✓ Gems and genieSFun to play but there have been many times I have not been rewarded like 4 in a row without getting the row killer. Or a big bomb when I get 2 3 in a row. The final piss off is from time to time when I pass a level the app hangs before as the level is completed and it doesn’t go to the next level. I have to replay that level. All the rewards that should be there are gone. So have fun with the game but don't expect it to work 100%.Version: 62.75.104

It worked well for awhile without crashing but now there is a new problem......When I open the game to play after an overnight break it’s dropped me back by at least 6 levels. ✓ Great game, but... it cheats, to force you to purchaseIts a great entertaining game and you find yourself lost in the game for hours. Unfortunately, some games you are forced to purchase coins or butterflies in order to progress timely. It’s possible to progress without purchasing items, but it means you are stuck playing the same level over and over. There are cheats such as worms that don’t allow you to progress without you being forced to use your coins, butterflies etc or you lose all your bonus gems. In the end I decided to delete the game, as more and more you progress through the levels, the more the game is trying to force you to purchase items. It got to a point where it stopped being enjoyable. But in all fun game. The one star is there because the game tries to force you the purchase items..Version: 62.70.108

✓ Expensive & susCan't get through levels without buying more tools, these are REALLY expensive. Daily bonuses & some tools include extra playing time that must be completed immediately - up to 3 extra hours??? Some of us have real lives to get back to, but when you return to the game those bonuses are gone. Sprint events for extra bonuses over limited times are suspect with most "competitors" named after the game's characters?? You have to beat them to get to the leader board to win - but you never do so don't waste your time or money. ✓ Can be frustratingExcellent game but the higher the level the more frustrating this game can be, you simply don't have enough moves left making you need "buy" from the shop or be stuck on the same level for days, I'm level 1926 and I've been stuck on certain levels for weeks depending on how much you play but if this happens you fly through your 5 lives then it's game of until your lives are back then rinse and repeat!! I had given up and stopped playing, and I finally tried one more time and spent over a week in the daily spinner, and ended up passing. It does get annoying because I have spent a lot of money on this game, and finally stopped spending money because it was almost like cheating. What’s the point in playing a game if you’re going to pay money to pass to the next level. If it stays hard- I will delete the app and find other games to play. ✓ All riggedAll online games with in purchase options are rigged! I play until I get stuck on levels then delete / do not waste money as once you ever buy on an app they fleece you. Play until you can't advance then move on to a new app. Oh and I especially laugh at how I am so close to finishing a level and they freeze the gems so they don't cascade down after swiping - just a joke it's so obvious how they rig apps. Now after deleting and reinstalling app to see if would stop the "hang up" it took ALL of my boosts. I log in with Facebook which has my progress saved yet they can't save my boosts? ✓ Was my favorite gameDownloaded the updated version and the screen goes black on about every other ad and...nothing. I have to leave the game and come back to it after some time has passed. Ready to delete it... I am updating my review. I really enjoy this game but... the games crashes on ads constantly. I see that the small number of coins I accumulated have apparently been stolen. I have encountered several double layer levels where the only match involves gems from the prior layer and all you can do is shut the game down because you can’t interact with the layer you just finished even though you can still see a portion of the last line of it and the jewels are flashing from that partial line as the only match. Watching an ad for extra moves never works because it always crashes. I am at level 1940 and it has become so frustrating. This is the second time at a high level as I logged on one day and was inexplicably back at level 1. Well here I am again...love this game. Finally back to a high level 2247 and the screen closes every time I try to play this level. November 2022: this is my favorite game, but here I am at level 2481 and the game just shuts down on the opening screen after clicking on PLAY. ✓ Favorite game until....I’ve played this game for years... it’s a fun pastime but in need of improvements. Now there are ads between every game!!! That’s so annoying. You can exit out of the game then open it back to avoid the same ads. I’ve seen the FAT disappear way too many times. It’s disgusting. Also I’ve had the game malfunction causing me to delete and reload. This caused me to lose all progress. At one time I was on Facebook so it saved the level I was on. A few years ago I deleted my Facebook page (wow, wasn’t I ahead of the rest