✓ Good but over quicklyThere's no doubt that this is a good game. It's a huge departure from the console versions, being a turn-based strategy game, but it works well as a game in it's own right. The only issue for me is that, for a paid game, there's just not enough content. I'm a casual gamer and it only took 2 weeks of to complete, playing on the occasional evening for half an hour. There's lots of different levels, but considering that these are usually completed in 10-20 moves, this doesn't equate to a great deal of gameplay. It does promise there's more coming soon, so let's hope there's a large content update. Still recommended though..NotatraindriverVersion: 1.2

✓ Better gameplay pleaseIf Hitman Go had the gameplay as Deus Go and Tomb Raider Go, I would definitely give this a five star rating. Also, if there was more of a story line to follow too. Tomb raider you know she’s trying to reach a certain artifact. Deus Go has a story line as well, although I have only played the first level and can already tell I’m going to like it. The stiff game board play of hitman go gives it a boring feel that’s not very interactive, especially if you’ve played any of the actual Hitman games in other gaming systems. ✓ Hype Not Worth 5 BucksWhen it really comes down to it, no matter how much fun you had playing it, the only thing the game had gameplay wise is you swiping your finger to avoid other pieces, sometimes collecting briefcases or throwing items to make noise. That’s it. That’s all you do for the puzzles. And it’s fun for a bit but the Friday the 13th Puzzle Game has a similar mechanic to the one this has but FOR free. So I’m paying 5 bucks for a hitman board game skin. Not to mention in that game you FEEL like Jason when chasing campers. I don’t feel like Hitaman for a lot of these. ✓ Visually great set up want a refundAs a hitman fan I purchased this game hoping it would be like the classic hitman games but I was shortly notified this was not the case when the game had finished installing and I was introduced to this board game style gameplay. ✓ Fun puzzle game, sound doesn’t work.The negative reviews seem to mostly stem from the simplicity of the game. I personally enjoy it. It’s a puzzle game with a Hitman skin. Simple to pick up and play a few boards and put back down. I’d give it another star if the sound or music worked. I like the game and the puzzles, although i never completed it. So I had it since launch and already started it twice, as it seems there’s no cloud saving. Most recently I offloaded the game as I needed space, finally got a new iPhone and despite having restored my backup, the game is starting from the beginning again! ✓ Well........I love the concept. I played the Tomb Raider Lara Croft Go game and needed a hint twice in the entire game. I play this game and I needed 2 hints in 11 levels. There isn’t enough to figure out on your own. I mean, I usually figure things out pretty well and I’m good at problem solving. However, this game left me needing help. And when I got that help, it was not something I would have got on my own. This has just too much formula attached to it. By level 6 I already tried every scenario and needed help to get the solution. The solution required backtracking and other tricks. Make it possible to figure out on your own and it will be 5 stars! Most recently I had completed chapters 3 and 4, only to find when I launched the app again it had reverted to a previous state half way through chapter 3. ✓ Didn't like this game muchOk, I love agent 47 and most square enix games. This game, I was just disappointed. It seemed to me to be just another average puzzle game with not much excitement. I basically got it for free anyway as it came with hitman sniper, and I paid $1 for the pair. Sniper is definitely worth the money, not this one. It's challenging after a few levels but I personally felt the game play was like a boring chess game, but I enjoy chess, so that's really a dark statement I guess. ✓ Disappointing - NOT an adaptation of HitmanEven turning aside from the fact that this has nothing to do with the Hitman franchise other than your gamepiece is a bald man with a suit, the game for what it is (a board puzzle) is pretty tedious. The "objective" is simply to choose one in a web of preset paths, in the right order and in conjunction with throwing an occasional rock, to get to a designated "end" point. The variation between levels is just more numerous and complex placement of guards pieces. It's sort of like a less interesting "escape the room" style series where every level is basically the same concept but different location of the key. However, every time that I restart a level, the loading screen with the white background and that level’s “board game box” appears for fraction of a second and then disappears. This is most notable when tying to achieve a “finish level in X or less moves” run, and when you would restart the level multiple times. From the very beginning the player needs to guess what's going on and how to achieve it.
