✓ Scam: Do not buy anything from this game storeI finished all levels in the game and enjoyed it very much, then years later came back and could not replay anything beyond level 40. I thought to make some in store purchases, but because the game wasn’t working properly, I decided to reinstall it first. So I reinstalled the game and all my progress was lost: all unlocks, outfits, etc. And the game dares to offer me to buy starter pack lol.Version: 1.11.121

✓ Looks Great! Somewhat frustrating to play at times.I swear I swiped this way and that and the game just ignores me. ✓ Game has stopped and done some crashingHey developers I’d like to say that I absolutely love your game I played it a lot on my Samsung and it ran so well. But recently now that I have an iPhone I decided to get it and get my boyfriend to get it on his Samsung as well. We started noticing as we played the game that both our games a few minutes into the running would just completely freeze. We would have to close the game and restart it to do the run again. Then sometimes our games would just crash out of nowhere when in the game. I was really excited to play it again but It didn’t go out the way planned. ✓ Relics runI’m loving replaying this game after a break of several years. I thought game play would improve playing with the latest IOS installed but not so. I’ve reached the end of the jungle run having completed all stages and have landed on the first stage of the desert run but the game will not play whatever I do. I’ve tried replaying some jungle stages but nothing works. There is a padlock that says that infinity run cannot open until level 60 has been completed but that’s halfway through the desert run so not possible to get there. These are the main problems: This game doesn’t save your progress so if you erase it from your phone or get a new phone you have to start over from zero; you will also lose any purchases. Right now only the jungle first tier downloads, so the rest of the game is unavailable. Finally there is no way to communicate with anyone if you have trouble with this game. ✓ Lose Progress if deleted?I enjoy this game a lot. However, I had purchased games/weapons/outfits and then accidentally deleted it from my phone. When I redownloaded it, not only had I lost all my progress, but I lost all the gems and outfits and things I had paid for (even after selecting to restore my purchases). I have no problem buying gems if I want to, but don't take them away just because I delete the app and then redownload it. ✓ Developers took almost a year to get back to meI originally rated this 3 stars as the game itself is very fun, albeit unfairly challenging. But as others have been saying, you can’t play past the first world unless you did before the developers patched and broke it. That was 8 months ago, now after hearing nothing since then (as I used their official support page,) I got an email saying it’s been forwarded to the developers. That will probably do jack-all as they said “at their discretion.” Which could mean they could do nothing or worse, delist the game. ✓ Persistent crashesI love the game and all its well designed (or at least it is to some extent) I remember playing it a long time ago on my iPad and it was fun playing it on a big screen so you can take in all the lovely scenery made possible by the superb graphics, however now that I got back to playing it on my iPhone it doesn’t last 10 minutes without crashing especially during a run, initially it wasn’t a big deal for me has some runs tend to be short but still adrenaline-packed but now that I reached level 10 (I had to start all over again) there’s a crash that happens in a specific spot during the run right while a pop up appears it crashes and does this every time now so essentially my stuck not being able to progress any longer, the pop up notification regards to a item being occasionally offered for sale to protect my combat. Every time I've come back since then, they've added a little more content, but made the game substantially less fun. When I first started playing, I could upgrade several boosters all the way to the top by using the in-game currency--now to do it past rank 5 requires premium currency. Now they want me to watch ads to earn randomly selected and frankly paltry rewards. Now they want me to watch ads just to be allowed to replay a level. The devs have started to stink of greed, and I strongly urge anybody considering this game to pass it by. ✓ Fun, But Slightly FrustratingHey guys. I've really enjoyed playing your game. It's full of action and adventure. It keeps your heart pumping, that's for sure. But there are a few things that could be changed. For instance, unlocking uniforms. Why should I have to buy a uniform with gems, after the game has already told me that I've unlocked it? Doesn't make much sense. Usually in a game, you PLAY TO UNLOCK a uniform, or some other item. However in Relic Run, you play and unlock, then you have to BUY an item with your hard earned gems 💎 (which are quite scarce in the game). I don't think this is fair, and it is an immediate turn off for many gamers. The same goes for the weapons. At this rate, it would take a month or so for the players to earn a uniform that they actually want. No one wants to wait that long. And most people (like myself) are not going to pay real money for fake diamonds in a mobile phone 📱 game. However, there is an easy solution to this, that I think would make a lot of your users happy. 