✓ WoT Rating and ReviewI'll be honest the GM's are giving out some premium (In app purchase) credit for a 5 star review so it was gunna get that up top either way but my actual review? Well that's about 4 1/4 stars for some reasons I'm too lazy to get into in depth for this review but I will say this. There are steady updates and a lively chat environment that's English friendly and the GM's seem to play an active role in game development and maintenance which is always a plus for me. It is just another carbon copy RTS build-your-own-city game but it's fun if you like them like I do. A few negatives are that you can't look up another char's coordinates from chat for one, and it's absolutely frought with P2W money grubbing advertisements and imbalances, but again that kind've comes with the territory with these games... But hey don't let me convince you one way or another without trying it first , in my opinion it is MOST DEFINITELY at least worth that much. ✓ AdviceAs an older professional person I find this game quite addictive. BUT due to lack of programming you mixed weaker worlds with stronger thus losing many players. Though that may have been a strategy to make players go to different worlds. Start again and make you money. What you charge for gems and how you design the game to rely on them. Is quite rude. The game has many facets, your constantly on the look out for bargains or devastating attacks and afterwards safely put your soldiers camped up for the next 24 hrs. Assisted by a dragon which you constantly upgrade to become more powerful it's addictive! The great thing about this game is you don't not have to spend any money certainly it's a lot slower reaching fighting level of big points and prizes but equally enjoyable. ✓ Great Game!I have been playing War of thrones for a couple of days now and it has been an amazing experience. Unlike other war games where success if dependent on how many gems you have, war of thrones actually allows users that don't buy gems often to be able to mach players that do. I love this game because of all the mechanics and functions it has for an iOS game. Even after coming to a full stop because I've run out of resources, I could just send out an army to pillage a nearby city and gain lots of resources very quickly. The game runs smoothly and the community is very friendly and experienced. After joining an alliance, I received a lot of advice from the leader on how I can improve my city and its really helped because I've grown very quickly in the last 3 days. I recommend this game to everybody and I'm far of from getting even slightly bored by it. However, in the beginning the one thing that I didn't find very appealing is the tutorials. A tutorial is suppose to get me accustomed to the game but it didn't help very much because most of the screen was blacked out so I was just pressing the only button I could not knowing what it meant or what it did. Fixing that would make it a little easier for beginners but that's the only problem I've encountered so far. Superb game #477CVP.Version: 2.9.1

✓ GoTWell, It's a game. lol This one takes extra patience though. It's easy enough building your base/map whatever you want to call it. Obviously once your building/structure gets to a certain level the upgrade times begin to extend. There are a lot of events to keep you interested and utilizing different aspect of game-play, so that is nice. I wish CoC did that too. The way clans/alliances/guilds are composed is pretty good too. I enjoy all the different ways to help each other and work together as a team. The global chat is pretty good too. It's easy to get in one and find good people, BUT usually it's always the same people chatting. The major reason I didn't give it 4 or 5 stars is because of the lack of ability to really wage a battle. If you find an opponent on the map to attack, you merely click on it and send a force of your own troops to attack. Depending on how far away it is or if you have any boosts to expedite your troops travel time, they get there and a tiny little status bar pops up saying you are attacking, then a second later one that says whether or not you won. That's it. You don't get to see the battle or dictate how it is won, or what your troops do in it. Pretty lame if you ask me. Regardless, there are many other aspects of the game that are enjoyable. ✓ AwesomeAwesome, I like most of the differences from GOW. However, the events should have different goals based off the players level/force/etc... Having the same goals for a beginner and a big player is entirely wrong. How can you expect a 400k force player to kill as many troops as a 10 mil force player? Rankings obviously wouldn't change, but goals do need adjustment. Also, the last black storm event we had in 45 was good, (still wish we got some res from towers to compensate the heavy losses), but I must say this thanksgiving black storm event is god awful. You have to hit the levels in order which means I have to start with level 1 and go up. Which in turn means more searching, longer marches, and an annoying few losses from smaller levels before I can hit the big ones. Also, one last suggestion, this something the devs did for GOW... When someone earns a title (such as emperor or prince) they should get a buff or boost like %10 attack boost or %15 res boost or something along those lines that will last until next event for titles. It's a huge incentive for a lot of people and it makes the work for such titles far more worth the cost..Version: 3.5.0

The developers have yet to explain this server failure issue. However, when running correctly, it is great fun and many hours can be lost battling, recovering and farming. It just takes your money and leaves you with nothing. The Devs don’t care about the players and leave scheduled updates for the game up in the air for months on end. Now that this game is not complying with the rules and regulations set down by Apple, the app will be deleted. I would not waste my time on this game. The devs even went as far as trying to get some of us to download a version of the app from a third party. Out of the App Store, crooked as they come since the devs are from China. Who knows if they could hack your phone and personal data. They want you to download a version outside the App Store bc apparently the updates infringe on Blaze of Battle, another game similar to this one. ✓ Addicting!I've met some amazing ppl from all over the world in this game! It's very addicting! My alliance came to this game from Dark Ages about 6 mos. ago. This game is a better, more exciting form of that game imo. And like most games you can grow bigger & faster if you spend money to buy gems. I agree it was better before all the gem tiles disappeared and gold got so scare but you can win gems daily. I do wish they had better deals on buying gems and better prizes for tourneys tho. The most annoying problem to me is the lag that is on my main world (4) it's always so laggy and slow, way worse than the other worlds. It is very frustrating having to refresh every lil bit specially during a war but I'm sure it's one of the things the devs have been working on as they make improvements often. Our alliance has players from all over the world and several of us have played other games for many years under the same alliance name. ✓ Could use improvementI like the game a lot but there are some changes that could be made to make it more enjoyable. First, since merging of several worlds, they have gotten rid of good features. Why do they now have all of the different challenges going anymore? We wait for days to see a decent event to participate in. Let's get all 3 back up and running like before the merge (this gives everyone opportunities to participate especially if you want new players to join world) Second... Where are the gems for prizes? If you want people to buy your packs give us very decent items to want to buy. I want to drool over your promotional packs. I want you to make me want to whip out my credit card. Also if you do want me to spend for gems, give me a reason to try and win events (for more gems and great prizes)..Version: 2.8.0

✓ Alliances countGame is great for those who like strategy/building tasks - becomes addictive as u interact with world players, build relationships and work in alliances - yet developers have started leaving out some of the fundamental like alliance tasks and going too hard for the $ making it harder for new players to join in, perhaps if the free gem fields were reintroduces for low ranked players it would make for a more lively theatre....good game for empire builders, bad game for domination by big spenders (and acts?). Looking forward to some rejigging of some of dropped content with the new additions....would help if progress was not so $ based so as to keep players engaged.Version: 3.2.0
