✓ Memory lapses?!Mostly a great game. However it is very disappointing when you expand the pond max out the speed agility and rarity bars only to return the next day and find the game did not save your progress and you have to start over where you were the day before. I love that when one of your koi become a dragon, you get to swim in the stars! But I think you should be able to earn pearls by catching prey. My egg list is always so full because I don’t have enough pearls to get a slot for the baby koi or to hatch the egg. If there’s going to be a Zen koi 3 please put my idea in it. Also love Zen koi 2! ✓ Excellent!This game is soothing, while still offering challenges. My only complaint isn't about the game itself, but rather the ads shown. I'm okay with ads, it's a free game after all, but the content of some of the ads is disturbing enough (spooky images, and text) for me want to keep the game away from younger players. ✓ It is a work in progressThe concept is nice enough...it is very zen because you focus. But it is lacking things to do just now...eat, grow, mate, expand pool, repeat. And the in app purchases start very quickly and are not good value for money yet. If you want people to play regularly and spend some of the time, you need to give them more things to do, and enable accumulating pearls that does not involve cash. 😊 and yes...there have been update problems, but every single time I have had an issue I have contacted the support desk. They have been very concerned, polite, and helpful. They fixed the problem within 24hrs and I got all my stuff back. Dont just give up...talk to them and help make the game better 👍🏻😄.Version: 1.3

✓ Can you help please?Recently the Sounds & Music have stopped. I’ve tried toggling back and forth on the settings buttons for both but it doesn’t help. Sounds & volume are fine on everything else in my phone, it’s just my Zen Koi 1 game. It’s no huge deal & certainly doesn’t take away from my huge love for this or my Zen Koi 2. They are both in my most top favorite apps I own. I really enjoy the music though and find it very soothing. I’m kind of missing it and my fishies satisfying little snacking sounds. 😄 Thank you for these lovely games! Update: Thank you SO much! I feel so silly. However, something that is a little annoying is ever since the last update whenever I hit the buttons while I’m in the pond to look at the prey I need or to level up my koi, the koi will start swimming to where I have to tap the button. It’s not really a big deal and doesn’t affect the game in a negative way, it’s just a little annoying. In one case, they were all listed at about 18 hours, yet were ready to hatch the next morning. Minimal, modern yet elegantly beautiful layout, background, graphics transport you to a place of relaxation. Just guide your koi along the pond, as it eats & grows, & even mates! A simple swirling dance, & you have an egg that’ll create a new koi! The end goal: to guide the koi through life, until it reaches maturity, & is ready to begin again as a dragon... You part ways, & focus on a baby koi who’s waiting on you in the nursery! I know many people get frustrated with how few eggs you can have in the nursery—the eggs don’t hatch immediately; many take hours, days, even weeks—so you can’t mate every koi w/ every passing mate. You can purchase more slots, which to me is worth it as a show of gratitude to developers! BTW I’ve heard there’s a sequel, where you can interact with your koi after he’s transformed into a dragon! ✓ Help!So, I downloaded this game to play for myself. It’s really fun and the graphics are really good. Unlike other games, I can’t get bored. But one day, my cousins decided they could just play on my account and now I’m already at level 10, when I only got to play ten minutes. I tried deleting it and telling them no, changing the passcode, and hiding the iPad, but they keep on finding it! When I deleted it, I got it again in hopes that it would start over, but it didn’t. Is there any way that I can lock a certain app with a passcode or delete the actual data? I know that data save is useful, but it is really annoying in my situation. Please reply! ✓ Time ConsumingMy koi are doing fine right now and I have 3 dragons at this point. Just one issue. In this time there is a zen koi 2 and I tried it out. Now I got a dragon when I expanded my pond twice for my first dragon. In this game though, I have to expand my pond 8 times per dragon. This takes about a 1 1/2 hours of work and is time consuming to get dragons. All I ask is that in the next update, can you make it to where your first koi only needs to get 4 pond expansions to ascend, and all the rest take 8? If possible I would like to be able to restart the game. If possible could you please put a restart button in settings. ✓ Really pleasant gameThis is an attractive game, but being an apex predator doesn't feel very Zen to me. I found I prefer this version over Zen Koi 2, as they make it easier to get new patterns without real money in this one. The ads that interrupt play every time i check the prey progress board are pretty disruptive. Imo if you play much at all it is worth making a small purchase to get rid of these. We have to figure out a lot on our own, like how to catch the various prey fish and that we need to keep tapping a breeding partner koi on the nose until the circle closes to make an egg. Still I find myself playing this game for a bit several times a day. A pretty fish just swimming around and eating stuff makes a really nice change from crops, factories, match 3, color burst, hidden objects, etc..Version: 1.11.3

✓ Darn PuffersReally fun game for the most part, nice visuals, good controls, great level system. But I have to say, the puffer fish creatures are infuriating. All the other prey creatures are perfectly fine but the puffer fish are ridiculously finicky! I wish their ai was tweaked a bit or at least make it so that the player doesn't need to catch so many. You only have to catch the armored fist in threes and they are so much less annoying than the pufferfish..Version: 1.10.5
✓ Awesome time waster but.........This is a great game but I have a few remarks; would it kill you to put a zoom out button on, would be rear to see where the fish are better and to see the actual size of the pond, the music gets a little irritating after a while and the fish that my koi needs to eat could do with some variety, plus, when you eat the fish you need to be able to expand you can’t just eat a load in one go and craft the whole lot, you have to eat craft then eat again. When the disastrous update happened I lost everything for four long days and this was because the support team thought they had found my game and restored it but had the wrong one! ✓ Great for relaxing !It keeps you happy for hours ! You need to find the right amount creature to gather gems which activate symbols that make the pond larger. You can look for other koi and breed with them to have an egg and create a new fish. At the end (when you have activated all the symbols ) you koi is upgraded to an impressive dragon which vary with what colour koi you have. I love this game and it helps me calm down before bed or meditation. You actually get the feeling of the fish while you play. As a young hatchling the younger Koi have to get their fins to do what you want them to do, as it grows the koi will gain in strength. You swim around the pond chasing down the specific food you need to get to the next level. Eventually your koi will reach a more divine level of existence and turns into an asiatic dragon. You can share everything you've achieved either on Facebook or in forums. Yes, this is an old game by today's standards, but one I feel could be useful in everyone's life. It was very addictive and I really enjoyed it, until today when suddenly as I was playing it said that an error occurred and that the game would return to its last saved state... which was weeks ago. ✓ I love this so much - just a few suggestions?Super relaxing and addictive! Just a few things: maybe think about adding a zoom out function? It will make gameplay much more interesting and easier. Also, I am always running out of slots for my koi, so I either have to delete some or play using one koi to level up to a dragon and release the slot, which can be slightly frustrating. Although I do understand as game developers you would like some income from this app, maybe you could as well as selling them, also put them in the lily flowers so that there is a way to accumulate them and eventually get more slots for more fish. I know this because I used to have this game on my tablet where it took a significant less time to evolve.
