✓ Used to be goodThe game is beautiful, but the load time is kind of a drag after a few times. The game could be challenging and fun, until the AI/computer opponent disappeared. I don’t play against friends and I don’t want to wait for someone to take their turn and I refuse to connect to Facebook. I don’t know why they removed the computer opponent but it ruined the game. The AR is neat, but I’m not going to drain my battery for it..Version: 1.6
✓ Latest update lost my gamesAfter updating, the game-center games I was playing no longer appear, even after I "linked" to game center. I am baffled why I should have do anything to continue using game center. This is just one more in a long line of incoveniences the developers seem to enjoy putting into the app. Others include a startup animation that repeats at least once a day on ios12, a board that can't be viewed from above, and lots of unnecessary gestures and long animations..Version: 1.9
✓ Simple game, tedious animationsOpen the app, and have to wait ages for a cube to clump over the screen in the dev logo. Then you have to tap on the box, and have it slowly open whilst cards shuffle and pieces slide Out. ✓ Great, but...I agree with others. I really hate being told there's someone waiting for me to play when my current opponent has not taken a turn. It is a "drag" to have to drag all the other opponents onto the board. The startup screen does seem long (I know what the box looks like...very pretty...can we get to playing now?). Sometimes I forget what rule-set I chose, it'd be nice if it said (or there was a symbol. On the whole, though, I enjoy the game very much. If that were fixed, I'd rate this a solid 5-stars. The effects are satisfying, and I can play myself to try to beat my loops record or distance for quite some time. It'd be great if those records could be stored somehow..Version: 1.5

Placement of game elements and notifications around the board, deeply diminish the experience. Placing the stone can be frustrating, and there is no way to undo the start piece. Long loading time for a relatively lackluster experience. The sounds are ok. The constant push toward social media is a bit much. Remove the extra stuff. ✓ Mandatory Facebook Requirement causing CrashesWhile I love Tsuro and have greatly enjoyed this digital port, this latest update introduces a mandatory requirement to link to Facebook, and if you refuse to login and link to Facebook, the app crashes instantly. It’s inappropriate to automatically assume users wish to link the game to Facebook without first asking, and then force auto load Facebook in an embedded browser with the (assumed) intention of requesting permission to link the game to an (again, assumed) Facebook account. #privacyinvasion #baddesign #securityviolation.Version: 1.6
✓ Solid game, frustratingly slow.I get that the soothing animations are part of the experience, but when I want to jump into the game to knock out a quick turn, I don't want to wait for the box to open, it the board to set up dramatically. ✓ Struggle with interface and lack of single playerGreat idea and neat to use AR for a board but if you don’t want to use the AR the interface is bad. You can’t see the whole board, all of your cards or zoom out/in to see everything. Also very frustrating is the lack of single player or the ability to use computers to fill the places of non-human players. A 1v1 game can be slow and unexciting..Version: 1.6

I appreciate how much effort must have gone into rendering a 3D boardgame but I'd prefer a plane old 2D top down option. I'm using an iPhone SE so parts of the board that are furthest away are difficult to see as the perspective visually squishes the paths together and I often make errors placing tiles that side of the board..Version: 1.10
✓ Update REQUIRES Facebook login :(I love this board game, and the iOS version has been even more fun. Until now. It refuses to let me play the game without logging into Facebook. ✓ A few things need to be fixedSince updates the original natural coloured tiles don’t load. I am not a fan of those new colours; I liked the muted look more as they matched the board. Secondly it would be nice to save photos and nicknames the other players and also to the virtual opponents when playing solo. That way when you’re playing solo it could give more of a feel instead of random nicknames and no avatars. Thanks!.Version: 1.10

✓ Great game but app issuesThis is a wonderful game, but the app is a bit buggy. The main issues are forgetting friends you’ve played with (need to re-enter friend code each time) and notifications not disappearing after taking a turn (need to reopen app and close again to disappear)..Version: 1.9
✓ Good but......I got this because I love the board game. It looks fantastic and plays really smoothly but this is a really simplified version of the proper game. Where are the dragon cards which move randomly according to the dice thrown. You can play the board game with these simplified rules, but why would you? If the developers can update this to include the full game, I would give it five stars in an instant. As it is, it fells like as all the effort has gone into the looks, but in doing so has missed out on major parts of the gameplay..Version: 1.10

I'm about half way through an offline game, but every time I make a move, it crashes, and then starts me at the same pre move point every single time I try to play it. ✓ Great game, very clunky implementationI really enjoy playing this game but the multiplayer connectivity is really buggy. It seems that the designers have focussed so much on appearance that they forgot to build good functionality. I don’t know why I can’t easily add an opponent as a friend. If a friend starts a game but doesn’t place a stone then the game locks and can’t connect properly. There is no way to delete games that are not progressing. The constant “connecting to the cloud” is really painful. I want to like this game more, and would play it far more if the usability issues were addressed. Other games and apps seem to have far fewer network issues. Fingers crossed a major overhaul is in the pipeline..Version: 1.10

✓ So close.This game is awesome. This app is not. The animations are beautiful, but they are slow and you have to wait through a lot before you play. You have to transition to the main screen to swap between games. You can’t create games between game center friends only through Facebook. Worst of all... looks like it was updated for iPhone X but it looks worse, can’t see all the controls, and can’t send the Facebook notification, can’t see the go button. It looked better before the update. Update: the most recent update fixes the iPhone X issues. The developers haven’t addressed the other issues mentioned. Update 2: so not all iPhone X issues were fixed. Can’t tap the go button when the Facebook send move view comes up..Version: 1.7

If you're playing an online game with another person, and exit to another program, the iOS version takes you thru an excessively long startup program and then dumps you into a startup default game. Two suggestions for software improvement: 1. Reduce the excessive startup time, about 45+ seconds of wasted time. 2. When you are playing an online game and leave the app and return to the game, you should return to the game that you're playing, not to a new game..Version: 1.5