of the world on that one? Wake up people and get off that crap) the next time I deleted the game all progress was lost so I started back at level 1. I was at level 4000+. The game gives lots of incentives but from time to time those incentives just aren’t available. You try to use them and it says ‘sorry there is a problem’. Guess I shouldn’t complain. Going to message developer for refund. If do not receive refund or lost 60 coins, will be talking with BBB and credit card company to file a complaint of blatant Consumer Fraud, along with bait & switch practices. Also, it would be nice if one receives a bonus for unlimited lives, that the recipient be able to save the unlimited lives time frame for later on when one really needs such a reward. Have seen this option available in many other Match 3 games that have been played & reviewed, so one knows that it is indeed an available option. If the developer could refund or credit the 60 coins lost, the game rating would be gladly raised to 4 stars. Moreover, if the developer makes the saving of bonus timed unlimited lives awards possible to save for later-on use, the Match 3 would actually given a 5+ rating, for as it has the potential to become mind soothing, relatable, and quite fun to play in actuality. ✓ The snakes are killing this gameThis game use to be a five star to me because it would relax me with the sounds, but now I am on the levels with the snakes and they are frustrating me. I have a very stressful day to day and I like games that are relaxing. Challenging but relaxing but the way the snake boards are set up is that they will conquer your gems and sometimes you could have the board won if only you could use that gem and that’s frustrating. ✓ Fun but ScamI never give reviews if it’s not a five start but I have to say... I’m proudly up to level 807 in this fun game. I like it because it’s challenging however they are VERY CHEAP with gifts. I find that you have to do too much to get a simple power up that doesn’t even help you on the difficult boards that much. Other games like Candy Crush, Panda Pop, Words with Friends and even Toon Blast all seem more generous in giving help when it’s needed and for that reason I only give these cheap creators a 3star. Also, I paid $1.99 for some power ups and NEVER RECEIVED THEM although the money was taken from my account. I stopped payment with my creditor and it was fine. Never pay for anything with these guys. Recently I was charged for some things I never received. I send support an email and they responded promptly telling me I could get a refund or a credit. Since that email I have received nothing. I have replied 3 times, sent another support ticket and still nothing. So please be careful and look at your bank account for any unknown charges. Don’t play this game if you think you’re going to become proficient at eventually beating it. The game is rigged to where you can only truly win when it lets you. Yes, there are a few simple tricks that help you do well on easier levels, but the game is mostly designed to make you pay them money for coins etc to get to levels. ✓ Get rid of the snakes!!!I used to love playing this game. It was challenging, but fun. Now they have added snakes that occupy Prime pieces to every level and it is EXTREMELY FRUSTRATING to try to play each game. Even as I rush to swipe to use a special jewel or special icon, the game will not let me swipe. Instead it waits so that a snake can jump on top of each special playing piece so that it can’t be used. Having snakes once in a while on a few levels would be OK, but now they have been on every level. ✓ Was a good gameNow it crashes around 50% of the time that I watch a video so yesterday I deleted it. Yet again it is crashing after a video is shown. Booster lost. Gummy Drop had a similar problem a couple of weeks ago - they fixed it! Your advertisers may feel they are on to a good thing. They are not. They just loose potential customers. ✓ A bit annoyed by the power-ups.The power-ups you get when you match a certain number of the same jewels don’t have the same effect they used to have. When you match 4 of the same jewels and appears the one that clears a line (horizontally or vertically) it doesn’t actually clear much and this also can happen when you match it with the bright stone (?); it’s supposed to be this big clearing effect, but now it’s just normal. What I’m trying to say is that it’s supposed to be a hand (or as it’s written in the description: a power-up), but it’s not that helpful. Having said that, this game is really good and I think the genie, the fox and the paws are really original. I’m just a bit upset about the power-ups, but I still play it and it’s really good..Version: 62.42.100

