✓ Purchase only if you want no supportIt's beyond infuriating to play a complex game with no way out. Other platforms have a SKIP BUTTON, however, they must have thought that the people on ios were to smart to need one. Close your wallet. The frustration isn't worth this game. They've moved on to other puzzles. No support here. The underwater elephant puzzle was my nightmare & the end of my support for this developer..UsfmomVersion: 1.3

✓ Too sprawling to get a handle onI wound up playing this one at the same time I was working on the last chapter of Meridian 157. Such a contrast in design effectiveness. "Lost Fountain" is one of those games that throws many obstacles at you at once as you traverse the various worlds and it takes too much time and effort going back and forth to solve puzzles and accumulate the necessary items to progress. The outline of the story is somewhat vague and not all that compelling, although the ending has a neat twist but fails to make up for everything leading up to it. I've found some of the other Media City games (Crimson Manor) to be more focused and rewarding to play than this one..KeybordzVersion: 1.3

✓ So confusing!I began this game thinking that it would be as entertaining as the Alice games, but it did not hold a candle to them. The graphics were beautiful, but the scenery in each area was so similar that I spent most of my time trying to figure out how to get where I needed to go. Very frustrating! The map was useless, as it did not indicate how to travel from one location to another, nor did it allow for clicking on an area to travel to it. That would have helped in the long run. If it had not been for the Appunwrapper site walkthrough I would have deleted this game after the first half-hour. I persisted because I felt there would be a worthwhile ending to the game. ✓ Decent point and clickA lot of back and forth to solve puzzles, aa bit too much. Some of the puzzles didn't make sense. But overall a decent game. I enjoyed playing it. ✓ Great point and click adventureI've now played all 3 of their adventures. Theme wise, I preferred Alice in wonderland. However, puzzle and navigation wise, the lost fountain is easily the best. Definitely worth buying. Graphics and puzzles are very good..ArtNouveauVersion: 1.0

The most annoying for me, is that I turn off the music and sound and every time it starts up again LOUD and takes several tries to shut off. ✓ Things that should work, don't, with no explanation.In most other point-and-click adventures, as in life, when something that seems like it should work doesn't end up working, there is some feedback as to how or why. (Like, "It doesn't fit. I'll need something thinner." or, "It's too heavy. I can't lift it high enough.") ✓ ConfusingThere was a lot of the game I missed since I gave up pretty early. I do need hints when I get stuck and that is what stopped me. Hints were confusing since they depended upon where you were standing to give you differing clues. Map was also confusing, since it was in 5 parts that should have connected, but did not. Being able to use the map to move to that map point would have helped, but that was not available. Those two points turned this from a puzzle to solve into a maze where you spend so much time moving back and forth you forget what you went for..Fish netterVersion: 1.1

✓ Beautiful themeI loved everything about this game, especially the many mini puzzles that were challenging yet doable. However, one feature made it more frustrating than fun....the number of scenes that look so similar and the lack of a useable map to click and relocate. It is a constant maze of going places to place, all of which look very similar and I spent more time trying to find what I knew was there than I did playing the games. There is a map, but you can’t click on it to get there. That would make it spectacular. Still I do recommend the game, and the price is well worth it!.KaraInKentuckyVersion: 1.1
