✓ Most non user friendly app I have run into in a long timeThis app is a nightmare! It says to go to your profile to couple but yet there is no clear path or click to get to your profile to run the MFA setup wizard. I am cussing you and my accounting form for using you as I will not get the info I need to upload till tomorrow. I spent an hour on the phone with tech support which was completely worthless, as they told me they didn’t know what to do. ✓ RubbishThis app is so secure you can’t get into it. I have some docs to sign which I sign once per year so I delete the app on my tablet to save space. When I login to the website to authorise my documents I need to authenticate so they send an authentication to an app I can’t open without a qr code from the website which I can’t get into because I don’t have an authentication code. Why can’t they send it to my phone like other apps. What a massively overthought and woefully disconnected from reality app this is. ✓ This is a feature request.I use this app a lot as my second key authentication for a database product called cs fixed assets. My feature request is to add a component to the app which will send a notification to my Apple Watch that I can click “approve” on instead of having to pick up my phone every time I log in to the database. ✓ Not great.This is difficult to set up in the first place, it took weeks & someone else who managed to figure it out. Also, not migrating to new devices or at least making it ABUNDANTLY CLEAR that you’ll need to re-set up on a new device & should create a backup when you initially set up is the worst.