✓ EhhhhI remember playing this game a couple years ago & really liking it, so I decided to try it again. Honestly, I don’t understand the point of the butterflies; they don’t grab the gold when I need it to. I’ve played other bejeweled-type games with a move similar to the butterflies, and they actually get the items you need to beat the level, unlike in this game. Also, am I unable to get 3 stars if I don’t beat the level on the first try? If so, that’s really dumb & annoying. I’m the type of person that doesn’t like moving on to the next level unless I get all 3 stars, & I swear when I played this game years ago, as long as I had 5-8 moves left (can’t really remember), I would get all the stars. ✓ Age inappropriate adsI love this game and I would love to give it five stars. But unfortunately I cannot do that. My game works perfectly since you fixed it. I enjoy it tremendously. I am even willing to put up with the ads. I however am not happy with the fact that some of the ad you are running are not age-appropriate for children. In my book they can be pretty disgusting. And a game is no place for them. Yes you know which ones I’m talking about. I won’t go into full detail. I have been pretty disappointed that you felt that this was the place to show them. ✓ Not what it used to be…Sadly, this game isn’t as fun as it once was. I have played this game for many years. And once a month I was purchasing coins to not only support the creator, but to also play more. I have watched the changes slowly take place and it saddens me. It is harder to beat levels now. It’s become more frustrating as I see the gems randomly blow themselves up before I even get a chance to use them. The circles no longer can align with a line without blowing itself up. ✓ Annoying problemGood as far as the match 3 games go. However. There are far too many levels that start with only a few movable gems on the board. This wouldn’t be a problem as they are clearly designed to allow you to make a few matches that will break blocks or chains and fill up the board within a few moves. Except that doesn’t work when you’ve won 5 or 6 levels in a row and are starting the level with a bunch of boosters, plus any other boosts you happen to have from various other prizes that get automatically added to the board at the beginning. The result is that nothing works the way it’s supposed to and you lose the level after one move because there are no possible movable combinations. It’s happened several times but right now I’m stuck on level 643 and there is no possible way to progress because even though I’ve lost the level repeatedly (after only one move) and therefore lost those boosts, it’s still adding two rainbow gems automatically (I’m not sure why) which makes the level unplayable. I could be wrong, but I don’t think boosts in these kinds of games are supposed to make them MORE difficult. Fix this..Version: 62.77.105
✓ Once a great gameI considered this game to be one of the best time wasting puzzle games on the platform, fun to play, very little intrusive advertisements, play a long time and spend no money and it worked offline. Unfortunately just recently they put un-skippable advertisements between stages and when resetting a stage. This turned a quick fun game to play to a game that makes you sit and wait to try again and when your just trying to have a short blast of fun those ads ruin the experience. I cannot recommend this game anymore and I’m removing it from my phone. A lot of these games need to add a $5/$10 remove all ads for life option to their games. ✓ Don’t reinstall this game when it won’t startEdit: Can you please make the game play slower? There just isn’t enough time to stretch my fingers while waiting for the game icons to stop spinning. I really hate how fast you can swipe in this game. I really shouldn’t be able to make my next move without hesitation. I simply love that the developers thought that making the game slower would make people want to purchase anything. Game would not start on my iPad even after going through the troubleshooting steps. Would only start on airplane mode which is useless if you are connected through Facebook, because then you can’t get or give lives with friends. Had 95 lives and 20 big gems saved up. All gone now. ✓ I’d love to give 5 stars but...The game is super fun and addicting and I love the rainbow colors, look & feel of the game but there are some things I don’t like. I’ve spent far too much money to buy coins for 1 extra turn or booster. When it’s on Soaring Streaks gameplay you should go down just one level when you lose or at least down to the lower booster level instead of all the way down. I absolutely HATE the snakes that enter the game around level 500! There is no way to use the rainbow gems when the snake catches them. I honestly loved this game up until the snakes came in. They ruined the game for me. I’ve spent a lot of money playing so hate to see it all go to waste but I think I’m done with this one..Version: 62.29.108
✓ Great game, poor customer serviceI was really enjoying this game, but once I got to level 851, the game repeatedly froze after I used a special gem. When I contacted customer service, they basically sent me a copy of steps to follow that are posted on their support site. Of course I had tried those things first, except for disconnecting from Facebook, which is not going to make a difference with this problem. Anyways, I am just going to delete the game. If they want me as a customer, they will find a way to be a little more helpful. ✓ Crashing!Has been a great game until recently. Last 10 levels or so, every 3rd or 4th level. Crashes! just when you are about to finish a level. And you then lose your extra 3 moves ect. Over it.
