solid fun to you, enjoy! There have been multiple issues recently with the game crashing for everyone multiple times and restricting your ability to play but since the last update/patch I cannot access my account at all I just get a new level 1 account! I have sent in a support requests but no replies, the Devs have had my money so don't appear to care now. If I ever get back into my account then all of my troops will have been killed and my resources looted. This will cost me real money to replace, heal or rebuild. If you report this to them the standard response is that the player is actually at fault for this and that "the game data is correct." They will not listen to what you have to say. You may be faced with a maintenance message that indicates that the game will be down for an hour. The latest one took 7. If there are time sensitive events you loose all of that time as the developers will not suspended the timer on the event. I cannot recommend this game to anyone. There is no point to participate in events... On top of that there is no way to defend your city and resources just your troops (if you recamp every24 hrs) which is a constant fear... ✓ Good game but....War of Thrones is a gripping game, the makers have found a way to keep you coming back for more, you just NEED to upgrade your buildings and castle to the next level, you just NEED and want to upgrade troops, it's difficult to say no to this game, it's addictive! If I have one complaint, it's the gems, they cost far too much and are necessary for quicker progression or you will get left behind, you need far too many resources to heal troops and they do not put the heal buff on enough, more heal buff means more attacking and is that not the point of a war game. I feel at times that the developers are pushing too hard for us to part with our cash and not putting heal buff on means people may spend to heal. I have been informed the USA pays less for their gems, £28 less for a large pack, that to me is wrong, its disgusting, not a fair and level playing field when you are charged more. The game has no Terms of Service and features gambling, they can charge for the wheel spins, under UK law that is termed gambling and means the game is only suitable for eighteen years and up, to class as four years and up is misleading and illegal. I would like to see them give us some loyalty bonuses, better than the current ones, for those of us who have spent some money on gems, please reward us better. The events are monotonous, they repeat and there is not enough variety, I feel the game is now all about money, there is also the fact they give USA players a huge advantage by starting all events at 1am or 2am UK time, while we sleep. Then it goes horribly wrong as soon as you put the war algorithm to the test. I understand the need for developers to make money so I don't dispute this is necessary. However, on one occasion when I purchased in game, the items I purchased were missing. I contacted the developers by email and was informed that they would look into it. The next day I received an email saying they can't do anything for me so I asked for a refund. Their response is that they can't refund money. After I emailed them again, no response at all. Have waited a week now and am fed up. Event games such as the current 'red goalie' are fixed so you don't win as you can't collect all the 12 cards needed to complete a set, then when the event has ended they will offer the missing cards for a price of around 300 gems each, as they did with the thanksgiving letters, getting fed up with lack of response and greediness in the game. ✓ Developers are killing the gameSince the upgrade the game has become more for those who spend money buying gems, they have made it so if you want to get ahead you have to pay for it. They have changed the rewards for reaching levels to a pittance of what they used to be and frankly some times it’s not worth trying to achieve for what you get back. They had a challenge the other day that if you spent 2400 gems in the game your reward was 10 gems (go figure) it is costly for early players as the required level all need gems to buy the materials needed. ✓ Been playing for 3 years & never had so many problems as I’m having nowWhen you spend a lot of time on a game and you pay money to play this game and you’re not getting your rewards like you should so you can advance further in the game is very frustrating. Since November I haven’t been getting my first reward in the limited events rewards. This is happening in all the worlds I play & no one else is having this problem so it’s hard not to think it’s on purpose. They used to respond saying send me screenshots so I sent them screenshots then they said no we need the time the date and the name of the limited event which was on the screenshot so I just started screen recording and sending the recording to them but no that wasn’t good enough they asked for another screenshot so I sent them another screenshot then they’re like no we need this and that never once fixed the problem just making me go around in circles. Now they won’t respond at all! So what it comes down to is, don’t play this game!!! It’s too much of a headache!
