✓ PaymentI have only one issue that is when you have made a payment on the account within the time period there should be a marker jr note that you have paid thus it would ensure customers do not pay twice as I have done in the past. The marker would not stop payments again but it’s a note that a payment have satisfied the account. Thank you.Version: 4.3.5
✓ I have been spending money as it wasn’t mine 😂All great if you like to get lots 🛍 but not so great if you don’t want to spend 200£ interest fee a month but i guess is this how credit cards works . anyway had to close mine as i have been spending way more past my budget but helps with credit score to have it for a while!!!.Version: 4.6.5
✓ Card paymentThis was a nice easy way to pay off when I know I’m going over my limit because of the petrol hope everything is fine and I don’t mind a £12 because it helped me a lot so I didn’t run out of petrol I’ll try to manage my card better I’m not like my wife or my daughter use it for useless things like kebabs thank you for this innovation it was a lot better than the old days.Version: 4.3.5
✓ Payment to settle balanceWhen paying marbles balance by debit card the card details have to be entered each time, can’t save card details, says marbles are working on it ….that’s been over 8 months A little thing but that’s why 4star review and not 5 for me.Version: 2022.20.4
✓ So easyApplied for a Marbles card, was approved for a reasonable affordable amount straight away! The app is easy to use, a great all round credit card as long as you stay in control. Several months later my credit amount has doubled..Version: 2023.48.3
✓ Bonus for introducing new friendsGreat idea & as I love my Monzo card I have kept trying to persuade other folk to join. However, as they already have other banking the £5 introductory payment just doesn’t swing it with them, even as a favour to me. Signup is swift, for sure, but if they don’t think that they need a new account, I’m not going to get them try Monzo for a fiver. I thinking that if you made the fee £10 signups would increase for sure. Just a thought..Version: 2.2.0

✓ Card savedCard details can still not be stored so you have to put all the card information in every time you want to pay your balance. Very annoying and all they say is it will be back soon. WHEN !!!!!!!.Version: 2022.27.1
✓ Marbles the credit booster cardThis was my first credit card and I started with a low credit balance of £250. But as I was using it so well and paying off quickly it then got boosted to a £1,000, and I continue to use it so well I am now on £5,000 credit just by keeping Payments paid on time or paying as much as I can. Really good card. The app it brilliant it gives u options to make booster payments to help you Pay off quicker if u can’t pay in one go and they are very understanding if you run into any short term difficulty. Customer service on the phone is great. 10 out of 10 card if you need to boost your credit. Highly recommend them..Version: 2.7.1

✓ UnhappyI had a snotty phone call saying I hadn’t paid £5 and paid it there and then. Then you took 3 lots of charges out totalling nearly £40 so now I’m assuming I’ll get charged again for you making me over my limit again because of your charges! ✓ Still asking for payment on a £0 balance.Have only had card for a few weeks. My very first payment date is 16th March. Used it a lot and run up a balance of around £430 which I cleared on 2nd of March. Later that day I used card in error (Apple Pay on my phone) when in a hurry at a supermarket for £143 but I also cleared this on 2nd March. However app is still saying today (9th)that they will take £5 minimum payment on 16th. Why?? Also photo in App Store says “rewards for using your card”. What rewards?? How??.Version: 2023.9.1

✓ Payment issuesEvery time I go to pay by card it goes through with my bank but then your app keeps throwing up a system error and saying my payment hasn’t been accepted. Makes no sense as I’ve paid this way for months and only having this problem now.Version: 4.6.3

✓ App and system not working abroadI’m very disappointed and frustrated trying to make a payment whilst I was abroad and neither the app or online services didn’t work! I was charged £12 for late payment and decreased limit for a fault which is not mine. I have proof that I was trying to make a payment and getting messages of error!