😉 Make it easier to earn gems 💎 💎 💎 Instead of having your users earn 1 or two gems per every other level, make it five or possibly even ten per mission. ✓ Less than desirableStrange that I received an error message when starting this app regarding that I needed to upgrade the app twice before writing this review. However, I digress. This game is not as fun as it used to be. Implementing levels are annoying, as well as forced tutorials. The items are too expensive and you can only unlock endless running mode (the original game) after level 20. I’m not sure if I even want to play the game that far in. Sad that the graphics aren’t optimized for larger screens, on a 12.9” iPad it looks unremarkable. Otherwise, I would be happy for an option to get rid of ads via a one-time payment and a nicer look. All in all, it’s average. P.S. As a huge fan of the Tomb Raider series, more outfits from her older/newer games would really be awesome. ✓ One of the worst game I ever played. Designed by amateurThe game is a clone of the famous Temple Run, with Tomb Raider branding attached to it. It all sounds good at first, but when you actually play it you realised this is designed by a bunch of amateurs who never play a single game in their life let alone play test their own game. The game constantly throws obstacles and hidden traps that are impossible to spot to kill the player, and since the level is random generated - there is no way for you remember when to dodge these. This is designed into the game to force the player to buy coins to revive Lara, or watch a short interstitial ad to drive their ad revenue. But they don't realise this frustrate the player before they even feel rewarded. Which means most players will simply leave the the game and then delete the game in frustration. Resulting them not getting a cent. This is all game design 101 stuff! And the designers seemed oblivious to it, which is why I said this game is designed by a bunch of amateurs who never play a single game in their life, or play test their own game, because if they did this problem would be apparent to them. The art production is also sub-par, looking like something the first year college would designed. The Lara Craft character is the only thing that looks decent - but it looks like something they bought from Maximo. All in all, 0/10..Version: 1.0.2

✓ Excellent game.I like this game a lot. Very challenging and the variety of weapons and skill needed to progress is cool. However, in order to really have fun you have to purchase an insane amount of gems. For weapons, for outfits, and at some point every upgrade. I understand the need to make some money off the game, but gems demand waaaay too much $$$. This is a game, not a career! At one point of course you keep collecting coins which become virtually useless. The game controls are slow or don't work at times and you crash into things or die and have to start over. Fix these things, offer more gems along the way, add new levels, don't charge for costumes, etc. The weapons cost enough already. I got suckered into buying "coins" to progress, once the game had settled into an almost playable level, but crash, crash, crash. You will not enjoy the first three or four restarts required to get some semblance of control, just to start the game, but once the game settles down be prepared for sudden inexplicable crashes... just when you thought you might have had a chance for progressing forwards. Not a game for Lara Croft fans. The game details that state the versions this game is incompatible with should stand as a warning. ✓ Fun, addictive and no longer updated.I like this Run better than the original Temple Run as there are more things to do then just the mindless running. The game is addictive and a great way to pass some time. Gives your brain a bit more of a workout as you have to do a bit of thinking. The graphics are gorgeous and just as you start getting bored of the same old dangers, new ones pop up with no warning! However, there hasn't been an update for this game since June 2016 and it doesn't work on some platforms. I keep getting an update notice about my version but a check here doesn't show an update available. ✓ A good game at the beginning.I’ve been playing Relic Run since the game first launched. When it first came out it was almost everything I could ever want in a Lara Croft mobile game. That changed when the update came out where it turned level based instead of just infinite running like it was intended to be. I eventually gotten used to it. However, the reason why I gave 3 stars is because the latest update messed up the entire game and it’s almost unplayable. The shadow effects are mostly gone, (I have an iPhone 8 Plus so I’m almost positive my phone could handle shadows.) and in the store you can’t even scroll down to upgrade anything because it won’t let you scroll down at all. It’s really annoying. And I hope this gets fixed ASAP. I didn’t know any other way of contacting for a big glitch because I couldn’t find a Help button on the games menu. ✓ IssuesI’ve enjoyed the game thus far. Having a different type of “ temple run “ game but still maintaining the same concept is cool. I like the level system, Although the first stage got a little mundane for me after a while. It was mainly the level design, and the enemies, how they were just repeated. The red skinned lizard men, were nice but again, they were just reskins. That goes for the T-Rex as well. I feel like there should be a little more in variety for the costume, and their bonuses. The weapons were nice, but it’s easier to just stick to a single weapon. Heck after fully upgrading the agent 47 skin, it pretty much makes everything else useless. The duo pistols have unlimited ammo, and using the skin gives them insane damage. My MAIN issue with the game right now though is this. When I got to the Sahara Dessert