✓ Crying doesn't always workGood for tracking how many times baby has woken up or started crying and how long it has taken them to go back to sleep. There is very little information about sleep training itself and other methods than the 'popular' CIO. What's best for baby needs to be addressed which means a section with other methods since not every baby responds well to CIO. ✓ Ok but not for toddlersBrought this app to monitor sleeping patterns while training my toddler. Doesn't really work for walking toddler who claim out of beds. But you can keep track on this of sleep/crying times over the days your training to see the improvements..Kate_BelcherVersion: 1.9.1

✓ Good ap, two little suggestionsI love this app! I found it very useful for sleep training my little guy. My only complaint it that, with this app, your baby is either crying or asleep. I would have liked to have the ability to track the time he was awake, but not crying. My little guy liked to talk a lot before sleeping and when he woke up at night. I didn't feel the need to check on him because he wasn't upset, but I didn't want that time counted in the total sleep time. Also I think the log could be condensed a bit to make it easier to see the trends from day to day. Otherwise great!.Caloriewatcher416Version: 1.0

✓ Nice timer, could be improvedI'm currently sleep training my 6-month-old son and this is a nice timer app. The log is confusing and could benefit from some simplification (way too many numbers). Also would be nice if the app credited Dr. Ferber for his "progressive waiting" method of sleep training.
