✓ Kathy RainHi guys I have just purchased Kathy rain and it looked very interesting on loading I knew it showed that it is not compatible (as you stated) with my iPad with the latest upgrade and 12.5in screen the screen is very pixelated which makes this totally unplayable could you explain this problem and if it’s repairable if not could you please provide a full refund thank you.MasterblasterukVersion: 1.0.6

✓ Too much conversationPros: The story was well-written, the game looks nice and the voice-acting is good. Cons: It’s so slow - way too much talking to characters, and not enough puzzle-solving. The puzzles were either really easy and obvious, or way too ambiguous. I didn’t like the music, it was monotonous and annoying - all of the tunes sound like a funeral dirge. ✓ Stuck on day 1Am excited to move forward with this app, but we are stuck on Day 1 and can’t seem to advance. Pretty sure we’ve found all the clues we’re supposed to find (have consulted multiple walk through to confirm) but the way to return to her dorm room never comes up - she can only go to Grandma’s, the cemetery, sherriff’s office or the Myers house- can’t figure out how to to get back to the dorm and start day 2. You could have solved each puzzle and taken all the right actions and yet be unable to proceed because you haven't exhausted all of the conversation options with a random character or not done something in a very specific order. ✓ Deep story, great visuals, some navigation tough on iPadI read some great reviews, and found the game to be worth the price. It has a lot of deep history in several of the characters, good flow, and the graphics are wonderfully done. It was hard to navigate through some scenes on the I-pad. When trying to talk to a character, I couldn’t always pick what I wanted to say because the options were overlapped by the action button. Once I picked the action to talk, it would also register the sentence directly under the action button. It also wouldn’t give me all the actions properly. When I would drag an item to show to someone, it would register that I was using it on the person, which didn’t make sense, and wouldn’t work. As a side note there are a few topics that may be difficult for some gamers, and I would not recommend playing this game around small children if swearing is not a normal thing in your home. There are several that are really offensive to some people. ✓ A good game that needs some polishI really enjoyed the first half of the game. I was very much interested in the mysteries and characters presented, but the later parts of the game need some work. I appreciate the nods to Twin Peaks and the atmosphere the game creates, but the game loses some of its charm once Kathy enters the other realm. It was like the game just became a soulless copy of Twin Peaks rather than being inspired by it. ✓ Glitch…On day 1 everything had been done and yet wouldn’t allow me to go to the next day. Looked online for the walkthrough and it seemed I was right and had done all the steps, looked at everything, solved the puzzles, went to the correct locations exhausted all the dialog and so would never be able to go to the next day. There’s no hints so you’re going back and forth between locations and trying everything to see what works, so it gets old fast. ✓ Great story, terrible intuitive playUghh Apple made me buy this game multiple times, even though the App Store shared I should have been able to share with my family’s plan. Furthermore, multiple skips when the story needed to move forward made this unplayable and not a fun game.