I can’t even play it! Not a single level. Whenever I try loading into the very first level of the stage, it kicks me back to the main map. It does this every single time, preventing me from playing the game, and progressing in it. I’ve tried resetting my phone, and nothing. Tried deleting the game, and re installing it, doesn’t fix the problem. I would really like to progress further in the game. ✓ Major letdownI really did enjoy the game but I do have a couple of complaints. First being that the controls didn’t always work properly. I’d go to switch lanes and would end up sliding into the obstacle I was try to avoid in the first place. Also, I think some of the items & upgrades were ridiculously priced. My biggest complaint tho is how the game ended or rather didn’t end. After I beat the final level, Lara just stood at the end of the map and that was it. There were no closing credits, nothing to indicate that I had beat the game and it never did say what happened to Carter. ✓ Bugs & Design flawsIt’s fun at first, but it progressively becomes unplayable unless you spend money to upgrade your weapons, protection, and save your score. It is designed to make you fail and die to keep playing and watching ads, or pay money to advance without issues. You can collect all the clues and the object won’t show up until you’ve gone through three rounds of enemies with no protection. Or the character won’t respond to a jump, or dodge making you die and need diamonds you need to buy to revive and keep your clues. None of this is about skill it’s about how much money you spend in the app. Some of the boss missions don’t even let you shoot the monster. ✓ Played for over 2yrs but....It really starting to drive me mad. I’m on level 118 and keep dying and dying. Not because of how hard the game is but because of it constantly glitching. ✓ Don’t waste the space, not worth itBelow was my first review, but the game just became worse and worse. It is rigged as you advance to lose. About every 5-7 seconds you die and have to watch an add. On level 39 I used every advantage to try to get past this level. I must have gone back to try to pass this level countless times. After the last try dying about 10 times and sitting through adds time after time till all I'm really not even playing, I’m deleting this app. It is a shame that these are rigged to start making money it would have been an amazing app. Seems a waste of talented developers. I would have preferred to pay up front for something you can play till completion. This is one of the funnest, exciting, and visually beautiful games i’ve played. The only problem is on the iphone 11 pro it only registers directions 70% of the time which means its hard get past any of the levels. O I love a challenge and this has plenty with the numerous blind spots and new additions to every run that you must learn every time. But almost every run there is a move that the app just ignores. No matter how slow, fast, or deliberate sometimes it’s like it’s a sleep and then you hit a wall or something stupid like missing a small jump that you should have made. ✓ Not what it used to beI have been playing this game for quite some time and it is really fun and entertaining. But lately there have been a lot of glitches. Like when I watch a video to resurrect or double my rewards after a game, when the ad ends, my phone screen will turn black and lock me out of the game. So basically, all my process will be lost and I have to restart that level. This is really frustrating as upper levels take a very Long time to collect artefacts as difficulty increases. ✓ Crashes, glitches and unrealistic traps...As someone who's been playing this since launch, the game in its current update constantly crashes a few seconds upon running, to which I always have to send a report to the developers when asked. Currently, I've got all weapons nearly upgraded without having spent a single cent of real-world currency on the game, and a couple of flak jackets, extra ammo clips and steel toe inserts. Supply drops contain a random set of items that you can unlock every 6 hours, like gems or ankhs (both premium currency) or coins. The supply drops are seriously rigged in this update, initially where I used to get about 10-25 games or 5-10 ankhs, I only get coins and once in a while, I get a miserly 3 gems or ankhs. Like, what the hell? Square Enix fix these issues in the next update and maybe then I'll consider giving you a 5-star experience, because right now, it's about as average as other runners..Version: 1.0.3

✓ Why do you hate the people who love you?Dropped a star since my last review. To recap that, the new update steals more of your time for a lesser pay off, and makes users rely on gambling their hard to come by gems in order to attain a supply drop that equates to even half of the previous supply drop. Really loving being made to watch a video to get those 50 coins! Lara no longer revives after watching a video. I watched 3 before rage quitting the game. The game doesn't sync between devices. I thought maybe I was being too harsh and opened up the further developed version in order to connect to Facebook to see if this would resolve my issue. Low and behold, the option is now missing from there, and only appears on my copy of the game that is on the third level. They are both connected to game centre so I have no idea what's going on there. Furthermore, I have, in moments of sheer determination, given the game my real world money, which cannot be restored onto my version of the game stuck back in square one. On my advanced version, I have had to re-download levels I have completed, meaning an hour of updates, another of updating the sub-par new supply drop system, and another half an hour of downloading where I am actually up to in the game. ✓ I enjoy playing this game but there are things I find incredibly annoyingThis game has been out for a couple years by now and the updates are trash and unattended. When I try to press retry or store in the menu area an ad just plays for no reason and honestly when that happens I just quit the game because I don’t even bother to watch an annoying 30 second video that you can’t quit. It also keeps on giving me an annoying pop up telling me to connect to Facebook but it keeps telling me that the system has failed and that you need to address a developer. Most of all it keeps on saying “SDK expired” whenever I start the game up in loading screen. ✓ This is their worst game yetThis game may seem fun and all but it’s misleading, has a particular bug and completely messes up all your progress , and makes no sense. If somebody is reading this DO NOT AGREE TO THEIR POILCY. If you do… you are agreeing to sell your information (financially) I believe there is a DO NOT AGREE button if I’m not mistaken. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING AND DELETE YOUR GAME IF IT IS NOT WORKING. If you do you will not get your money back. The game does have a “Restore Purchases” button but all it will do is say that your purchases have been restored but not give you your money/gems back. Also I don’t know if anyone has had this problem but when you complete the jungle temple you are put in the desert ruins and you click the level (level 41 to be exact) and it takes you to the loading screen and you get a quick glimpse of the new loading screen but it just takes to back to the menu. Also I don’t understand why it feels so cheap on animation’s (except for boss fights) but it does. ✓ Good until recent updateFor the most part, I enjoyed the game the way it was. Over time it became laggy and buggy so yes, it was due for an update. Seeing it had been updated was exciting. However, this new gem merit system that’s been re-added was taken away years ago for a reason. On top of that, the option to watch an ad to keep from using an ankh has been removed. If there was a way to revert back to the previous version, I definitely would. Very disappointed. ✓ Please read.I’ve been playing this game since it first launched. At the beginning I had the freedom to use my coins however I saw fit. I’d save them to upgrade my weapons and buy new ones but now the game forces me to upgrade my outfit and there’s no way I can choose to not do that. With Relic Run, it’s not tough but bothersome like a few games I’ve come across in general because the game’s not so much challenging as it is redundant with the same mistakes a gamer can make occurring that eventually ends a level. After countless times that a game is worth, the gamer, like myself, is going to lose interest real quick. ✓ Needs work, but nice concept.I will start by saying that I have played a lot of endless running games and they all get boring after a time. It is nice to see something like this game with a different style of battle mechanics to make it stand out a little bit more. There are a few other games that stand out as better developed (less issues with controls and other aspects like screen sensitivity, speed of control and response time). I crash when I shouldn’t be crashing because I swiped to move, duck or jump past the obstacles and the game doesn’t register the movement. I have a new iPhone 8 Plus, so I know it is not the phone having issues. I won’t even get into the Facebook login issues. The game does have promise and a wonderful appeal to the fans of the Tomb Raider series but I believe that is where the pizazz ends. It has nice graphics but still a bit blocky, not highly redefined. If they can fix the choppiness of the gameplay, the issues with the sensitivity on the controls and speed up the response time with it would make this game a lot better. Control issues are a huge detractor for a game with a big franchise tag. If you fixed the controls and nothing else, this would be a solid 4 Star game and I would recommend it to others. ✓ GameplayI love the game it’s awesome and cool. However, one mini game is so annoying that it had me stop playing the game. At level 5-10 you get to a point where you need to shoot some sort of monsters and it’s not that hard especially when you first get the mini game but when you progress through the game you need to do three sections of it at once and your runs are so much longer so you’ll get it every five minutes until you die bc your health doesn’t come back. ✓ It used to be amazing!I had this game a way while back when this was an endless runner but it got deleted due to a new phone and kinda forgot about it. I came back and got it just a couple weeks ago and noticed everything changed. At first I wasn't too worried since I had been gone for a while. After trying it I do enjoy the quest like missions and the option for endless run after getting the hang of controls (lvl 20). I DO NOT like the amount of gems, ads, that constantly are needing and that are popping up. I know money is needed when making games but trust me there are people who will buy some in-game and you don't need to make everything need gems just to play the game fairly. I also feel that if your going to have to unlock a costume by level then buy it with gems it shouldn't be that much and you shouldn't have to by the alternative outfits for that costume. It's almost pointless to have it because almost no one can reach that amount of gems without buying them. Haven't had any crashing problems yet but please fix the ad and gem problem.
